TRIGGER WARNING : aNgsT?!?!?!
Patton POV
I hummed softly to myself while cooking dinner. Homemade chicken noodle soup. Things had fairly returned to normal despite the incident with Corruption just yesterday.
We were all just trying to ignore what happened. Wylan tended to Draven and the two of them kept to themselves. Everyone else were in their respective rooms.
I hope that a nice big dinner with everyone will bring us all back together. I would've asked Emile to help me but Remy wanted to cuddle. I think.
I dumped the vegetables that I was cutting up into the pot. It smelled nice, making my stomach growl a bit.
I let out a little yelp as someone wrapped their arms around their waist.
"Hello," Logan said, resting his head on my shoulder.
"Hi Logie," I said cheerily. I turned to press a kiss to his cheek. He smiled a bit.
"How is dinner coming along?" He asked me.
"Fairly well," I answered. "Wanna help me make dinner?"
"I haven't the slightest clue on how to cook Patton," He told me. "I've explained this to you multiple times."
"If I can teach Thomas to cook, then I can teach you to cook," I said with a laugh.
"I'd rather not learn how," Logan told me.
"Too bad," I laughed. I easily wiggled out of his grasp, grabbing an apron and shoving it into his arms.
"Patton," Logan sighed.
"You have to help me Logie!" I pouted, giving him puppy eyes.
Logan let out a long sigh and rubbed his temple. But he obliged and pulled on the apron. I smiled brightly, pulling him into a hug.
"You love me," I teased, pressing a kiss to his lips.
"I do," Logan replied, returning my kisses.
"Whats got you in sucky a lovey mood?" I giggled, not complaining because I enjoy the attention.
"I have nothing better to do and I enjoy making you happy," He said with a blush.
"Awe," I squealed. "You're such a nerd Logie."
"Must you call me that?" Logan asked, trying not to smile.
"Logie Logie Logie," I teased.
He kissed me to shut me up. I laughed into the kiss, enjoying the affection. Logan trailed his hands across my shoulders.
"Where's your cat hoodie?" Logan mumbled when we pulled apart for air.
"On the counter," I answered. "Didn't want to dirty up my favorite hoodie which was a gift from my amazing boyfriend." Logan blushed red, making me giggle.
"It was a necessary gift to make you feel better in that situation," Logan stammered.
"Sure," I teased with a smirk.
"Oh shush," He laughed, pressing soft kisses down my jaw and to my neck.
"You're so sweet Lo," I told him, tilting my head to let him kiss my neck.
"Not as much as you," He argued, pressing a kiss to the top of my head.
"I love you," I told him.
"I love you too Patton," Logan responded, giving me another kiss.
"If you love me, you'll help me with dinner," I told him with a smirk. Logan laughed a bit.
"Of course I will assist you," He told me. I smiled gratefully and pulled him to the stove.

Quinn POV
I miss being able to sing. Evan wrote on his notepad. I nodded sympathetically.
"Can you say any words?" I asked. "Is the speech therapy helping at all?"
Very few words and it really hurts. He wrote with shaky hands.
"I'm so sorry Evan," I told him. He just shrugged.
We were hanging out in living room. Patton was working in the kitchen with Logan on dinner. It smelled really good, making my stomach growl. Everyone else was upstairs in their room.
Evan and I were finally catching up on everything that happened between us. Since I was kidnapped and everything that happened since.
Logan said my hand as mostly healed. Evan told me. I wanna try to play something.
"Is that a good idea?" I asked, unable to stop my Doubt from kicking in. "You might make it worse."
I can't sing anymore, I want to be able to play my instruments. He argued.
"I just don't want you to make your hand worse by trying to play," I tried to warn him.
It's better to try now then to wait and make it worse to try and relearn. Evan wrote. He made a good point.
"You don't even have any instruments with you," I reminded him.
Can you get me my violin from my house? He wrote, a hopeful expression on his faces.
"Is violin really the best choice after having your hand shattered?" I couldn't help but ask while trying to suppress a laugh.
Evan laughed a little bit too, which was really just blowing air harshly out of his nose. He rolled his eyes in a playful manner.
Pleeeeeaaaaaasssseeeee He wrote, his handwriting large and pleading. Now it was my turn to roll my eyes.
"Can you ask Remus to go get it for you?" I asked. "He'd probably murder everyone in this house if you asked him too." Evan laughed again, a large smile breaking over his face.
Remus doesn't want me to try and play anytime soon. Evan wrote. He doesn't want me to hurt myself.
"He cares a lot about you," I told him with a smile.
Like Dee does for you? He teased back, a smirk and a blush on his face. I blushed a bit too.
"Yeah, I guess so," I laughed.
Can you please just go get me my violin? He wrote, silently begging me.
"Fine," I told him. "But I'm not going alone and you owe me."
Evan nodded in agreement, smiling in a thankful manner. I smiled back before turning and heading up the stairs.
I walked down the hallway towards Dee and I's room. I couldn't help but look over my shoulder, expecting someone to jump out and kidnap me at any point.
I opened the door quickly, shutting it behind me. Dee turned and smiled upon seeing me. He was sitting at the desk, working on something.
"Hey baby," Dee said, his voice soft and calm. "Something wrong?"
"No," I assured him. I walked over to him and rested my head on the back of his chair.
Dee patted my lap for me to sit down. I happily obliged and sat in his lap. I curled up, twisting my fingers into his shirt. I rested my head on his chest, listening to his heart beat.
"Do you just want cuddles or is there something you need?" He asked me.
"I always need cuddles," I laughed. Dee laughed a bit with me, pressing a kiss to his forehead.
"And I will always give you cuddles," He told me, rubbing my back gently.
"But Evan wants me to go get his violin for him," I told him.
"By yourself?" Dee asked, instantly serious.
"He said, well wrote I guess, that you could come too," I explained. "But he wants his violin soon and Patton's almost done making dinner, so we have to go soon."
"Well let's go get Evan's violin for him than," Dee said with a sigh.

Evan POV
I ran my hands gently over the cold smooth wood of my violin. I love my violin. It's so pretty and it sounds so nice.
We had just finished dinner. Patton, Emile and Logan were clearing the table and putting things in the dishwasher.
Remus sat on my right, my left side against the edge of the couch. Everyone else was sitting all around the first floor.
I started looking through my sheet music for anything to play. I didn't want to do anything too hard, but it was extremely tempting considering no one has seen me play.
Eventually I settled on Shatter Me by Lindsey Stirling.
Definitely a difficult song but I want to challenge myself a bit. I flexed my once shattered hand, still amazed it healed so quickly.
I prepped my violin, easily going through a few warmups. A little bit a hope filled me. Maybe I won't have to relearn at all and I'll still be able to play like how I used to.
"Are you sure you want to try a song this hard already?" Quinn asked, glancing over the sheet music. I nodded my head 'yes'.
Everyone quieted down a bit, seeming to sense I was starting the actual song. I prepped the bow and started.
At first it was easy. This was the simple part. There was no pain and so far my hand was moving like how I used to play.
My adrenaline spiked as I reached the faster part. Then the chorus started, which was the hardest and fastest part of the song.
The first one through went smoothly. Everyone was watching in awe and wonder.
But then I started the chorus again. I made it about half way through the really hard part when pain shot up my entire arm.
I cried out in pain and dropped both the violin and now. I clutched to my hand, pain rocketing through my hand as it cramped up.
I started crying.
