Jimin POV

"Jungkook what are you staring at?" I sigh looking up from my history book and over at my friend who had his eyes glued onto something on the other side of the lunchroom. When I didn't get a response, I turned in the direction Jungkook was staring and see a girl standing with a group of her friends laughing and chatting.

I chuckle and turn back to Jungkook. "You're really trying hard to act straight, I see." I smirk and begin reading from my textbook again. "It's not an act. I am straight." He rolls his eyes as his face goes red. "You shouldn't lie to yourself," My other friend, Taehyung, teases joining in on the conversation. Jungkook huffs and crosses his arms. "Whatever. I'm straight and that's a fact."

"Well even so," I speak up, looking up from my textbook once more. "You don't have a chance with her. She already has a boyfriend." And just as if that was a cue, a guy came up to the girl and wrapped his arms around the girl's waist. Jungkook noticed and looks away quickly. "Ugh..." he sighed heavily making Taehyung and I laugh again.

"Don't worry, Kookie." Taehyung says while draping his arm over Jungkook's shoulder and ruffling his brown hair. "You'll find a boyfriend soon then you won't have to worry about acting straight anymore." Jungkook groans and pushes Tae's hands away from him, his cheeks tinted a light red color.
Tae and I laugh once again before Taehyung looks over at me with a strange expression. "Why are you reading that History book? We don't have a test today." I smirk. "Actually, we do and it's right after lunch. I decided to refresh my memory before I took it." Taehyung's face paled. "Oh shit, we do?" He yelled before reaching into his bag looking for his textbook.
"Damn it," Taehyung facepalmed as he threw his bag back to the floor.

"What?"

"I left my textbook in my locker. Kookie, wanna go with me to go get it?" Our attention went back over to the freshman who's face was still red. "U-uh, sure hyung." Taehyung grabbed Jungkook's arm and his bag before dashing out of the lunchroom, waving to me as they went. I chuckle and continue to read my history book.

Suddenly I get a really weird feeling. It was like I'm being watched. I slowly lift my head and scan the room. My eyes go all around the room full of noisy high schoolers before landing on a blonde haired boy a few tables away. We made eye contact and I expected for him to look away quickly just like how any normal person would, but he didn't. What's wrong with this guy? I glared a little at him to see if he would look away but all he did was crack a smirk.
Finally, one of his friends noticed his behavior and tapped his shoulder making him finally look away.

I sigh and close my textbook just as the bell rings for lunch to be over. I hurriedly gathered my things together and stand to leave. I get that strange feeling again so I look back over to the boy to see him watching me again. I narrow my eyes and quickly leave, letting myself blend in with the swarm of students that were making their way to their next classes.

This is short but I suck at writing so I apologize.💕 sorry for any mistakes
