He woke the next morn

And a melody was born

No longer forlorn

Mind conceived a tune

And let the clavier croon

His musical rune

New found elation

For bizarre situation

Birthed this creation

On elusive keys

He vented his heart with ease

Her face all he sees

She was his journey

Perhaps it was Destiny-

Made epiphany

Life no more in vain.

Desire he couldn't explain.
