Guren might be OOC, I don't really know how to portray him, sorryyy.

Guren lied on the ground injured as he watched his comrades fight in the battle against vampires. He quickly got up and groaned at the pain but still fought. Guren looked around to make sure you were okay, but he couldn't seem to find you.

"Shinya, where is (F/N)?" Guren asked as he fought off a vampire. Guren stabbed the vampire and quickly pulled his sword back out.

Shinya shot his gun and a vampire and looked into the scope to aim, "She went with the Shinoa Squad."

Guren couldn't help but worry about you, you were his significant other after all. He knew he had to put his trust on you, he wouldn't want you to die.

"Shinya! Gather the others! We're going to fight as a group!"

"Careful, don't go fighting alone now." You say quietly as you and the Shinoa Squad walked to the designated area. "Yuu-kun you go over there, Shinoa behind that car." You carefully and thoughtfully placed each squad member in their place and waited for the vampires to show up.

"Any minute now..." Looking around you looked for any signs of vampires hiding. Cautiously grabbing an arrow, you put it in place on your bow and held it up, quickly shooting into a window of an abandoned building.

"Gotcha.." You quietly said as you felt your arrow hit a vampire. Vampires came shooting out from the building and you fired your arrows away. "Get on your feet Shinoa Squad! We fight now!"

"Guren! I can't hold them off! There are too much vampires!" A squad member shouted as they were trying to fight off a vampire. Guren quickly ran and killed the vampire.

"Guren! The Shinoa Squad is reporting back here!" Guren turned his head and looked at the person who said it. "They'll be here in a couple of minutes!"

"Until then, keep fighting off the vampires!!" Guren yelled as he killed 5 vampires in a row.

You ran as fast as your legs could take you to find Guren, you wanted to save him. You needed to know he was safe and alive. You saw Guren up ahead and you quickly grabbed your bow and shot the vampire in front of Guren.

"Guren!" You yelled as you ran in front of him. "Are you okay?" You quickly shot arrows at the vampires around you helped Guren up.

"I'm better now that you're here."

"Wow, okay." You laugh as you shot the vampires. "No time for romance though Guren, we have to fight."

The fight ended with the humans winning. Everybody was injured and out of breath by the time the last vampire died.

"Guren, good job." You say to your boyfriend as you gave him a pat on the back. He smiled at you through his heavy breaths.

"Thanks." As you were going to walk away, Guren collapsed on the ground in front of you, luckily you caught him a bit and softened his fall.

"Guren!! Somebody help! Guren!!" You shook his body lightly but he didn't respond. You clutched him close and listened to his breathing, it was slow and heavy.

"Guren, hang in there.."

"Good afternoon (F/N)-San, here to check up on Guren again?" A nurse said as they signed you into the hospital. You nodded and smiled.

"Always." You grabbed your pass and before you made it into the elevator the nurse called out to you again.

"Guren is awake. I wanted to let you know." Your eyes widened and your lips curved into a thankful smile.

"Thank you." You walked into the elevator and quickly ran to Guren's room. You slid the door open, walking in slowly you looked at Guren who in fact was awake. "Guren, you're awake."

"Yeah, I heard I was out for a while. That fight was pretty intense." You walked over to the bed and sat down on a chair next to it.

"Are you feeling okay?" You held his hand and studied his face. 'He isn't pale anymore..'

"Yes I'm fine. I'm going back today." He replied. You smiled and sighed happily.

"I'm glad you're okay, I was really worried. Don't fight too hard now okay?"

"Ill fight as hard as I can for you."

"Oh my goodness Guren.."
