Sorry if the image quality was bad, since my computer was lagging and I couldn't upload the art on the stupid computer... So ya this was a picture that I took by phone. And if you are stupid enough to not know who is who, I'll tell you. The one on the left is Vikk, and the one on the right is Lachlan.
Vik's PoV
Another worker with a lab coat, which I assumed was a leopard hybrid since she has ears and tail of one, came in and put a spiked collar around my neck. "Don't struggle with this on, since this is a shock collar." She said calmly, "And no, we're not going to take it off soon. Let's go experiment." She said, me following her behind, walking and flapping my wings. I noticed that when I am either excited or nervous, my wings will automatically start moving. Right after that thought, I felt a shock go through my body, paralysing my wings. I immediately fell to the floor of the corridor that we were walking on. And lord that pained a lot.
"That was just a normal shock to warn you, dragon. Next time will be much worse, so stop daydreaming and keep walking." She said, clearly impatient.
A few minutes later~
"Here's the room you need to be in. Now go in before I shock you again." She said opening the door, urging me in. I walked in, closing the door behind me with my tail. "Hey there, sorry for the assistance's attitude outside. She was in a bad mood. So look at me," A guy said in a friendly voice, using hand to lift up my chin since I was looking down. "Give me your information now please, and I won't use the brutal way to get it."
After a while~
I gave him my basic information, and he told me to do something I never thought I could do. "Now, I'll leave you alone in this room. Since you got the psychic powers potion, I want you to try to levitate this item." He said, holding a book in front of my face, "And if you need any help, call for me by shouting." I stayed silent, thinking of how in the world am I supposed to do so.
Another while later because why not~
I tried staring at it, talking in my mind and walking around it for the past few minutes. Then a idea popped up in my mind: What if I stared it and talked in my brain? Well I gave it a shot anyways. I stared at the same book that I stared at for the past while, and said with hope "Levitate". My eyesight turned white for a split second, then the book was actually floating. Like floating with some pinkish- purple smoke and fire effects around it. I shook my head, blinking my eyes to make sure this was real life. The book floated left and right repeatedly same as my head movements, which was incredibly cool.
I grab the book with my levitation skills and shouted at the door "I did it!" You can clearly hear the joy in my voice since this took me at least 15 minutes. He came rushing in, banging the door opening it in the process, which made me jump and drop the book. "Let me see," He said, grabbing his notes and pen. I stared at his pen and said "Levitate" again in my head. I saw the pen slowly float upwards with the smoke around it. I did a 360 and the pen did a loop around me too. The guy was kind of impressed, hence why he did a golf clap for a few seconds. I dropped the pen back into his hands, he thanked me with a nod. "I must admit, you're a quick learner... But now, you must try the extreme." I was quite nervous about this, for the fact that I was extremely new to this whole thing.
"Levitate me!" He said, shifting in to a dog which I think is a German Shepherd. I was indeed shaking since I only levitated items before, and not animals! Well hybrids to be exact, but you get the point nonetheless. "Come on, Give it a try." He said, raising a brow at me, confused on what I was thinking. "But I just started about this whole thing, for like less than half a hour! I just don't trust myself enough..."
I exclaimed, mumbling the last part to myself, but I think he still heard it. "Believe in yourself, that's the only way to succeed." He said with care. "Well here goes nothing..." I said, concentrating my mind on him, "Levitate" I said again. Then joy exploded in my body- he was surrounded with the same pinkish purple smoke effect, and started floating in my control. He this time gave me a real clap with his paws, clearly impressed. "Very nice, you may rest now. I'll call an assistant to bring you to your cell first, you'll come back for more psychic skills practice a few hours later." I dropped him back down and he landed with a soft thud. I was pretty scared and curious about the cell thing, but also about where Lachlan was.
  Lachlan's PoV (Right after Vik left)
Vik just left with an assistant, who put a spiked collar on his neck. Almost 5 minutes has passed with me sitting on the floor cleaning my feathers with my beak. I dunno why I did so, but it felt nice so I continued it. A female worker with a lab coat on walked in, and put a spiked collar on my feathered neck. "Let's go. Don't struggle at all though, this is a shock collar and I can shock you whenever I want." She said in a monotone voice. I stood up and shook my feathers to get rid of the dust that was on it. "Move it now." She said, boredom was heard from her voice. I followed her out of door and into the corridor with a ton of rooms.
I'm too lazy so another time skip~
We've been walking for a while, and I started thinking about the possibilities of potions there were, and a shock went through my body that stung my wings and a bit of my legs, which made me trip over and fall face first onto the ground. "Stop daydreaming, and that was just a warning shock. Now, keep moving." She said, and kept walking. I followed her behind, not to far away, shaking my feathers again since I hated it being dirty. "Here's the room. Now get in." She said, opening the white door that was in front of me. I walked in quickly, preventing another shock from her. I closed the door with my right wing that wasn't hurt, which was quite difficult because I don't have fingers in this form. "Hey there experiment, welcome to the test room. Tell me your basic information please, and I'll start the power test earlier." A guy wearing glasses, with a pair of pure black wings behind his back like mines but a different colour said. I gave him my basic information immediately, not wanting another shock.
Another time skip yay (Note the sarcasm) Aka a few mins later~
"So... Let me explain the basic that you are going to do in here. The potion you drank was the invisible one, so you're going to try to turn invisible here, and I'll leave you to yourself. If you need help, shout to the door since I will be outside." He finished, then leaving the room afterwards. Well this is going to be weird, not only I'm on my own with no instructions, but because I only did so in games. Mid while thinking, I accidentally said "Invisible" in my head, which cause my wings that were just put under my chin since I was thinking, while sitting on a stool to turn invisible. I looked all over 360 turning, noticing that I was now fully transparent except for my collar.
(A/N : Now all chats of Vikklan will be in bold font, and the others will be in normal font)
"I'm invisible!" I shouted at the door, watching a toucan fly in and shifted back into the same guy that just left. "Where are you?" He asked, clearly confused. I stood up from the stool, shaking my collar to tell him that I'm here. He definitely saw me, and told me to turn visible again. I told my brain to stop, and slowly saw the gray colours of my feathers appearing back. "Impressive, I must say." He said, giving me a standard clap for a few seconds, then continued. "You did break the record of the fastest learner for invisibility, and as a reward from me, you may rest in your new cell." I was frightened from the thoughts of cells, but I went with it. I saw him walk over to the door, opening it and shouted "An assistant for bringing a hawk to a new cell please!" We waited for a minute or so, and the same woman that brought me here came in. "Oh it's you again." She said sarcastically. She was definitely bored of this job. "Let's go, same rules as last time, but this time the walk will be longer." She scoffed, putting a leash on my collar.
Boom another few minutes pass!~
She was indeed right for a longer walk, and I got tired after walking for ten minutes so. The whole invisible thing took a lot of energy, plus I stayed home most of my time without much exercise. (A/N : Idk I just assumed that he doesn't do much exercise, don't quote me for this) And yes I was walking while thinking so I won't get shocked. I've been flying a bit to train my flying skills and waste less walking energy. I wonder when we will be at the cell though, since this is a long trip for walking for me. And as if on cue, she stopped and went next to me, taking off my collar and said "This is your temporary cell for now, we may change your room afterwards if needed. You can rest now, the dragon will be back soon too in this cell." She finished, then I walked in right after and started scanning the stuff in this cell. "Don't try to escape there hawk, because you'll be in great danger if you do so." She then locked the cell door and walked off. The cell had two king sized beds that wasn't nicely tidied on each side of the room, a table with a stool next to it at the left corner of the room, a pile of books at the right corner. There was two toilets next to the beds, and on the pile of books there was a blanket covering them. The window had metal bars across it, with a view that showed me that we were in a building that was very near the floor.
I heard some movements behind me since I was looking out of the window, and went "Invisible" in my mind without thinking. I saw Vik without his collar fly in with another male worker closing the cell door soon after. The first thing he did was same as mines, looking around, scanning the surrounding. He then jumped on the left bed in the room and hugged the pillow. I dunno why I found it adorable, but I still wanted to scare him. I flew over, my flying skills clearly a lot better, and tapped him on his shoulder. He reacted quickly, falling off his bed and roared at my direction, then looked seemingly confused. And in that split second, his eyes went pure white with a fire- smokey effect around them. I was a bit frightened so I went back next to the window, and I saw Vik levitate a book from the pile and swinging it around. It hit me once on the leg, and he immediately knew were I was.
"Who's there?" He growled, still confused. I went back to visible, and giggled at his reaction. "So your power is Levitation then? With the whole smoke thingy?" I asked, extremely curious. "Well kind of, the scientist told me I had psychic powers, so I assume there's more...?" He answered, unsure about the last part. "Anyways besides my powers, is yours invisibility?" He asked. I nodded as in yes, and turned "Invisible" again. He knew where I was, so he decided to levitate me. I dunno why though, since I can easily fly out of his grip- wait never mind what I just said then. His grip is strong, like real strong, I tried flapping my wings to get out, but I was clearly stuck. He seemed impressed with what he did, since he had a evil grin on his face.
  Vik's PoV
Well since I knew where he was, it was kind of easy to catch him with my levitation skills. "Oi let me go, you little jag!" He exclaimed, wriggling in my grasp. I slowly put him on the floor, and released him. He shook his feathers, and looked at me and went "Damn, your grip is strong! I couldn't even get out of it!" I giggled, taking that as a compliment.
Right after that, a lab worker stood in front of our cell and knocked the metal bars that was on the outer side. "Stop your bantering first, experiments. It's time for the dragon's second test." He said. "Ok then, are we going now?" I asked, and he replied with a simple nod. I went out of the cell and he put the same collar on my neck again.

Heyo everyone, Flame here, and I'm sorry for the late upload. Wattpad has been glitchy and almost deleted my writing, which scared me because this took me a lot time to write. So to make it better, I wrote a extra long chapter.
Side note: If you followed Vikkstar123 on Twitter, you should know that he has recently finished a collarbone surgery, which he broke from skiing. So please don't hate him for not uploading as frequently recently.
