~Yoona's Point of View~

"Namjoon."

"Yeah?" He glanced up as he stretched his muscles.

"I don't remember leaving this here." I clenched and unclenched my fist around the hilt of the blade, feeling the engravings with my thumb.

"Maybe you just forgot. Or Yoongi might have moved it with his mind?" Namjoon shrugged, chuckling slightly.

I frowned but left the matter, although I knew perfectly well I didn't 'forget' and Yoongi would have no reason to move my sword. Not wanting to bother Namjoon about it anymore, I just sighed and stretched, just as the leader smiled.

"Come on, let's fight."

After two hours, the pair of us were exhausted; I was worse and leaning on the wall for support.

"You've improved so much," Namjoon praised, nodding approvingly. "You're technique is so much better, and you can actually hold yourself in a fight now. I'm proud."

I grinned. Hearing those words were pleasantly surprising, considering about 5 weeks ago I'd have not lasted a mere few seconds in a fight.

"Thanks Namjoon," To which the boy simply nodded. I downed my bottle of water before standing up straight and stretching, when a pair of footsteps sounded around the room.

"Hey Jin," Namjoon mumbled without even looking up.

"How did you know it was Jin?" I asked with wonder, and Namjoon chuckled.
"They're my members, I know them well," He smiled fondly as Jin smiled softly at him before turning to me.

"It's late Yoona, you should get some sleep now. I think it's 1am?"

"Really?" I didn't even realise the time, that's how hectic this evening had been.
Jin nodded with a sigh.
"You too Namjoon, you look like you really need the rest," He placed a hand on the younger boy's shoulder and the latter obliged, preparing to head up.

"Oh and take another shot of that medicine, okay?"

Jin had given me some sort of medicine to numb the injury on my arm so it didn't hurt while training. Good thing it was on my left arm, so my dominant arm wasn't affected, in any case.

"I will," I nodded with a smile, and the three of us returned to our rooms after bidding each other goodnight. Everyone one else was asleep, or so I thought.

As I passed by Suga's bedroom, I could see the door was slightly ajar and the light was still on. Tentatively, I knocked on the door and stepped inside once I heard a faint 'come in.'

"Hey Yoongi," I came and stood next to the boy who was sat at his desk, papers filled with scribbled lyrics and spider diagrams and flow charts scattered over the wooden surface.

"Hey Yoona," He smiled. "How's the arm?"

I glanced down at it, the bandage still wrapped tight.
"It's fine," I replied, gaining a nod.

"You should get some sleep, you've been working hard," I smiled gently, running my eyes over the endless wordings and ideas mapped out.

"I just want to get some stuff going, and this is the only time I'm free," Yoongi sighed, rubbing his forehead.

"Please Yoongi, sleep now. Your album has just been released and is incredibly successful, you have nothing to worry about. Just relax a bit for now, you have plenty of time to start on the next songs," I persuaded, knowing he wasn't sleeping well, the eye bags and constant rubbing of his temples being clear evidence he needed a break.

He chuckled. "You're right Yoona, I'll get into bed then," He stood up, stretching his arms above his head and letting out a yawn.

"Goodnight," Yoongi ruffled my hair and I smiled at him, waving before retreating to my own room, injecting the shot of medicine into my arm with a wince before curling up into the bed and promptly falling asleep.

"Princess, come on!"

I smiled a little at the voice, as my body was being shaken by a pair of firm hands on my shoulders.
"Good morning Jimin," I grinned lazily without opening my eyes, and I could practically feel his eye smile bestowing its glory upon me.
"Get upppp," He attempted to drag me from under the sheets, until I muttered, "I could be in just my underwear you know."
Jimin immediately dropped my arms and took and step back, causing me to laugh at his flustered face.

"Oh-erm-ah-sorry-"

"I'm kidding!" I giggled, watching him visibly relax although his pink cheeks remained.
I giggled to myself, rolling onto my side and closing my eyes again, snuggling into the duvet.
But, of course, the black haired boy was not going to let that happen.

"Jimin!" I let out a little shriek as a pair of arms encircled me and lifted me body effortlessly, spinning me around as I laughed.

Just then the door swung open.

To reveal a frowning Jungkook.

His narrowed eyes flickered from me to Jimin, in our current position of the latter holding me bridal style.
Jimin was about to say something when Jungkook spoke emotionlessly.
"Jin hyung's calling you both for breakfast."
The boy stomped out of the room, slamming the door behind him, causing Jimin to gently put me down and give me an inquisitive look. I just gave him a weak smile.

Like that another week passed, filled with intensive training and when it wasn't there were shows and promotions for the boys. Unfortunately it was also filled with Jungkook's changed personality. Ever since the fleeted brush of lips we shared, he had completely changed. He would not acknowledge my presence and ignored me, and if he had to then it would be in a rude and insulting manner. Little did he know it was slowly breaking me inside, not that I showed it.

"So, the maknae line finished their individual photo shoots yesterday right?" Namjoon asked as the eight of us milled in the kitchen. The three boys nodded, and Namjoon smiled lightly.
"Okay, so today you three stay at home with Yoona and train whilst us four go for ours."
Grabbing their essentials, Namjoon, Hoseok, Yoongi and Jin left the dorm in the vehicle that was waiting for them.

"Guess we should head down too?" Taehyung smiled and lead the way, the rest of us following suit after grabbing our respective weapons.

Finally, I could see other members' choice of weapons. I'd only ever seen Namjoon's large mace seeing as he was the one that did combat training with me.

Jimin sported a large mahogany coloured bow, with a set of thin black arrows. Taehyung held a sword around half the height of himself, the long sharp blade as shiny as a mirror. And Jungkook had his fingers wrapped around a small dagger, the hilt shiny gold and the blade solid black.

"That's it?" I spoke with thinking, peering at it in his grasp. I glanced up at his harsh glare and immediately regretted saying anything.

"Don't underestimate me," He snarled, and both V and Jimin were taken about with the tone of voice. I gulped and looked away, not before catching Jimin's glare at the youngest boy.

"Er...well Jungkookie's more of a close combat fighter," Taehyung chuckled nervously, attempting to break the tension. Jungkook simply turned away.

"Okay, let's start with simple combat!" Taehyung held up his sword with a grin.

I found my eyes traveling to where Jungkook was throwing his dagger repeatedly at the dummy on the wall across the hall.

He hit the heart every time.

"You're distracted," V commented as he very easily disarmed me, causing my weapon to scatter. I sighed out an apology, and Taehyung frowned with concern.
"Hey, is everything okay? What's on your mind?"
I sighed again, shaking my head lightly with what I hoped was a convincing expression before heading for my sword. Just as I bent down to grab it, a boot cladded foot kicked the weapon and I simply watched it skid across the floor with a clatter as Jungkook looked on with a smug expression, as even Jimin looked over from his place where he had his bow strewn and ready to fire. He lowered his bow and I noticed his fists clench tighter.

Giving him a quick shake of the head to tell him not to do anything, I headed over and retrieved my blade, hiding my pained expression and swallowing back my tears.
"Let's c-continue."

"That's really not good enough."

Both Taehyung and I froze at the sound of the all too familiar voice. Jungkook stood up from the wall where he was leaning, unknown to us but silently watching.

He sighed, cocking his head in an intimating manner.

"Fight against me."

"W-what?" I mumbled, cursing myself internally for stuttering.

"Fight. Against me." He said, as casually as if he was saying, 'Come with me to the corner shop.'

I gulped but nodded, gripping my sword tighter and adjusting my stance. I briefly had time to catch Jimin put down his bow and turn to watch before Jungkook lunged.

After a few minute of intense combat I found myself slumped against the wall with a dagger at my throat.
Jungkook leant forward even further, his breath tickling my chin as his tilted my head back with his knife. I winced as it touched my flesh, and I heard Jimin growl lowly from somewhere and Taehyung's quiet mutter of, "Jungkook, enough."

"Weak," Jungkook spat, his dark eyes showing no kindness of any manner, just hard and cold. The worst part was they weren't even black, simply the same colour as normal. That one word cut through me as I closed my eyes, unable to look at the boy in front of me any longer for fear I would start crying.

"Jungkook," Jimin growled, grabbing the said boy by the collar and yanking him backwards.
"Let's have a chat."

"What the hell are you doing?!" Jimin was fuming as he slammed the boy against the kitchen wall after dragging him back into the house.

"She needs to be strong." Was Jungkook's reply, and Jimin let out another angry hiss.

"All week. All week you've been nothing but horrible to her. Why?"

"Why do you care?" Jungkook smirked, testing the elder boy's patience.

"Answer my question," Jimin seethed, grabbing a hold of Jungkook's collar roughly. "Do you have any idea how much you're hurting her?"

The younger's eyes seemed to soften with sadness for a moment. "I have to keep my distance hyung," He whispered, and Jimin's hand dropped.
"I'll only hurt her, I'm not safe to be around. The only way is to get her to hate me."

Jimin gave Jungkook a look of disgust.

"So you took the coward's way out," He snarled, and Jungkook's eyes hardened as the elder took a step forward.

"Let me tell you something," Jimin spoke harshly.
"Emotional pain is much harder to bear than physical pain, Jungkook. And let me tell you, right now you're causing a hell of a lot of emotional pain yet she still likes you and bears with your attitude," His eyes had narrowed to slits as his fists clenched.

"You know I always keep my promises, right?"

The question took Jungkook off guard, and the younger nodded with confusion.

"Then listen - if you don't fix your behaviour soon and treat Yoona as she deserves, I swear to god...I will take her and make her mine."

Jungkook's eyes widened as he pushed off the wall with fire in his gaze, the same being reflected in his hyung opposite.

"And I promise."
