ASTER IS SOOO NEEDY

Leopard geckos are more needy than any cat or dog,

Okay, I'm done complaining because I love my pets.......

But I'm serious, I'll list the minimum of what they need:

- At LEAST a 10 gallon tank (for a juvenile)
- mealworms/ the food they like most at the moment
- calcium powder
- vitamin powder
- feeding tongs (for....not live prey)
- A water bowl
- A calcium bowl (can just be an empty water bottle lid but not advised)
- I use moss in her humid hide-
- ALMOST FORGOT ABOUT THE SUBSTRATE XDDDD
- if your terrarium isn't bioactive, and it doesn't have a solid floor, you'll have to get a scoop to shovel out that poo XD
- something to mist down the terrarium, I have a literal humidifier
- don't get me started on TREATS
- oh, and a hide.

- if it's bioactive like the one I'm going to get for Aster in the future, here's some things that NEED to go in the terrarium.

- a clean-up crew (basically a group of bugs and worms that'll break down all of the gecko's waste and mold
- substrate that's gecko-safe and has the nutrients to feed plants
- patience
- PLANTS PLANTS PLANTS
- hydro-balls (A drainage layer)
- cork bark (which I RECCOMEND)

Oooooooh I almost forgot about that $100+ dollar 50 gallon terrarium for the adult leopard geckos!

Bottom line, I'm not trying to DISCOURAGE you, more like WARN you XD

I've done my research, now I'm desperate to find a free 50-gallon terrarium somewhere and just get started XD
But, for now, Aster only has the minimum, and she's happy lol
