"Walking down the aisle with you today made me realize, all I want is you."

"You been realized that." I laughed cockily.

"You always ruining the damn mood." 

"Y'know I try but really proclaiming your love in a hospital while we waiting to see if our brother lives isn't really romantic."

"JC aight, the only shot that's threatening is the neck. He'll be fucked up for a while but he'll be good." 

"How do you know?"

"Because we always beat the odds, I died and came back so did you and so did Lys. Starting to think we invisible and shit."

"Nah God just fucks with us." I laughed.

"Word, he blessing all the trap niggas." He laughed.

"Boyyy." I laughed with him.

"You think she'll be okay?" He asked looking at Lys.

I looked at her to see her staring at the wall holding her stomach not saying and not moving. She's been like this since I got here.

"Yeah she'll be alright, she strong. Tac didn't raise pussies." 

"I damn sure didn't." He said walking past us making us laugh.

"So nosy."

"At least, you had the chance to change out of that wedding dress. We paid a grip for it and I would hate to have your wedding dress ruined on your wedding day. Poor girl." Mace said to Alyssa rubbing her back. She turned her head and just looked at him.

"She's going to hit him." I said.

"No I don't think-" Alyssa pushed him than hit him with the coffee cup making the coffee spill on both of them,  Tac went to hold her before she could do more.

"I told you." I laughed.

"I didn't even do anything!" Mason yelled like a big kid making me laugh again.

"You gon marry me?" Iyan asked catching me off guard.

"What?" 

"I want you to be Kailani Dawson and have my child." 

"We just can't get married."

"Why not? We can actually go right now."

"We just got back together."

"No, you just got back with me. My heart been claimed."

"That's cute and all but are you forgetting about JC?"

"No, he won't be woke by time we come back." 

"So you just want to run away and get married right now?"

"Yeah."

"Why the hell not?" I laughed.

"For real?"

"Yes for real."

"Let's go than baby."

"Lead the way."

"Alyssa we love you, we'll be back before he wake up." He kissed her on her forehead.

"I love you." I whispered in her ear as I hugged her and surprisingly she hugged me back.

"I love y'all more, congratulations." Her raspy voice said but she was still looking straight ahead like she was in a trance. I hugged her for a few more seconds and than grabbed Iyan hand.

"We don't even have a ring." 

"You right, uhhh..." He patted his pockets looking around. "Here, this your temporary." 

"They do stuff like this in movies, this cute." I laughed at the circular vine he put on my finger.

"My cornyness comes in handy." He winked getting in the car.

"Kailani, do you take Iyan as your husband? For better or for worst? For richer or for poorer? In sickness and in health, til death do you part?" 

"I do." I smiled gripping his hand.

"Iyan, do you take Kailani as your wife? For better or for worst? For richer or for poorer? In sickness and in health, til death do you part?"

"I do." He slid the vine on my finger, sniffling which made my eyes start to water.

"I now prounconce you husband and wife. Mr.Dawson you may kiss your bride." Iyan gripped my chin and than passionately put his lips on mine and than we parted ways and held hands walking down the aisle.

"I know this was last minute and not really planned but I just-"

"It doesn't matter, as long as I could say I'm your wife than it doesn't matter how we got married." I smiled and he smiled back.

"You've always been my wife."

"I love you."

"I love you more."

9 months later

"So this means my baby can die?" I asked tears coming out my eyes.

"After you have a miscarriage every pregnancy after that can have complications, Mrs.Dawson. There's no way you could of known but all I can do is advise you to eat the right things and stay off your feet unless you have too."

"So bed rest?" Iyan asked.

"Not bed rest, she can still go out just to a certain extent."

"What about sex?" I asked and I saw him smirk from the corner of my eye, he swear he so cute.

"You can still have sex, just don't be too rough."

"Thank you Dr.Robbins." I smiled and sat up. 

"You have my number if you need me." Iyan thanked her one last time and than tried to grab my hand but I held my hand to my side.

"Don't do this." He finally said when we walked outside.

"Do what?"

"Every time something goes wrong, you go MIA on me. You can't keep doing it Kai, we took vows for a reason."

"I just- I don't know anymore."

"Tell me you ain't blaming yourself for this." He looked me in my eyes making me look away.

"I am, the miscarriage was my fault and this is my karma for all the horrible things I said about Alyssa during her pregnancy. Karma's a bitch." I bitterly laughed picking the leaves off the trees.

"You can't keep blaming yourself for stuff Kai, this isn't God way of punishing us. You're 7 months pregnant, you wouldn't have made it this far only for it to end like this." 

"Maybe your right." I nodded.

"Kailani, we always beat the odds remember? This is nothing compared to what we have been through, don't worry. I promise our little girl gon come out as bad as you and y'know goodlooking like me." He said rubbing his eyebrows making me laugh.

"You get on my nerves." I rolled my eyes playfully.

"Yeah, yeah I love you Kai."

"I love you more."

2 Months later

"One big last push Kailani." Dr.Robbins said as I gripped Iyan hand making him groan in pain.

"Damn Kai." He said.

"Go ahead push baby." My mother said on the side of me. I pushed with everything in me but I didn't hear any cries.

"Why isn't my baby crying?" Just than her loud ass cries filled the room.

"She's a strong one, meet your baby Mr. and Mrs.Dawson." She said said putting her on my chest.

"Oh shit, Imma father." Iyan said looking at her with glossy eyes.

"Watch your mouth."

"That's my babygirl? Like we could take her home and shit like that right?"

"Iyan watch your mouth." I laughed.

"This is un-fucking-believable. I got a mini me in this damn world, you think she look like me right? I think she got my ears and shit."

"Iyan watch your mouth." Me and the nurses said at the same time as they started laughing.

"Oh shit my bad y'all." He laughed.

"You still cursing, you wanna hold her?" 

"Can I?" 

"This is your daughter, you don't have to ask." I handed her to him and it's like a new light came over him.

"What's her name?" The nurse asked and I looked at Iyan hopefully.

We had a bet and I lost so he get's to name her and I'm so scared he'll pick a name I don't like.

"Mulan Amaree Dawson." He smiled.

"That's real pretty." I nodded liking it.

"Man life couldn't be any better, the devotion and dedication I have towards you and my daughter couldn't be for nobody else. Man I always knew I loved you but Kai I swear you the love of my life, nobody could ever topping you man. The best decision I made was jumping in front of that bullet for you, I love you so much Kailani Dawson."

"And I love you much more Iyan Dawson."
