In search of him in the room,

Wandering lonely as a cloud,

Her sight would land at his crowd.

All laughing merry and gay,

She would often find him at bay,

Her heart would always dream,

For him to call her a team.

Eager glances they would share,

Often a smile here and there,

In fright of what others would say,

Unspoken they would end the day.

A little more than hai and bye,

A little into the life of her guy,

She slipped, deciding to end the wait,

Words were exchanged near and straight.
