During the trip back to police department, Chase could see a lot of police cars and ambulances driving straight to the nightclub, where the shooting gallery had happened, he also took a look at Sweetie, who was still shaking from recent events and only her could tell what was she thinking about right now. They didn't say any word to each other until they arrived to HQ, got out of the car and went inside, where the crew was waiting for them.

Chief: Ok, since our helper is also here, I want Chris to talk with her and note some info.

Chris: Hey, remember that Connor was already aware that she's being used by us.

Chief: What??

Chase: That what I was trying to say after getting out.

Chief: Seems like we've got a rat in our rows gentlemen.

The anthro Shepherd was about to go away when Chris suddenly walked up to him.

When Chase sat in his car and started driving back home, he thought that his colleague was actually right - Skye wanted to hang out with him and the deadline for answer was almost there, so without hesitation, he took his phone and dialed her number. For next 2 minutes, there was no response from her and just when Chase was about to break the call, he finally heard her voice.

Skye: Oh hello!

Chase: Hey! How's it going?

Skye: Very noisy thanks to all those cars with sirens.

Chase: Sorry.

Skye: You were involved into something?

Chase: Needed to deal with some bad guys, including killing them.

Skye: Chirst. Sweetie's dead though?

Chase: Heh, I know that you still have an inner hate towards her, but she's being used in police favor once again.

Skye: Ok, I guess... so why are you calling?

Chase: Err, about hanging out on Sunday.

Skye: Ohhh! Go on!

Chase: Heh... I'm in, I suddenly got a free time.

The anthro Shepherd giggled from such positive reaction from his friend/crush as she kept speaking.

Skye: Well, I'll need to plan this thing. I want to show you all the city. Not like your teammates did, they gave you some short trip around New York, didn't they?

Chase: Yes, they did.

Last sentence from the anthro Cockapoo had hints of worry, which surprised the police officer but he responded that he'll be safe and hung up, feeling very relieved. This was about to be one of the best Sundays in his life.
