Warm Sun Rays

•BASIC•
Name:
Kyra Loughrey
Age:
19
Species:
Human
Birthdate:
January 4
Sexuality:
Homosexual
Looks:

Clothing Style:
Kyra likes to dress very feminine! Pinks, purples, and light shades of blue are very much her style, and she loves to wear floral patterns. Skirts, high waisted pants, and comfortable shirts are her go-to on days out.
When having one of those days where she stays at home, she usually wears oversized sweatshirts and no pants—after all, who wants to wear pants when they don't have to?
Status:
Single—wants a girlfriend very badly
•PERSONALITY•
Traits:
Nosy-
If there is one habit that Kyra has, it has to be eavesdropping. It's not her fault she likes to hear about drama! Either way, she likes to stick her nose in places it doesn't belong.
Forgetful-
It's hard to trust Kyra and rely on her when she forgets everything—she writes constant reminders for herself that never seem to work.
Passive-
She won't stand up for herself at all. She'll just let people walk all over herself. Granted, she'll complain about it when they're not around, but will never even think about addressing it to their face.
Individualistic-
She isn't afraid to be herself at all. If anything, being herself is all she knows how to do, she could never in her life time act like someone else.
Energetic-
Kyra has an overwhelming amount of positive energy poured into whatever she does. She can go on for hours, and oven overworks herself as she has no idea where exactly this energy ends. It's either she's very energized or has no energy at all, but it's mostly the former.
Creative-
Kyra's odd mind and out-of-the-box thinking fuel her creative spirit, giving her ideas and make her creations one of a kind. She tends to find new and different solutions to problems.
Summary:
Kyra is a very positive young lady who sees the world as very beautiful and sees its potential to be good. She's a little odd, admittedly, and knows she doesn't quite fit in with some people, which she doesn't mind, she still tries her best to be friendly!
She can be a bit of an airhead and forgetful, but she doesn't believe that just book smarts and street smarts are the only way you can be intelligent! For example, she's very emotionally and creatively intelligent. Yet, she doesn't like to stand up for herself in case negative emotions arise, despite the fact that she's very good with handling other people's feelings.
She's hella nosy. Be prepared for her to ask semi-invasive questions, be curious about so many things about you, and want you to spill on some drama.
Strengths:
Has a lot of energy, positive, hard working, isn't afraid of change, curious, and independent.
Weaknesses:
Not very smart, forgetful and loses things easily, easily side tracked, and meddlesome.
Habits:
Well, she has a habit of eavesdropping, she gets really embarrassed when caught. She is constantly losing things, and she writes notes on the inside of her wrist.
Hobbies:
She has a fascination with the stars, so on clear nights, don't be surprised if she is out on the rooftops gazing at the constellations.
Introvert or Extrovert:
65% Extrovert
35% Introvert

———————————————————————
(Scenario 1):
You knew Kyra a long time ago. She was a good friend in middle school, you both went to the same school and lived across the street from one another, so it was natural that you both had developed a friendship.
Nights with each other were spend over popcorn, old and crappy animated movies, and those dumb sleepover games little girls always play. She was sweet, she had a dog that absolutely loved you as well. Altogether—the friendship was going great.
One night in particular, a badly animated movie was playing in the background as you two ate licorice and played a game of truth or dare. When it was your turn to ask, you asked about the boys at your school—specifically, who she would date if she could. Pathetically, she stammered over the answer.
"Actually—um...I don't...I don't...I don't...think I like boys...I think I prefer girls...." She choked out, the embarrassment and nervousness clear in her behavior. After a few minutes of stunned silence, you had no idea how to respond—you had never heard of anyone liking girls. Was that an option?
"Than which girl would you date?"
"I mean, I guess it would be you, after all, you're probably my best friend." And then that was the end of it.
—
Nearly a year later, at the age of 14, Kyra moved. The day she left was spent full of tears and promises to keep in contact. But, although the two of you swore up and down you'd never forget to write, and you'd always stay friends, you two drifted apart.
—
It's been five years now. Your great-grandfather who lived down in Florida was turning 100, and, your entire extended family was going visit for a few days. Your family decided it would be best to just take a vacation as well while you were there, and were now spending close to three weeks of their summer vacation down in the Sunshine State.
It was the day before your grandfather's birthday, and your second day down in Florida. You were at a crafts shop with your mother, buying some last minute items for the party. You wandered aimlessly around the store as your mother decided which of the ribbon colors she should buy. Suddenly, a familiar voice rang out behind you.
"Hey! Hey!" Turning your head, you could see the source of the noise, a girl, her long hair tied up in a braid, and an excited smile spread across her face. "Do you remember me? It's Kyra!"
