Chapter 2 .:Flight:.
The old man quickly waddled to the edge of the roof and peered over, expecting to see the body of the young brine. Instead, he was pushed back by a great gust of wind.
He coughed as clouds of dust rose from the floor of the roof. He peered up to see dragon hybrid with large black and purple wings.
The hybrid was a male. He was sometimes mistaken as a female from behind but if you bared to say it, you would usually be picked up and lifted off the ground and into the air. You would then be dropped and........lets hope you survive.
His hair was a Carmel brown color that seems to have had better days. It was always to his chin as it covered his left eye. His skin was as pale as a the snow and his eyes we're as purple as a deep amythest that always seemed to be able to kill if allowed to.
He wore a white T-shirt with black trims and gray jeans. His shoes were black but the laces were the same color of his deadly eyes.
His black tail whipped in annoyance as he held the young brine's arm.
Sky laughed and waved at the old man.
"I TOLD YOU I WASNT ALONE, PHIL!" Sky laughed as the dragon hybrid flew towards the dark forest.
The old man grunted in frustration. What was the point in chasing him. He knew that that boy always had tricks up his sleeve.

The dragon hybrid glided towards a small pond. He flapped his wings as he looked around for anyone.
He found no one and dropped the brine into the water.
The brine yelped in surprise but hissed angrily as his friend as he tried to get out of the pond.
"WHAT THE HELL, TY?!?!" Sky yelled in anger as he tried to splash his friend.
Ty just dodged and landed beside a tree.
"You know, you can't keep running from Phil forever," Ty sighed as he leaned against the tree.
Sky rolled his eyes playfully as he laid down beside the lake.
"I know but what can we do in this island. It's so boring here," Sky sighed as he lightly stretched.
"Well, you could do the most logical thing and actually try to get a job," Ty grunted
"But getting a job is boring. All you do is wait and hope that people will buy. There's no fun in that," Sky muttered boredly.
It's not hard to get a job here but not many of the youth actually want a job. They just steal and make a profit out of the most valuable things people have.
Ty had been working since he was 15 as a post office worker. Ty was now 18, he could do his own business but he chose to stay at his job.
The rest of Ty's friends were thieves but they respected his chose and he respected his. In all honesty, he helped them out whenever they were in a pickle.
Ty huffed a bit and said nothing. He started to play with his claws. His arms were covered in black scales. They appeared at random times but no one seemed to mind.
They stayed quiet until they heard the laughs of what can only be described as a loonatic.
Sky cursed as he quickly got up.
As soon was he was pucked up, he was tackled back into the cold water of the pond.
