P.O.V. Kūsō

I sighed as I watched the three males train. I already know King but I have learned that the other two are named Blaze and [Name]. The two seem to train more than most humans. Shimo seems to hate the two of them.

He claims that one was able to wound him. If this is true then I'm impressed. They seemed to be very skilled as far as humans go. I then saw the two males smile and walk away. They had been training with King for most of the day.

I saw that King was more exhausted than the other two were. I'm not surprised, it tends to become a little difficult fending off two attackers, and not being allowed to cause any serious harm to them.

As the two walked away I looked at King. He sat down and tried to catch his breath. I smiled seeing this. It's just like Shimo says. The worst part about being strong is the no one ever asks if you're okay.

I'm counting on that. I need him in a weak mental and physical state for what I have planned. I then smiled and started to walk towards the dome that was around Star Shade.

When I reached the edge I saw Kūsō looking at me. "How much longer are you going to make me wait?" The male asked looking at me.

"Not much longer," I said looking at him. He smiled hearing this and we began to walk towards the cave we were staying in.

P.O.V. [Name]

I was walking down the street with Blaze. I was still amazed that he was able to be brought back to life. "Hey [Name] do you still have my necklace?" Blaze asked looking at me.

I had nearly forgotten about the necklace he had given me. "Yeah, I do," I said reaching into my pocket. I then pulled out the small item and he smiled and took it from me.

"So do you think we'll see him again?" Blaze asked looking at me.

"I'm not sure. He's been seen twice around Star Shade. He said he was one of the royal guard. If that's true then he's probably looking for something," I said looking at him.

"Yeah, but what could he be looking for? Star Shade is well known but I don't think we have anything that the demons want," Blaze said looking at me.

He's right I can't think of a single thing that we have here that the demons would want. It's hard to tell why he's here if that's the case. Maybe it has something to do with Nazca. She said that a few demons tried to kidnap her a while ago.

"You think that Sayaka or Aoi know anything?" Blaze asked looking at me.

"I doubt it, they didn't know he was here when he attacked us so I don't think they'd know anything now," I said looking at him.

"Good point," he said with a sigh. "So what should we do now?" Blaze asked looking at me. When he said this I heard a loud crash and looked towards the source.

I looked at Blaze and he nodded. We then began to run towards the source of the sound. As we ran we began to hear more and more crashes.

I then noticed that it was starting to get a little cold. I knew what this meant and looked at Blaze. When I did I stop and he looked at me. "What's wrong?" He asked looking at me.

"He's here," I said looking at him.

"Yeah I know that's why we should get there as soon as possible," he said looking at me.

"No, last time we fought him he literally killed you. . . Or at least I thought he did. Maybe the only reason you're alive is because he did something to you. I don't think you should go," I said looking at him.

"It's because of what he did to me that I have to go. If i don't then I'll never figure out what he did to me or even if he did anything at all. If you don't want me to go that's fine but you're not going to stop me," he said looking at me.

When he said this he turned around and began to run towards the sound. "Damn it," I mumbled to myself as I started to run behind him.

While we were running I saw a giant dome of ice start to appear. I grew nervous seeing this and began to run a little faster. When I got there I saw the male looking at me.

"I was wondering when you'd show up. I've been looking forward to repaying you," He said looking at me. He then saw Blaze and looked a little shocked at first.

However his shocked expression soon faded into a smile and he looked at us. "Since I know there are going to be more slayers are going to come I'm going to show you something special," he said as his body started to turn into ice.

"I have a bad feeling about this," Blaze said looking at me.

"Living Avalanche," he said as his body started to shatter and come back together. He then started to grow and looked at us. I then heard a few footsteps behind us and looked to see several people.

"Now the real fun can finally begin," he said looking at us.
