After my shower,which took longer than it should've....I mean I can't help it...imagine not showering for a while and running around a forest? Like that's just WRONG! The fact that the bathroom smelt like Demetrius didn't help at all!

I got out of the shower and wrapped a towel around myself and quickly opened the door. Demetrius said that he'd leave clothes for me and guess what? That son of a b*tch didn't leave me any! So I took matters into my own hands and decided to look for some clothes.

Opening his closet...I think I entered a black hole! This Alpha really loves black,doesn't he? Just as I was about to close his closet the door burst open and I slipped on the floor trying to hide myself!

"I think I broke my nose"
*cue laughter*
I must say that Demetrius's laughter sent shivers up and down my spine- everyone says these shivers are supposed to feel good but to me it felt like a worm was trying to do the boogie.

"If you brought me clothes like you SAID you would,I wouldn't be in this misery- and thanks for helping", I grumbled getting up
"Sorry sweetheart,I got caught up with some paperwork"

Not believing his excuse, I crossed my arms across my chest but quickly decided against it because I was only in a towel. This action didn't go unnoticed by Demetrius because his eyes turned black and his eyes traced my figure like a child tracing lines.

He nodded to himself in something like approval and slowly approached me taking one step at a time like a lion approaching his prey. When he reached me,he hesitantly took hold of the back of my neck and leaned closer as if he was afraid of being too harsh. He kept coming closer and my heart went haywire.

I couldn't let him kiss me, we had just met. I didn't even know if this mate thing would work out or if I even liked Demetrius as an individual instead of as my mate. Right when our noses touched,I pushed him away and put my head down.

"Sorry" he muttered with hurt evident heavily in his voice. Hearing that just made me want to curl up in a ball and cry.
"No,I'm sorry I-i just don't know if I'm ready for anything like this. I never thought I'd find my mate in such difficult  circumstances"

Again,he slowly approached me and held my hands. "I'll wait as long as you're ready and comfortable,I don't ever want you to feel or think like you're being forced into something you don't want. I promise you, I'll wait and I'll keep you safe." He said this with so sincerely that I just wanted to cry...ugh what is it with me and wanting to cry? I was never like this!

Pushing away any thoughts I had, I wrapped my arms around him and hugged him as tightly as I could, he slowly wrapped his arms around my waist and hugged me back. "Thank you" I mumbled into his chest. He just nodded in response and held me tighter. We stayed in an embrace for a couple more seconds, unwillingly I let go of him and stepped back. "I'll bring you some clothes and we can talk,okay?" He asked me. I nodded
