They reached the resort he booked and entered the room and was shocked to find all the flower decorations. Avni looked at the room and then him.

"Huhmm.. " He cleared his throat and looked at her.

" I... I didn't knew that... This.. " He said while his words get stumbled.

"It's okay.. " She smiled at him casually and moved towards the curtain and opened it find the porch with the beach view.

"Wow.. " She said to him while he started taking away the flowers while she looked at him. He gave her smile.

"What are we doing here?..." She asked him while he looked at her making a thinking face.

" Our honeymoon?! " She asked while he widen his eyes.

"Huh?! " He asked her and coughed while she laughed looking at his expression.

"I was kidding Neil.. " She laughed while he still coughed and went to have some water.

He suddenly gets a call while he looked at the caller Id and then her.

"Who is that? " She asked him with a confused face.

" Hmm... From the hotel... I guess they need to check something.. I will be right back"He said to her while Avni nodded and sat on the bed and left the room.

Whereas on the other hand he stood  outside and dialed the number again.

"Will every thing set by evening? " He asked her.

"Yess Sir... " The other person spoke and they had few more conversation and he put off the call and came to room again.

"Neil... Where are you taking me? "She said as he blind folded her and was taking her somewhere.

" Will you be patient for some more time?! " He said to her and carefully holding her still walking.

When they reached there he unfolded her blind and Avni smiled widely at their view.

A Table was set on shore with the candle lights all over which makes everything Perfect for Candle light date. She turned to look at Neil and smiled at him.

Neil showed the way while Avni walked and he started walking beside her. He pulled the chair for her like a Gentlemen while Avni sat.

What you wanna eat Avni?... " He asked her giving her the menu card.

"The treat is all on me... " He said while Avni chuckled.

"You already had done enough Neil.. " She said while Neil nodded in a NO.

"Come on!... Just order it... " He said to her and while Avni was surfing through the menu.

"Wait a Minute.. " Neil left to check on something while she nodded and looked at his retreating figure.

She took the glass and had a sip of water while she spilled some of it on her dress. She grabbed her bag to fetch a tissue but saw her phone vibrating in silent.

She took it out and checked many missed calls from her PA.

"Argh!... Can't she let me be free atleast for a day? " She said and about to shove it onto her bag but again it started ringing.

"What's the issue? " She almost shouted over the phone while she trembled hearing her.

Avni already Informed her not to disturb regarding anything but she knows if she didn't Inform this matter she will surely get into trouble when Avni finds it.

"Ma'am... The.. Thing... Is... " She uttered word by word making Avni so pissed.

" What's wrong with you?... Spill the beans or else I am hanging up! " She said and about to put off the call.

"Ma'am there has been a Article released....about you... " Avni kept her phone on her ear.

" What's that about? ... " Her face turned serious as she knows something or other rumours comes up with her.

"Ma'am please dont worry... We are trying our best to handle it " She didn't informed it clearly.

"I don't wanna see any single article about it ....I want everything to be taken down by today " She said and put off the call as she thought as like every time it's the same rumour about her being taken away the Mehtha Industries from Keten.

She about to slid down her phone back into the bag but stopped and she googled about it.

Neil came back and found Avni nowhere and all things on the table were scattered on the ground with broken pieces making Neil confused.

"Avni... " He started calling her name and was searching for her.

He went back to their hotel room to check but she was nowhere to be seen. He quickly grabbed his phone and started calling her while her call went unanswered.

He took his hair into a Fist in as he was totally blank and don't know what to do.
He left to parking slot and saw her car was still there. He searched everywhere but she was not there.

"Where would have she gone? " He asked with a worried tone and left taking his car searching for her. He called her bodyguard.

On the other hand.

Avni was walking and all of sudden, it started raining heavily. But she didn't stopped but continued walking being lost.  

Flashback

She Googled about it.

Another Article : Shocking News!, Avni Mehtha, The CEO of Mehtha Industries turned out to be a Murderer.

She clenched her phone and just throw it on the floor. Her eyes turned red in anger and she pushed away all the things on the table leaving them to break into pieces. She stood up and picked her phone and left.

Flashback ends.

Her dress were all drenched but her eyes are still dry. Her heart feels so heavy that she could barely take a proper breath. She wanted to cry her heart out, she wanted to scream it to the world but she don't want to make herself weak in front of the world.

She was shivering all by now but her legs didn't gave in to make her collapse on the ground. It's Dark all around but she was still walking without a clueless destination. She didn't want to reach one either. She just wants to hide for some moment atleast till the time she can pull herself back. She don't want anyone to see her in this state. She hates the judging looking of People. She just wanna hide away from those People.

Suddenly a car passed around and it stood in front of her. Avni stopped seeing the car while the door gets open and she saw him stepping out.

She gasped seeing him and he saw her. He just move towards her and removed his coat and made her wear as he can clearly see her shivering. He just took her into a bone crushing hug as he was so worried of her. He started caressing her back making her calm down as he knows everything and what she is going through while She just closed her eyes wondering why that seems so comforting for her.

Within some time, she just pushed him away not wanting him to comfort her. She just don't wanna depend on him.

" Leave Neil... Leave me alone... " She said and started walking.

" I cannot Avni.. " He hold her hand stopping her.

"I said Leave me.... Just go away... I want to be alone " She said and jerked his hands away .

He hold her by arms and pulled her towards him.

" Am I a toy to you Avni?... You wanted me before... Now you are pushing me away... " He asked her while she again pushed him away.

while she just looked at him while she became teary but was determined not to let it fall.

He just hugged her gently.

" Just let it out.... Cry... Just pour it out... " He said gently while Avni struggled in his arms. But within sometime she just broke down in his arms. It's still raining and he made sure to held her gently and not let go of her.

And Finally Her legs gave in and she collapsed on her floor holding him tightly crying loud.

Neil's eyes became teary and he wanted to wait till she cries her heart out.

It's been more than 10 minutes and Avni parted away from him.

"Let's Go avni... " He said and made her stand up but she got collapsed in his arms.

"Avni... " He tapped her cheeks but she was still unconscious. He picked her in bridal style and ran towards his car.

Its kinda feels like I am back only God knows after how long 😭🤣😭🤣.

From Past days, I have been re-reading my stories and was in dilemma whether to write or not🥲. And whether you guys remember it or not 😭.

Yess..your long lost writer is kinda back and i am really nervous 🥲😭.
