CrossoverMaster cracked the last Code

I decided to release this code before I go to work tonight, I plan to release two a day in hopes of giving you, my dear little Code Breakers something to do, I know some of these are difficult and that is the point, I can't give you easy ones all the time, I just hope you enjoy yourself as we play this little game of ours.
