**** 5 years later age 12 **

I reach into my draw, unscrolling the paper.

This is to announce Ella horror of innocence, her sister, age 13 was suffering from an illness unknown at the time.

I gulp guilty

Therefore she was influenced, unkowingly , to kill her. The court has decided her case innocent.

I still wonder, if this is true, if I knew. My chain of depressing thoughts ( literally) were interrupted by my mum knocking cheerily on my door.
" Rise and shine first day of year 6, a new class a new start! "
I groan internally, grabbing on my second hand uniform, it kills me to wear it, but I do.
" I'm driving you today" she announces, still lingering in my room, she notices what I was reading and snatches it off the bed. " I took this off you!"

" Oh well" I mutter, shuffeling past her, downstairs , making my way into the car. We live a half hour drive from the school, an hour walk. All my privious schools have bullied me or not accepted me, its my second year at Turdanlog junior school and can I say its .... amazing ( imagine sarcasm dripping of my voice at this moment of time) and to top it all off me only friend left and our classes got mixed up. Great.

I enter the familiar wooden gates slowly, dreadding the upcoming day. I shuffle into our new line up place, clearly marked 6T. I sigh as the bell rings, signifieng the supposed arrival of my fellow class mates. As they line up I recognise there names and faces, not there personalities. There all strangers to me.

Chloe, jack,nick,Heidi,Kate,jack,jack wait three jacks?! Seriously three jacks in the school and three classes. Let's put them all in one. Wow. Trinity,Lucy,Tasha,Finn ..... all the people I despised. Great.

As we walk in I notice the girl Chloe looking a bit teary eyed, I feel concerned for a moment but then wash it off, I have enough of my own problems.

We walk in through the doors and are greeted by our sheeting plan, I'm next to Summer, a girl who I recognise as a bully. We sit down and silence falls upon us. Mr Hook, our new teacher, state D's there in silence to.

" Awkward" Chloe sais. this sets the whole class laughing.

Maybe this won't be so bad.

As lunch looms upon me I begin to dread it, this is usually when the bulliying starts. The clock tings and we go outside, I quickly run to the corner of the field. I'm fast at running, and good at it to. I hang around for abut five minutes in piece until I notice nick coming up , with Jamie and Abdul.

"Alright shortie?"
" Where's your umbrella? "
I continue to ignore them until Jamie walks up to me, sweat lines my forehead as I anticipate what's to come. Suddenly a storing pair of arms grabs him, pulling him away. She pushes him to the ground and they all start running, like in the movies. That was annalise, a girl. Chloe hangs out with.

" Don't expect that to happen again! "
