You search the filing cabinet for the files you need to give to detective Gordon. You hum to yourself some song you heard on the radio this morning. You find the file and leave the room.

You give Gordon his files, and as you head back to the file room, you hear a voice. It sounds like Edward Nygma, but it also sounds like he's talking to himself.

"She'll keep digging"

"Why did you have to leave a clue?!"

"Relax. What can she find? What can she prove? Nothing."

"Theres no body."

"Stop worrying."

"But she looks so sad and angry.

I hate it when she looks at me that way."

"Please. Like it matters, like you stand a chance with her!

She knows how you feel about her and she treats you like dirt."

"I dont care. I still love her."

"Oh, listen to youself."

"Be a man!" He yells, you here him hit something causing you to jump a little.

"You'll do better with that one if she's a little scared of you," hearing him say that sends shivers down your spine.

"Stop talking like that"

"Just keeping it real"

"What's black and white and red all over? Stop it!"

He begins to laugh uncontrollably, but then quickly stops. You're not sure what to do. You decide to go in.

"Oh, (y/n)," he says turning bright red, but he quickly turns dark,"How long were you out there?"

"I.. not long," you stammer.

"Is there a way I can convince you to keep quiet, (y/n)," he asks, a dark smile on his face. He walks closer, until he is pressed against you. He whispers in your ear, "Wouldn't want anyone finding out my little secrets,"

"No," you say breathlessly. You find yourself staring into his beautiful eyes.

Edward leans closer and plants a kiss on your lips, sending an electric shock down your spine. He wraps his arms around you.

He then breaks it and takes a step back.

"Well, I shouldn't think you'll be a problem." He smirks.

"Me neither," you say, slightly in shock.
