After 3 days of preparing the city, teaching people how to fight, helping Jesse learn more fighting skills, Jesse teaching the royals how to use night magic and almost everyone upping the castle defenses, everyone is prepared. Almost Everyone. Jesse looks at her reflection and takes a deep breathe. "Tonight is the night... where everything happens. Tonight, Luna's powers are at her strongest... Tonight she will attack but we are ready... we will be ready." Jesse closes her eyes and sighs, "We are gonna win this war." Jesse tell herself. Before she can open her eyes, a pair of hands cover her eyes. "Guess who~" A soft voice whispers in her ear. Jesse says nothing then smirks, "Oh, I wonder who it could be." She says in a playful tone. Lukas raises an eyebrow and uncovers Jesses eyes. Jesse turns around. "Hi love." Jesse says then Lukas sits down on their bed, "You ready for tonight?"
"You mean with the war?" Jesse looks at Lukas.
"Well yes but also the dance my parents planned." Lukas rubs his neck.
"...Oh yeah... Why are they planning kingdom dance again?" Jesse sits down next to him.
"They um... heh, they think its a smart idea so then Luna's defenses and they think we know nothing."
"Lunas not that stupid." Jesse sighs and looks down.
"They also planned it in case we lose so the kingdom has a moment of happiness before all the death." Lukas bites his lip.
"Thats refreshing." Jesse says sarcastically then she sighs.
"Well... on a brighter note, do you wanna see the outfits I had made for us?" Lukas puts a hand under Jesse's chin, making her look at him.
"Sure."

Lukas grabs Jesses hand and leads her to the seamstresses room. It had already started to get dark out so that means that that dance is going to start soon. Lukas leads Jesse to a the seamstress and she looks at them before smiling, "Your outfits are over here." She leads them to her bed and they see two outfits. Lukas' is a dark blue suit with golden trimming all around, making little designs and Jesse's outfit is a red crop trop and a tie up red skirt. "Wow, This outfit is... wow!" Jesse grins and picks up her outfit. The old woman looks at her, "Would you like to try it on? Before the dance?" She asks Jesse and Jesse nods and goes to the bathroom to put on her outfit. When she comes out, Lukas sees her and turns red. The crop top ends at the top of her stomach and the tie on skirt begins at her hips. Jesse had also braided her hair loosely and it is resting on her left shoulder. "How do I look?" Jesse rubs her neck and Lukas looks down at her, "You look like the most beautiful girl in the world."

The royal guards hold their trumpets and blow on them as King Sean and Queen Solar walk down the red carpet to their thrones. The trumpets get sound off again and Lukas and Jesse walks down to the dance floor. Lukas has his hand on Jesse's waist and Jesse has her arm around Lukas' side. They both walk into the group of people and everyone bows down to them. There is a violin playing in the background. Maya walks over to the singer and whispers something in their ear. The singer nods and smiles. "Good idea sis. Good evening everyone! Tonight, I would like to sing a song for two lovers tonight who seemed different at the time but they ignored those differences and fought to be with each other." Everyone looks at Lukas and Jesse and they both turn red. The singer pulls some of her brown hair out of her eyes. The music starts playing and a bunch of couples get together to dance. Lukas pulls away from Jesse but grabs her hand. He leans over and kisses it, "May I have this dance, m'lady?" He smiles and Jesse nods. He grabs Jesse and pulls her close.

"Not sure when it started. Not sure how it began. Not sure why I'm longing To feel you in my arms again." Lukas holds Jesse and smiles. They both dance at a slow pace. "Don't know why I'm speechless... When I look into your eye or why my chest is beating and I feel like I can fly." Jesse looks up and Lukas with love showing on her smile and in her eyes. "I feel a connection; To which we harmonize! A bond that can't be broken," The singer looks down at the couples dancing and King Sean and Queen Solar look at Jesse and Lukas. "Though some may criticize They say I've gone mad; Descended periodically, because I fell for you... Most chaotically." Lukas spins Jesse and Jesse blushes. Lukas sings the first line of the next lyric and Jesse turns pink. "Opposites attract But we couldn't be more the same. They say you're a monster But I know you can be tamed. I feel a connection! To which we harmonize; A bond that can't be broken. Though some may criticize. They say I've gone mad, Descended periodically, Because I fell for you... Most chaotically" The singer catches her breathe and Lukas and Jesse start talking to one another for a brief moment.

"You look really beautiful tonight." Lukas whispers in her ear.
"Why thank you~ buttt I can't say the same about you." Jesse grins then laughs.
"Oh haha." Lukas spins Jesse around again.
"You know you love me." Jesse looks into Lukas' eyes.
"Your right and I'll never stop loving you.~" The singing starts back up again.

"It's like I'm falling faster with every moment we spend. We'll dance tonight and after We'll promise to be more than just friends!" The spotlight goes on Jesse and Lukas while the entire room goes dark. There is little candle lights all around the room and it almost looks like the night sky. "We have a connection! Let's face it, we harmonize. Our bond cannot be broken Who cares if they criticize? It's true I've gone mad, Descended periodically, Because I fell for you, Most chaotically." Both Lukas and Jesse lean in to kiss each other. "Because I fell for you... Most chaotically..." Lukas pulls away and lets go of her hands before they can kiss and Jesse looks at him.

"Lukas, are you okay?" Jesse looks at Lukas and reaches out to him. Lukas steps away from Jesse and rubs his head. When he opens his eyes, they are dark purple.
