It was a dark stormy night on June 23rd, 1984. The small town of Rolley Massachusetts was a simple quiet town. Nothing went wrong in the town, everything seemed perfect, no one said the wrong thing, no one acted weird. Everything was perfect in the small Catholic town, all except for one family. This family was unlike the others, they weren't Catholic at all, they never went to church and they became the odd ones out in the town, no one talked to them or even looked their way. This was hard on the little five-year-old Sarah who just wanted one friend but no one wanted to be hers and her parents-James and Gina-told her she didn't need them.
The Mack family wasn't your everyday normal family, they were different. Instead of going to church, they stayed inside and practiced their religion. No one knew what their religion was because it was so unknown and the family never talked about it. You wouldn't even recognize the name of the religion because it was that unpopular. But on this night, the thunder and rainy night, the whole town would have one big secret to keep and could never let anyone but the townsfolk know.
In the basement of the Mack family, they were doing another ritual for their religion, well, cult to be exact. For this ritual, they had to kill someone for this, they had to banish the demon that was in that house. By giving the demon a body then killing the demon that was in the dead person's body. But that was when everything went wrong.
