Autumns POV

I sat watching as Scar went out for a hunt thinking about our attack plan. I looked for my step-son Akuma. He was to be the next king in Scars' pawsteps but I felt like Hollow would kill for the throne if not stopped. I finally spotted him in a crowd of hyenas.

"Akuma, come here" I beckoned him over and saw Mako standing next to him I thought she smelled different. When he came over she followed and I saw that she was pregnant.

"Queen Autumn we have news for Scar."He stopped to let Mako speak up.

"Im expecting Akumas cub or cubs."She said proudly. I looked at her with sweet eyes before starting up.

"Akuma can you organize a hunting patrol," I said to him he nodded his head in agreement. "But have Hollow come to Scars den." I finished before walking away to search for Scar and see if he caught any prey. I found his scent trail and found him crouching over an old gazelle he looked up and I saw a fresh gash across his muzzle. I grabbed the prey by its horns and dragged it back while Scar was limping behind his head down. When we got there Scar collapsed on the ground panting hard I went to go fetch Shira when I heard pawsteps coming tworads and saw SHadow standing there.

"Shadow go get Shira, "I told my youngest daughter. She ran off dust trailing behind her. When she returned Shira was standing behind her with a look of fear and a little bit of distrust.

"What happened to him," She asked me. 

"I don't know I went to find him and he was holding on to an old gazelle with a fresh gash on his muzzle and was very tired" I answered her with a hint of fear in my voice. I was worried that he would die right here right now and I would lose my name as queen and my mate Scar. Shira bent down and licked his wound before looking up at me with relief in her eyes.

"He will be alright. But will have anew scar over his muzzle. Now let him rest for a little" She said I sighed with relief. I knew that we had to kill Hollow now otherwise he would attack him when he was weak. I went to find Scars supporters to tell them it is time. I spotted them and lead them to the gorge. I knew we had to it together or we would never succeed.

" We have to kill Hollow now. Scar is in danger he was injured while hunting. Do any of you have any ideas" I asked them

"Why don't we do what Scar did when he killed Mufasa. That's would be easy and theres a herd of wildebeest near the beginning of the gorge." Mako answered I was surprised to hear her say that.

"Yes, what a smart idea. I will go get him when I flick my tail twice attack the herd." I then ran off to the gorge thinking of something to say then I remembered he was Akuma's best friend since he was out hunting he would not be at the rock. I ran up to him.

"Hollow you must come quickly Its Akuma he is down in the gorge and there is a stampede." He turned then ran I ran ahead and when I got to the gorge flicked my tail twice. The rumble of hooves filled the air. Hollow jumped down looking for him. He started climbing down tworads Dior who looked like Akuma. I reached down and grabed his paws in my claws. He roared in pain. I leaned down to whisper in his ear.

"Long live Hollow."Then threw him down when the herd disappered I saw his body lying near the side of the gorge." I ran to the rest of the group before running to the priderock I leaped up on top of it.

" Hollow has died saving Akuma and will always be rembered for the strenght and loyalty he showe while her was here. We will honor him as he goes to the kings of the past."I felt a ting on my shoulder and when I looked over to it there was a strange mark there. Then I heard a low dark voice ring in my head.

"You must lead the guard into battles for proof of strenght and loyalty. You will become the leader of the lion gaurd. Lead them well." It said
