It was the next morning Ash was sitting in a little shack in the forest. "Pika pi?" pikachu asked tilting its head looking up at Ash. "Yeah...we should go get my other pokemon from Professor Oak." Ash told pikachu. Pikachu nodded in agreement. "Well lets go then." Ash said to his little yellow friend. He got up from sitting on the floor and pikachu jumped on his right shoulder once more. "Pika!" pikachu said happily and rubbed his cheek against Ash's face. Ash giggled and rubbed pikachu between the ears "Chaaaaaa!" the little mouse pokemon squeaked happily. Ash started to run threw the forest jumping over logs and streams along the way. For the first time since before the Kalos league started, he was happy. Next thing he knew he was back in Pallet town. He stopped running and walked the rest of the way to Professor Oak's lab. He knocked on the door. Professor Oak opened the door "Ash my boy! come in." "Thank you Professor, but I only came to get all of my Pokemon" Ash walked inside. "Ash, why are you gathering all of your Pokemon?" Professor Oak asked "I'll tell you later." Ash replied walking into a room with tons of pokeballs he grabbed all of his and went outside. As soon as his pokemon saw him they ran towards him. Bayleaf reached Ash first and tackled him to the ground with affection. "Bay!" it said happily. "Alright Bayleaf you can get off now" Ash got up from the ground and brushed the dirt off of him then he returned everyone into there pokeballs and he put them into his bag. He then walked back inside and was about to leave when Professor oak yelled from the kitchen "Ash why don't you come eat some breakfast?" Ash went into the kitchen and saw Professor oak with a plate of pancakes and Serena there. There eyes met and they stared at each other for a long time. Serena then walked slowly towards him then stopped inches away from him then she slapped him across the face. "Ouch!" Ash said rubbing his cheek. Serena then walked away. 'Whatever that was about I think I deserved it' Ash thought to himself. "What was that about?" Professor oak asked. "Nothing" Ash replied sitting down at the table. After a few minutes past by Professor Oak asked "So why did you gather all of your Pokemon?" Ash then explained about what happened when he got home and what happened in the forest leaving out the part where Serena said that she loved him. "What are you going to do now?" Professor Oak asked "I'm going to run away and train awhile and beat them ALL!" Ash replied. Just then there was a knock on the door.
