The school hall was noisy and crowded with loads of people gathered in groups at one corner or the other.

"You guys should come and sign up o, I'm tired of waving this sheet around."An Ss3 girl Ngozi yelled.

School clubs has started and everyone was trying to get into one club or another.Toyo,Bolanle,David,Kiitan and I had other plans for that.We want to make our own club.Most of the school clubs were usually boring.

Like please abeg why would I sign up for math or jet club?

We had all stood seperately at different corners of the hall.I looked side by side and we gave ourselves a nod.

"Come and sign up for our club o".We yelled simultaneously and everyone turned their gazes to us.

Little by little people started signing up and if we got enough people the principal would make it an official club.It's not that we love school activities like that,we just love making marks.It would be the first students club in the schools' history.That'll would be so mad.

After we had gotten some names we pasted the sign up sheets on the wall,'Sign up for the LAME Club' inscribed on it.I don't even know why we gave it that name sef,we ran out of ideas.When i was done pasting i got out of the hall and someone grabbed me by my arm,turning me around in a swift move and i came in contact with Ola.

"Hey."He said and i'm just realizing he has such a deep voice.

"Uh...hi."I said quite unsure and noticed how close we were.My face was inches close to his and i don't know why but i felt a form of attraction which i didn't want to feel for him.Clearing my thoughts,i take a step back and pull myself away from grip.I saw a little smirk on his face.

"Why are you smirking?"I summon up the courage to ask raising an eyebrow.

He didn't answer my question,instead he made eye contact with me,gazing deep into my eyes and a normal person should have felt creeped out but his was different.His dark brown orbs were literally piercing into me and making me feel vulnerable like......like i wanted something more.I turn my face away and he smirks even more.

"It looks like i have an effect on you."He said and he patted my head and walked away.

Uhhhhhhh?

My mind was blank,like what was that all about.....

Why'd he pat my head though?

Me I don't understand o,why would he just come out of nowhere and do that?He sure is so full of himself.I shook my head as I went to get my books from my locker.It was already closing time,I locked my locker and headed down the stairs.

On getting to the parking lot I saw someone that looked like David.I started walking towards him and that's when I noticed he wasn't alone.He was talking to a girl,one step closer and I clenched my fists as I saw who he was talking to.

It was Wunmi.They were practically flirting with each other.He knows she's my cousin and that she's a bad person so what the hell.

I watch as he pulls her closer and kisses her, that's when my eyes literally pop out of their sockets.I walk over to them and without thinking I pull them away.

"Dara what's wrong with you?"David asks giving me an annoyed look.

"Why're you all over her?"I asked.

"Why are you acting like such a freak?I get that you don't like her and all but the way you're acting now is just irritating.It's not your business what I do or who I'm with."David blurted out "I like her and that's what matters."He says and averts his gaze to Wunmi and smiles at her.

"You don't have to be so judgy cousin."She says with a smile we both knew was fake.

I was so vexed I didn't even feel like saying anything to her.
"When you guys are done with whatever it is you're doing,come to the parking lot cause I'm not coming to call you."I said to her and walked away.

I'm not overreacting right?
I'm not usually like this but David is my friend and Wunmi is clearly manipulating him.I'm not a bad belle or anything but I don't want them together.

When I got home I got on my bed without even bothering to take my uniform off.

"What's up with you?"Funmi asked.

"Is it that obvious that something is bothering me?"I asked getting up.

"Yes, you're usually really annoying."She said and I rolled my eyes at her statement.

"Wunmi is having a thing with one of my best friends."I said.

"Haew."She exclaimed facepalming herself "Didn't you tell them that she's no good?"

"I did o but I guess he likes her and whatever,sha me I dunno o."I sighed.

"Ah toh,anyways....."She said with a gleam on her face "Timi asked me out."She beams and I widen my eyes at what she said.

"Ah ahn mad o,so you have more sense."I laughed.Rolling her eyes at my statement she throws a pillow at me and I throw one back and that's how we started a pillow fight.

Funmi and I behave childishly a lot, we have this kind of bond that's so tight like most siblings don't get along but we usually have each other's backs.

Our little pillow fight is caught of by the ringing of my phone.I grabbed it from the desk beside my bed and checked who was calling me.It wasn't a saved number on my phone so I had no idea who was calling.Nevertheless,I pick it up and I'm stunned at the voice I heard on the other line.

"Hi, it's Ola."He says.
How did he get my number and why did he call me?

I'll beat the person that gave him my number o.
