Flashback..

Meenakshi felt her throat dry and immense pain on her body.She tried to open her eyes and did with difficulty.She could see everything blur in front of her eyes the images got somewhat clear.With the drips attached to her hand and the smell of medicine she thought she was in a hospital.Who got her here and why was she still alive.Now fate does not even want her to die peacefully.

Her body had no strength yet managed to get up and throw the drips with a little blood oozing out of her hand.She breathed heavily and stumbled on her steps before the door opened and noticed a middle aged figure in black formals.He rushed to her and before he could help her out she pushed him.

M-"Dont come near me.

who are you..ahh..my head hurts."

The person did not pay heeds to her words and helped her settle back to the bed despite of her attempts to free herself.

"You need to rest.dont stress yourself.your still weak"

She spoke with anger and helplessness..she was given strong medication and the effect was still there.

"whooo..are you.why did you save me please.

I want to die..let me

die."

Her eyes felt heavy and the person adjusted the blanket properly on her.Raju checked the time and panicked.They still have few hours to catch the flight and there was no news from Suhas's end.He has to find out about his whereabouts.

"NOOO.No Leave me..I want to DIE.let me die..leave me..

I dont have any reason to live..let me end this meaningless life.Give it back to me."

Raju entered the room and found the doctors and staff trying their best to stop her.She had a knife on her hand and she was about to cut her wrist when nurse called everyone.She was hell bent on ending her life.How would he make her understand the situation.he cant handle her alone.Somehow he managed to handle the situation and now they were only two remaining in the room.

Meenakshi was very much in her senses now.Her eyes were bloodshot red and Raju knew they were asking for answers.What answers will he give when he had none.

M-"Tell me WHO ARE YOU.why did you bring me here when I want to die.please.have mercy on me..give me death this is what I need now.Please"

She broke down into sobs.Raju felt helpless and before opening the door he looked back at her and.

R-"If not for anyone you have to be alive for the life growing inside you.Think about the one who has not seen this world yet.you cant let your baby die.."

Been an hour that stranger left her hanging in words.What he said did actually mean something.how can it be the truth.Her hands went to caress her stomache and tears dried up n her cheeks.For a moment she has forgotten everything around.what took place in her life and why she intended to kill herself.A life was growing inside her.Her baby.She was going to be mother.But then as reality strike back.She seethed in anger and moved her hands away.Felt disgusted at herself.every part of her body remembering the dreadful night.No this cant be reason of her life for what she wont embrace death.

It was very much reason which destroyed her.Made her lifeless.It was not a good news for her.The part of the agony pain and torture she had to bear that night it was only a proof.And she wont embrace it by any means.She lost her senses and started looking for the knife.There has to be something in the room with which she can end this misery of her for once and all.

Closing her eyes she could feel the sweat beads forming on her head.Her body was shivering and then she could barely balance the scissors on her hand.She was about to let the scissor touch her skin when she felt it being pushed away with a strong force and someone held her strongly from soulders.

She felt too weak to respond or even her eyes could not catch the person picking her up in his arms.Before she could get his image her eyes blurred and she fell unconscious.

Back to Present :

He boarded the flight and landed with hundreds of questions and queries running in his mind.He knew how hard it was to manage things back at his place and Ghai in such a short time handled everything.He was here with two motives.One was to get the biggest deal of his life which was his ego now.The other one was to get Her.And unmask face of Suhas Saahe.

Vikram got in the car and as he drove to the place where he has to stay..he removed his shades and looked at the pictures on his phone again and again.thats what he has been doing since time he got hand on them.Every time his eyes catch the mere sight he felt like burning the whole world into ashes.He clenched his fist and controlled his heart and mind.

"MEENAKSHI SUHAS SAHAE..I know who are you in real..and I will make sure..i get back to you before..I get hold of your so called husband.Time to remove the mask..from faces.."

He got his shades on and dialed a number.

"GHAI Iam here.give me her number.

wait..address."

Suhaas made a face and ran his hand through his hair.Women why was it damn difficult to understand them and when it came to their sudden changing moods.Thats how she has been behaving since morning.

M-"NO.I said NO means No.just leave me alone."

The helper lowered her eyes and left the room.He was standing with arms crossed around his chest and observing her.Her face looked pale and she has been throwing up.Running fever only he knew how he did handle last night fuck**g event and then the thoughts on his mind.Now she was acting all weird.He was not someone who would spoon feed with love affection or care.Least thing expected from him.

He sat beside her and found her resting her head with the support of bed rest.Had her eyes closed.She was in pain and too weak to even open her eyes properly.

S-"I have to leave for an important work.Now stop bothering hell out of me and eat this."

He passed her the soup and she covered her mouth with the mere smell of it.Frowning his brows he just lost last ounce of patience.Giving her last look he took a spoonful of soup and caught her cheeks with his hand trying to feed her forcefully.She coughed and almost choked on the thing he pushed inside her mouth.Her eyes wear moist and whole face red.

M-"I...ahh.."

She clutched her lower abdomen as it pained to death.She crumpled and curling her knees up struggled on the bed.When she could no longer bear the pain.She shut her eyes sweating before a word escaped from her lips

"Suhaas.."

Raju found him pacing impatiently and worry was written on his face.Who would know him well enough than him.He touched his shoulder and 

R-"Rishi.I think we should take her to hospital why.."

S-"No need.doctor is here.will get all the best facilities here only.cant take risk Raju and you know that."

R-"Hmm.about the meeting.dont worry I had a talk with them and informed then we can postpone it"

Then they found a middle aged lady coming out of the room accompanied by her assistant.Dr Lata was a Gynaecologist and for all these years Meenakshi whenever falls sick she has been treating her under her supervision.She knew a lot about Meenakshi and her life but not everything. 

R-"What is it.How is she..why is she getting such cramps again.Didn't i tell you last time to sort it out for once and all then why.."

Raju nudged him from behind and he tried to gain control..

L-"Mr Suhaas please relax.and let me tell you its only for Meenakshi that iam here or else you know well we aren't allowed to treat patients at home with all facilities."

R-"Iam ready to pay for anything whatever be the amount just.."

L-"Please I have no interest on your money and the big amount.I respect my profession"

This woman and her blabber mouth always pissed him off.He asked his wife several times to go for different specialist or be it any other person on earth but not this particular person.She pledged to torture him.

L-"I think we need to have a talk.a serious one."

Suhas sensed the seriousness in her voice and allowed her to the way as they went for a private talk.

"OH MY..your already here?And I thought its going to take hell lot of time"

He had zero interest to have any conversation with the  glam doll girl and he was only keen on getting his job done.He threw the money on the table and 

V-"Price you have asked for.now get to the point and please.I want it get done by this evening."

He gave a look to her and left banging the door.Anitha had a cunning smile on her face and muttered under her breathe.

"HUH.love can make one blind surpassing all boundaries.If I could unfold the mystery only..whats that special thing in you MEENAKSHI SAHAE..your husband so besotted by you he doesn't sleep with any other woman.and then this super rich tycoon too after you.Interesting."

Meenakshi was standing leaning on the window with a mug on her hand.Staring at the view out she felt the cold wind cut her skin.She was in her T and track pants with a shawl wrapped around her.Feeling better she could walk to window now and cover small distance still her body being weak and the effect of pain was there.

Not like she didnt knew what went wrong with her.Nothing new also.Same thing which has become a part of her life now like all those uncertain things she expected in life.She heard the door and turned back finding her husband back from work.he has been busy with her since morning and then as she was put to sleep by medication he left for some work.Surprisingly he was back before time.Sparing her a look he left for washroom.

M-"No.I had enough.after dinner I will have them .."

"But ma'm sir asked me to give these on time to you..doctor said so and if not you will.."

Suhaas eyed the helper to leave and closing the door he went to his wife taking a place beside her on bed.She looked down stealing glances from him and played with the hem of her shawl.Next he felt him taking her hand and pass her a glass of water along with the tablets.

S-"Have this.and without any more nonsense.

or else you know I wont give second thoughts before going for.."

He eyed her chest and she caught hold of her shawl adjusting in her place.Giving him a distasteful look she gulped down the poison which spoiled the essence of her mouth and dropped herself on the pillow feeling her body calm and relaxed.Though it still pained.She had been sleeping whole day and now hardly she could close her eyes.

She wondered how he have not come closer to her for whole day or did anything.He was busy checking a file when found her eyes stuck at him.He covered her with the blanket and kept the file aside.

S-"sleep.you have to wake up after an hour for dinner"

He was about to leave when felt her hand stopping him.A surprising look appeared on his face and he stared at her.

M-"What did the doctor say..tell me"

He made an annoying face..

S-"why..she must have had a lot to talk with you.best friend.

Nothing which would interest me atleast."

M-"Dont play with words.She didnt tell me anything.She said she discussed it with you.What is itI have right to know when its about me?"

He shot back a look at her and she took a deep breathe.

S-"Nothing.same old words.repitition."

M-"OH.then what did you say."

S-"I said we are going for it.as soon as you become healthy enough.I have dumped your pills ..no need to take them now".

Staring at the ceiling she could wish to stop her eyes from being emotional not at this moment.Her heart thudded with sort of pain and she gulped hard..barely in  a whisper 

M-"I don't want a child..we should stop thinking about this.I made a decision"

He glared at her and in seething anger he spoke

S-"Who do you think asked for your opinion?Hear me out..I saved you and your life years ago so no one other than me..has the right to take any decision regarding you..you get that?As far as this matter goes..be on good health soon.We will talk about that..Later.."

He left slamming the door hard and the voice shaked her up from inside.She had palpititions and before tears made their way down her eyes.her hand was on her tummy recalling another injustice fate did to her.

Suhaas was up with drinking on the pool area outside.His eyes were red and he groaned from inside with pain.Anger built inside him his veins would pump out why does he has to go through it every single time.She loves denying him fighting back his words orders.Years ago what he did she keeps on reminding him that heinous crime he did.

He gulped down the drink at one go and rested his head on the table.When a tear fell down from his eyes.He took that single drop on his finger and whisked it away in disgust.Was it really his fault or he was made to do all this by fate.Yes he was the one who got her down to this misery and destroyed her life.He did save her too giving her a new life.He reasoned with himself and deep inside also knew he was only trying to console himself.He laughed at himself .

Did he really committed a sin.Wasnt he the one who tried to correct his actions.He was definitely not the one whom to be blamed for this..he was also connected to the reason for which they could have got a direction.Meenakshi could have..this bloody fate had its ways and showed down how gruesome it can be.He can never be blamed for the loss of their baby.yes she had a miscarriage and after that..remained an unexplained or claimed part of their story..when and how it all started off from there.
