He pulled her from legs and staggered her till the center of the bed.Taking her soft hands and touching them he smirked at her before tying them with her own scarf.

Suhaas leaned closer to her face and his eyes spat venom.He eyed her body with rage and Meenakshi fought back his hand which covered her mouth.

S-"What happened.scared?Ow look at my wife.So panicked.."

She winced as he used all his strength and force on her.Tears started rolling down her red cheeks.For a second he left her mouth and she screamed out.

M-"noo.Helppp."

He laughed out loud and looked at her state.

S-"calling out for help.from whom?wait.let me guess.who.asked me to do this to you years ago.he will save you now.Well.lets wait then.let him come."

She stared at him with her face turning white.Her body managed to pull herself back on bed till she reached the head post.Her head bumped with it and she was hurt.She tried to untie her hands when horror again struck her.

He pulled her from hair and threw her on the floor.Her lip was bleeding.She cried out and staggered back.He was walking each step towards her.

S-"Courageous and brave bold wife crying?Am I dreaming tell me.Seems like you have forgotten all these years.and.I have to make you remember them.what say?"

She tried to kick her with her one leg which he got hold of.He slided her body pulling closer to him.Leaving his breath on her face he spoke in a wild tone

S-"How did you think you can dare to mess with me after knowing me so well.I have been so lenient with you my life and you.Think its easy.Now both you and your ex fiance are going to see wrath of Suhaas Sahae.Far more cruel,bringing destruction you never imagined."

The door opened and Vikram barged in with a gun on his hand.He aimed to shoot at Suhas before which a sharp knife came on his way.The target was hit with such perfection that the gun fell from his hand and knife got stuck on wall shedding blood from his hand.

Vikram moaned in pain as blood oozed out.He fell down with wall supporting his back.

V-"You..I.wont leave.you."

Suhaas pulled Meenakshi and shifted her front of him as a shield.Her back was glued to his chest and her still struggling out in his hold.

Vikram looked at the frame in front of him with his blurred vision.

S-"So.here we get to meet.Vikram...So endearing."

V-"You.agh.leave her.right now or else."

Suhaas grinned at the half wounded person and then his hands gripped her hard letting his lips linger near her mouth.

V-"No.scoundrel.its between us.Dont drag Meena on this.we will figure it out."

He was shaking in pain and still words made way out of his mouth.The response made by Suhaas was appealing as well as astonishing.

S-"Shouldnt drag her really?Dont you think you realized this after ages.Oh you must have forgotten the blessed deal you made.You should sharpen your memory.Wait.I can help you out on this.After all I have alot to pay you back.by every means."

The vengeance and sheer hatred oozed out from every word that escaped his mouth.Vikram was slowly losing consciousness because of the blood loss.It was a deep wound.

M-"Vikkram.ah.save me.Please."

Meenakshi caught her head with pain as she feared the consequences.She sensed what could come next.She prayed to her last resort and stared at Vikram who was half unconscious by now.She moved her head continuously and attempted to free herself from the harsh clutch.

S-"My dear wife.you get to see a deserving punishment wife gets when she stabs her husband on his back and runs away with her ex.So are we ready."

M-"No.No.please."

He threw her back to floor making her lay on her back.Her hands still tied and she moved away from him.Standing on his feet he unzipped his hoodie and walked to Vikram.Keeping a hand on his shoulder he made him meet his eye.Vikram blinked his eyes restlessly.

Suhaas arched his eyes to Meenakshi who was shouting for help and then back to the man who tried to find ways to reach her.

S-"I told you.game was started by you.And I so love giving an apt and fitted reply for every  pawn on a game.You double cross then.get to see what I can do."

He held his chin and moved his face in direction of hers.

S-"Go help her.If you can.Be a man the mighty Vikram."

Last what Vikram got to see was her shirt thrown away at his direction and scarf that covered his face.He collapsed on the floor half dead to the world.The screams and agony failed to reach his ears.

"How can you act so dumb Vikram.There is something called common sense.You got her with you and kept her here?At risk of your life."

Vikram stood facing the window in his room.His wound was bandaged and the weakness showed its affect.He felt dizzy.

V-"Stop it Ghai.What makes you think i should be scared of him."

Gh-"I can see that."

Ghai skipped a sarcastic grin which hurt his ego.He steal glances from him and looked down with utter disappointment.The last night's confrontation made him feel like sore loser.He came and conquered it looked.He injured him and worst he did it with her in front of him.

Vikram closed his eyes trying to wipe of the memory and screams still fresh on his ear drums.Morning when he found Meenakshi sitting in one corner with quilt wrapping her body.With a tear stricken face and injured soul she gave him a cold stare.That one second proved him worthless and he hated how Suhaas aimed at his weakness.He made it a point to do that with her again in his presence.

Ghai spoke with sarcasm and angst.

Gh-"Listen to me Vikram.He had audacity to come here and do what he wanted to in your presence.Dont mess with fire you will burn your hand."

V-"As if we havent done it before.Ghai we have done it earlier and this time also He cannot escape.I will finish him."

Gh-"Its not as easy as last time.Look at me.We finished his father and we are reason for which his family got destroyed.He wont spare us.why are you not getting me."

V-"You can leave if you want to.One move by him wont unnerve me.Not so easy."

Gh-"If you have decided then let it be.Whats your next plan?"

Vikram sat down on one of chair and sipped his coffee.With a smirk he gazed at Ghai and then opened his locker taking out a file.

V-"Last chapter is already been written Ghai.For Suhaas Sahae's destruction.Half planning is here and other half.Must have reached the place where I wanted to."

Gh-"You saved my trust.but before that you have to set something else also.Mind you.Burn off small evidences before it fuels and intensifies the fire.End her story."

Ghai and Vikram exchanged glances and a cunning smile ended it off.

V-"Before finishing must give last touches.Like much water is needed to put an end to fire and.I have been waiting for that smoke for long."

Gh-"You are a cunning rascal Vikram."

The last sip of coffee and the planning was made for last innings.The stage was set and turns ready to be played from both ends.
