A week passed since the turn of events had taken place.Meenakshi felt relieved but not totally calm.Something was building pressure inside her.Every moment she feels a void and a fear.Deep down she knew he wont rest until he finds her out and then.She was herself unknown to her fate.

She remembers the day back in Dubai when all changed.After clash of words with Vikram she made her decision not to turn back.Her feet stopped with that one word that came from his mouth.A woman can bear any injustice if its with her.She has been living with a cruel person for years.He treated her like an object.Despite of everything she had made up her mind.As a wife she would take him as her husband.What made her thoughtful was fact how he can be involved with taking so many innocent lives away.Here she used his money to  donate for the needful and if they were earned out of illegal means.Taking peoples life, she can never be part of this sin.

It took her time to make up her mind for one decision on that one moment.It was difficult.She chose to accompany Vikram because he can be wrong and he wronged her.But she cant support Suhaas who destroyed her life.she agreed to go with Vikram.

M-"You dont have to be with me every second Vikram.I can manage.You go must be having work."

Vikram smiled at her.

V-"I can see you have gathered enough courage in all these years.I would still choose to be with you like your shadow.I need to protect you."

A sarcastic smile came on her face and she looked at him.He could not meet her eyes out of guilt.

M-"I wish would have got this protection much earlier."

V-"I know I am at fault.I am glad I am blessed with another opportunity.I cant see you in pain Meena."

He cupped her cheeks and inched his face closer towards her.She shut her eyes.When he was about to lessen the distance between their lips his phone rang up as an interruption.

V-"I.I will be back."

She gave a nod.He was normal.At times he behaves indifferently when his phone rings up.He looked much aloof to her.

At night they were having dinner.

M-"So.what will be our next move?"

V-"We have to wait."

M-"Why?"

V-"I am waiting for Ghai.he will be here next morning."

M-"Are you scared of him?"

V-"Meena.Please."

She left the food and went inside.Crossing her arms across chest she felt dejected.Shiva touched her shoulder and she melted in his arms.He wrapped his hands around her back and patted her head.

M-"Iam sorry.I."

V-"Its okay."

M-"Vikram.I want all this to get over.I want to live a normal life.I dont know what future holds for me.I want to live."

V-"You will.I promise.It will be over soon.Meena.Certain things have to be taken care of.I have reputation and business name to take care of.I cant take any harsh step.That would count for."

M-"Iam sorry."

He kissed her head and settled her on the bed.He pulled the quilt covering her.

V-"Do you want me to be with you?"

She looked down and he sensed her discomfort.

M-"I.I need some time for."

V-"I understand.Sleep well.Tomorrow a big day for us."

The night was getting chilly sending shivers down her spine.She held the quilt closer to her body.The shivers wont subside till she felt a warmth.Her breathes came back to normal.Her chest heaved in a sensation.

Soon the comfort turned to an unknown strike as she frowned her brows.A touch made her whole body numb.Meenakshi felt a hand touch her and shot open her eyes.It was dark and only a faint light was making its way from window.

There was someone with her on bed.She sensed the cologne and the touch.Before she could protest her mouth was covered with hands.She withered and struggled in his hold.Her  eyes moistened a hollow fear.

M-"Mmmm."

She moved her head side ways in protest.Using force of her legs to kick the hard figure.

"Sweetheart.You have forgotten me so easily.Remember.your very own intruder."
