It became a hobby for him and me to come daily at river side and sit there. We stare at each other for hours without saying anything. But today he didn't came. Why? Is he alright?

I was looking at river sadly but suddenly I heard footsteps. This means he here. I turned with hope but I got dissapointed instantly. It was Pratiksha.

She sat beside me," What happened Kaniska? Were you expecting someone else?"

"No..no... Who will I expect? I don't know anyone else other than our people and you are my only friend." I gave her a fake smile.

"Yes! Of course... You don't know anyone else. But you should not come out alone. It's not safe."

"It is safe. No one knows this place other than you. This is my secret safe area."

"Yes but still you should "

I cut her," I what? No one likes to spend time with me because I am different than them. And the ones who don't have any problem with me they are too busy. Everyone are busy on their own..with their own chores."

"It's not like that. No one has any problem with you. You are not different. You are part of family."

I turned my face to other side,"Please I don't want to discuss this. I am already in bad mood."

"That's what I am asking why are you in bad mood?"

I stand up angrily," I told you I am not in mood to talk. Just leave me alone. Go back... You might have important work."

She too stood up and hold my shoulders," Yes I have important works but no, they are not more important then you. I have come here for you."

I pushed her away and turned," Oh my... This big sacrifice. And for whom? Me? Why? Go away... No need to waste your precious time on me. Who am I? Why do I need my friend?"

"Alright sorry for not meeting you for this long. I had work."

"Go to your work. That's more important."

"Yes it is but you are too. Look dangerous times are coming. It's confidential but still I am telling you. One person was found lurking nearby some days ago. First we thought it might be a coincidence. Might be some common man but when he was seen again then it got confirmed that he was one from those bloody people. Our biggest enemy."

Suddenly I got scared. My breathing stopped. Please don't let be him. He's innocent. He only comes to see me. Please let that person be someone else, not my man.

Pratiksha continued," This is a middle area. Common to both clans. We ignored it. But yesterday he was also seen. Samba attached him. He got injured but was able to ran away. "

My heart sank,"He..he got hurt?"

Month passed but he didn't returned.  I was scared that something might have happened to him. I don't want him to be the same person who was attacked. I know he can't be one of them. He's a normal human.

I know he didn't meant any harm. He just came for me. I used to wait for him daily.

With tears in my eyes I attacked him. I started hitting his chest with my fists.

"Where were you? It's been a month. I was so worried. You suddenly disappeared."

He hold my wrists softly," Ssshhh! Calm down! I am fine."

I nodded in no," No! Don't talk to me."

"I had some work."

"What work? Why do you have scar on your forehead? And why are you limping?"

"It's nothing. I didn't got time to come."

"Nothing! Okay fine. Go... Leave me alone."

"Okay! If it's what you want."

He turned to go but I hold his arm and turned him and pressed my lips to his.

Avni

I got up sweating and threw my alarm clock away. Yes I keep alarm on clock like old times and not on my phone because I love my phone and no matter how rich my dad is I cannot purchase new phone 30 times in a single month. This is shocking I know but I tend to throw away my any object that creates a obstacle between me and my precious sleep. I throw the villain away. I don't want to but I do subconsciously.

But what I saw today in dream was more shocking. What the hell Avni? What did you do? No not Avni but Kaniska.

Seriously what the hell?  She's crazy not me. I mean you meet one person on a daily basis and don't talk. Don't even know his background? Leave background but don't even know who is he and catch feelings for him. Just stare at him. What a creep!

And suddenly he disappeared and when you saw him again you kissed him? What the...!

Insane girl. He is being suspected to be one your enemy and what reason you give that he is innocent because he is a normal human. What do you mean by normal human? Aren't you a human? Aren't your so called friend Pratiksha or your so called own people human?

What sort of dreams I see? Pervert ones... And totally crazy.

But he's Ishaan's lookalike. How can he be bad? Maybe Kanika.. whatever the name is..Urghh so difficult to take.

Maybe Kani baby is right? There might be something which she knows and I haven't seen in dream. If she's saying Ishaan is innocent then he is innocent.

But kiss! How can she kiss? She kissed Ishaan? He's mi.. Wait a sec he's not my Ishaan. He's someone else who is not named by my abnormal mind who likes create a show for me because I don't watch tv. Very good mind. You will do this if I don't watch tv and don't give you any other spicy drama to ponder upon?

And what do you mean Avni that he looks like Ishaan so he might be innocent. What sort of argument is this? There's no relation of your liking for Ishaan and that dream boy being innocent. That's a separate story. And you don't know Ishaan well too. He might not be what he look. He can be that creep stalker.

But it felt good. Soft... I wonder how will real Ishaan feel?

Eeeehh Avni! What are you imagining? Kani kissed that man not you. You haven't done anything with Ishaan. Stop imagining him.

Why I am scolding myself? It's not first time I am seeing this type of dream for him. Difference is I only used to see main scenes and not story about what's happening in their life or what happened just before?

It has started after I met Ishaan for real. Earlier I only used to see only one scene. Jumping from cliff one.

Mom called me," Avni! Are you up yet or not?"

I answered," I am coming mum."
Stop thinking all this Avni. How will you face Ishaan today?
