1. Convincing him

"Come on, Jk! You've been mopping around for quite a while, it's unhealthy now." Jin sat down on the couch, feeling defeated.
Jungkook stayed silent, scrolling through his phone, but Jin knew better, he was just pretending to be alright and inside he was still hurting himself.
"You're gonna love it there, I swear! Haven't you seen the pictures Hobi posted in the ground chat?" he tried again, earning a sigh coming from Jungkook.
"It's been how many... probably a year now. This is not okay, are you even listening to me?" Jin stood up, rage filling his veins.
"Are you trying to understand me, hyung?" Jungkook looked up, sliding away his phone on the couch. "He was my dad and I am half responsible for what happened to him. I can't just let myself.... for God's sake." his voice cracked, not being able to control his voice, he let his head rest on his hands, hiding his face.
Jin's face softened seeing his friend being miserable.
The door of his apartment suddenly banged open, a very exhausted looking Jimin coming through. He shut the door close, analysing the situation inside.
"What now, Kook?" he asked, running a hand through his hair, flipping it as it bounced back on its previous position. "Will you please, for once, stop blaming yourself and being a floor mop?" he attacked through his words.
Jungkook had already had enough that day and Jimin decided to show up; bad timing!
"Oh, well, how would you know what regret is, Mr Jimin playboy Park? All you do is, bang chicks and dicks somewhere in the pub and behave like nothing happened the next day. How many girlfriends have you had? Did you ever feel sad after breakin' up? No, am I right? So please leave me the fuck alone." Jungkook said, not even once looking away from Jimin's wide, surprised eyes.
"Wow, man!" Jin whispered, enjoying the exchange of words.
"Okay, I'm shameless, I know, but this coming from you is like an insult and I don't tolerate it, Jk." Jimin crossed his hands in front of his chest, feeling very wronged.
"Fine," Jungkook sighed, "I'm sorry, but I spoke nothing false, just so you know." he shrugged and moved forward, sliding his phone back in his pocket and entered his room, slamming the door shut leaving the two behind.
"This kid's got some nerves, huh?" Jimin mumbled looking at Jin but he shrugged, being neutral.
"For fuck's sake!" Jimin looked up, rolling his eyes in frustration. "I'm done with this and I'm out."
"Out to where? Banging chicks and dicks?" Jin said and instantly regretted after seeing Jimin's reaction. "Okay, sorry." he tried not to laugh.
"I am out of this situation. Now, I don't care how you, Hobi and Suga hyung can pursue him. I'm done with this. bye!" Jimin emphasised his words and left the room, heading out to probably actually hit some pubs or bars.
Talk about being dramatic!
While inside Jungkook's apartment, Jin proceeded to bang on Jungkook's bedroom door. "Come out now, you big kid." he yelled but got no response.

"That's straight up bullshit, Hobi." Yoongi shook his head, disagreeing.
"You don't believe me? Come on! Look! My grandpa really had some secret business going on, otherwise, why would he need a whole bungalow inside the fuckin' jungle? He wasn't loaded with money, so how?" Hobi said, scooting closer to Yoongi who was trying to mind his own business and forced him to look at the pictures of the said bungalow.
"And why do I care? Can we just decide on it now? I'm okay with it, whatever grand looking house you're gonna use for your party. I literally don't care." Yoongi said, trying to find peace but Hobi wouldn't let him.
"But, at the same time, why should I suspect him? Let's not care about it. You're right, Yoongi." Hobi sat back on his place properly, shrugging it aside too easily.
Yoongi's phone rang, indicating an incoming call. He put down his headphones, pulling out his phone from his jeans' pocket. The caller ID showed, 'Kim Seokjin'.
He picked up the call, putting it on speaker, otherwise Hobi would keep on asking him about what he talked to Jin about. Too much hassle!
"Yaah, Yoongi, come here right now, I can't handle it anymore." Jin sounded tired.
"What? Why?" Yoongi asked back.
"This kid won't listen to me at all. Do you want him to go with us or not?"
"Of course, but what can I do if he's not listening to you?" Yoongi said monotonously.
"Let's go to his apartment." Hobi said, tugging on Yoongi's shirt. "Don't worry, hyung. We're coming to the rescue." Hobi said to Jin, hanging up the call.
"What the..." Yoongi exclaimed but sighed and stayed silent. There was no other way now.
"Okay, let's go and get it done with." they headed out, stepping outside of Yoongi's small yet cozy studio.

"How many times have I told you?" his grip on the man's cheeks tightened while his face remained expression-less as if he was using no strength.
"This won't happen again." The man pleaded, holding onto his tears, more like trying to hide them. Even at a time like this, he still has an ego to care for?!
"Oh, it sure will not," he smiled, his grip loosening. "because, you won't be here anymore to make the same mistake again." those were his last words before he gripped his jaw tightly and with a snap, dislocated his neck with force.
The man didn't have a chance to whimper. He was lucky to have a less painful death.
"This wasn't necessary, Jiwoong." a man, really tall, his facial features sharp, hair slicked back neatly, said as he walked inside.
"Namjoon hyung!" he smiled, "he just wouldn't listen." Jiwoong said, his eyebrows knitted together but soon smiled again like nothing had happened.
"Besides, I'm sure his death wouldn't go to waste." he chuckled, sipping the red wine as he sat down on the fancy looking chair before dusting off his hands. "He can repay us with his own blood. Isn't he really lucky?" his smile stayed intact while his eyes travelled up and down on the man's body, fallen on the ground lifelessly.
"Don't let taehyung find out about it." Namjoon said sternly, taking a seat as well.
"That's a sure thing." Jiwoong muttered, taking another sip from his glass. "Where is he anyway?" he added.
"Probably out for a nighthunt." Namjoon said as Jiwoong nodded his head.
Later, he gestured one of their men to clean up the mess on the floor even though there was nearly nothing to clean up. Jiwoong had always been really neat and clean with his work and that may have been be the reason why Taehyung was still tolerating him.

The night was young, the tender moonlight cascading through the thick layer of tree branches and leaves above his head and on him just made him look ethereal.
The water ran down the rocks, wetting the soil around his feet as he raised his hand, touching the flowing water. The glass-clear water ran down the palm of his hand, drenching the hem of his shirt.
The small puddle of water near his feet was rippling as the water dripped down in the form of small drops through his now drenched sleeve of the shirt. He looked up, the sky was clear giving a chance to shine to the stars.
He walked ahead, the wind blew, rustling his hair as he breathed in the aroma of pine trees; so peaceful and relaxing.
A smile surfaced on his face and he ran his hand along the thick bushes of flowers lined up beside him as he walked on the fallen tree leaves that were scattered on the ground.
He adorned a victorian shirt, as white as snow, paired with black pants. His hair parted perfectly but some of the strands still flew freely with the wind. His eyes, as black as the voids of darkness which seemed like, it's going to devour you anytime soon if you stare at them for long.
He took his steps, slowly, with caution and looked at the moon, as if searching something. His mind wandered everywhere...
Human blood to him, was a rare delicacy and he resisted the desire building up in the depth of his heart very calmly. Tonight, he would manage with a deer or two.

"Why are you even trying? Just let him be." Yoongi popped a gummy candy inside his mouth, looking as unbothered as he can. "We can just tease him in the future about how he is so obsessed with winning but he can't win against the sadness." he took another gummy candy from the packet, observing it.
"That kinda sounds poetic." Hobi commented, smiling, but soon turned to look at Jungkook who was sulking, sitting on his bed while Jin stood above his head with crossed arms.
"I'm not losing even now. Because I don't care about the party, I just want to be alone." Jungkook said, being as stubborn as ever.
"You wanna be alone? Let Hobi give you a separate room in his grandpa's house when we get there, how does that sound?" Jin was still trying to keep his head cool.
"Um, in that case..." Jungkook trailed off, pondering over the various possibilities and what not.
"Finally!" Yoongi said, exaggerating a little as his voice was louder than usual and got up, walking out of the room.
"It's settled then! You can't change your mind now, kook." Jin said, more like ordered him and Jungkook stayed silent.
"I'll give Jimin a call." Hobi pulled out his phone from his back pocket.
"Why bother? He's probably very busy fucking someone right now, if I'm not wrong." Jungkook muttered but got ignored by Hobi.
"Jesus!" Jin whispered, walking out as well, leaving Jungkook alone.
He silently looked outside the window, the moon was bright that night and the stars twinkled in the sky full of hazy, almost transparent clouds.
He sighed, standing up and walked outside where the others were probably deciding things for the trip as well as the party.
Jungkook heard Hobi talking to Jimin when walked past the hallway and entered the living room.
"Yeah, he agreed. Why can't you believe me?" Hobi said, sounding frustrated. "Also, get your ass here right now, we're going to discuss everything tonight." he said and abruptly cut the call. Jimin was probably pissed off right then.
Yoongi had occupied the couch where he lay really comfortably and Jin was in the kitchen, getting the cold drinks for everyone.
"Is Jimin coming?" Jin shouted from the kitchen.
"Most probably; because he doesn't want to get scolded by Suga hyung tomorrow. " Hobi said, pushing Yoongi's legs away, making space for him on the couch and sat down.
Jungkook sat down at the kitchen counter, listening to the things happening around him.
"Is this even my own apartment anymore?" He mumbled, sighing into the palm of his hand and rested his head down on the counter, covering his face with the sleeves of his oversized t-shirt.
