Look up shattered glass and you can find all kinds of different ones but here's what I used.

Superimpose:
1. Open a black background then open a png of your person or animal it's your choice. Or anything you'd like for your cover. Place it where you want it on the cover and then go to filter and mess around with the exposure and brightness to make the png look darker (I turned the brightness down a bit and then turned the exposure up just a little) merge and save when finished.

2. Go to phonto or whatever app you use for your text and add your title and all that stuff. (You don't have to do this but I think the text looks better under the glass.)

3. Now open your cover back up in superimpose now that you have added your text. Then open your shattered glass and go to transform. Make the filter screen or lighten whichever you'd like. (I used screen as you can tell) now make your glass cover the whole cover. When your finished save your cover.

Picsart:
1. Open your black background in superimpose then go to add photo. Add your png and then go to fx and choose a filter or leave it how it is. Click apply and save your cover.

2. Open phonto or whatever app you use and add your title and stuff.

3. Now open your cover with your title on it and go to add photo again. Add your glass and make it cover the whole cover. Go to blend and make the filter screen or lighten. (I used screen again)
Apply when finished and save your cover.
