Superimpose:

1. Open the template as the background then your photo as the foreground. You can change the hue of the template if you'd like. Mask it to fit inside the template. Go to filter and turn the saturation all the way down then go to transform and make the filter lighten. Merge and save

Picsart:
1. Open the template in picsart. Then go to FX and go to color then go to colorize. Use the dropper to pice the color of the frame.

2. Now click colorize again and it will have options make the filter multiply. Change the amount to change the color and apply when finished. Go to draw then add your photo. Go to erase and then click the shape button and use the square mask. Now make your photo for the box and appt when finished and save.
