Superimpose: 

1. open your cover as your background then open the red image as your foreground go to transform and make the filter multiply. No way go to mask and use the masking brush to erase everything that's not on the whites of the eyes. Repeat with other eye and save when finished.

Picsart:

Open your cover in picsart then go to add photo and add the red image next go to blend and make the filter multiply. Go to erase and erase everything that's not on the way the whites of the eyes. Repeat with other eyes save when finished.

Add your text and a filter if you'd like and your done!
