1. Go to superimpose and to pick color make the size 1:1 this is the size for your icon. Then add anything you want png, use a picture instead. Save when your done.

Picsart:
1. Go to picsart and click the plush bitten click draw and make the size of your white background 500x500 and Then add your png or anything else you'd like.

Add your user name if you'd like. And make your icon anything you'd like the possibilities are endless!
