Superimpose:
1. Open a white background then open the photo you'd like to use. Go to transform and turn your picture so it looks like this.

2. Go to mask and turn your brush to the rectangle masking tool. Erase your picture until it's as think or think as you want it. Then save.

Picsart:
1. Open a white background in picsart then go to draw and open your picture. Click erase and make it a square mask. Erase it to make it as thick or thin as you want. Then save your sash.

Add your text to your sash and you're done.
