Step 1:: Open up any image of your choice. I personally think this affect looks better as black and white, but it still works with a normal picture.

Step 2:: Click the FX button.

Step 3:: Click the little arrow at the bottom, then hit blur.

Step 4:: Scroll over a little to the right, and click motion blur. Add a title and then you're done!
