Okay, this one is easy😍 Like really easy.. You can use this cover for any picture, I used The Shield because why not?

Step One: Open this background and press Add Photo..

Step Two: One you picked your photo, press Blend..

Step Three: Swipe and press Screen, position you photo, then press the check mark.

Step Four: Press Fx and use the B&W LowCon then press the check mark..

Step Five: Save your cover then exit Picsart and move on to Phonto.. Load your image and add the title and your name.

Final Result:
