Hi again!

This chapter now features some of the recent covers I've been working on, and I've been so excited to show you guys! This chapter shows the different genres of story covers I've made. It shows my new and improved covers and the old covers to show how much my work has improved over the past months. I hope you like them!

Note: I also recommend scrolling through all posted covers I have in my shop. You'll be able to see all the genres and ideas I've worked with!

1. Teen Fiction/Young Adult

Teen Fiction is a genre I think I am good at, lol. It is always so simple (kind of) to make covers for this genre.

I've seen where I've improved plenty when I look between both collages above. For starters, the new version has simple images, and the font placement is perfect. It does not overshadow the images. I asked a friend, and they like the old version more, and I understand why, but I think the new version gives off a simple vibe that would fit a book cover. Anyway, let me know what you think!

Also, although these are my recent teen fiction covers, I think my best teen fiction covers so far that I've posted in my shop are in the chapters titled, 'Scarred Hearts,' and 'Crashing Stephanie.' Check them out if you want to see them, and let me know what you think!

2. Romance/New Adult

In this genre, I added light and dark romance covers to show the difference between them.

The difference between light and dark romance is that dark romance is a bit more intimate and mature, as you can see above. Again, I'm mindful of where I put the fonts now so it does not block the image. Also, the older version looks so classy, lol. I love it!

3. Adventure

4. Action

I did not create an action collage in the past. I have no idea why I did not, but I did it now! The above image features images that are suitable for action books!

5. Fanfiction

Again, we can see the modern look of the recent covers, which I think is pretty amazing!

6. Horror/Mystery/Thriller

I think the old version is pretty cool! For the new version, I used modern and brighter images. Which one do you like?

7. Science Fiction/Fantasy/Vampire/Werewolf

I love the new version of this genre! Everything is so simple and cute. The Science Fiction covers are on the left side, Fantasy in the middle, and on the right, a vampire cover is at the top, and a werewolf cover is at the bottom.

8. LGBTQIA+

9. Historical Fiction

10. Poetry/Humor

I like to call these my simple covers.

It's been a crazy journey because wtf?!! You can hardly see the title in the old version. Lol. The new version of this genre features simple covers with fonts that fit well with the images and are easily visible.

The upcoming chapter titled 'Examples 2' will feature all these genres, but the images will be in illustration art form. I'm excited for you all to see it!

Also, I apologize if you have a slight difficulty seeing the covers. I had to put a watermark on them because I was faced with copying before I closed. I would talk more about it, but I prefer to leave the drama and continue to do something I enjoy! That is designing covers. I will be going on vacation this week, and I am super excited. I can't wait to relax on a sandy beach and not think about assignments for one!! In the meantime, I could use something to fill up my time before I leave and while on vacation, so drop your forms in the form chapter, and I will gladly accept them and create your cover. Thanks.
