When things are too peaceful, its usually a bad thing.

After Robotys death things calmed down a little over the rest of the day. Two seemed in an oddly relaxed mood and wasn't too frustrated..surprisingly considering that they had just lost another member of their team. Things were going somewhat well compared to everything else happening, Donut had spent the day with Gelatin talking with him and spending time together, and hadn't been called for anything or on duty for something important. Plus Gelatin didn't have much to do now since Roboty was gone..even if that kind of worried him because Gelatin knew very well that it meant his abilities were practically useless. He wasn't smart like Basketball and Tennisball, he wasn't strong like Leafy (luckily) and he wasn't good at tasks like Tree and Barfbag.

Night time slowly came by, and that's when things began to take a turn for the worst. The.. utter worst. The snow seemed to be peaceful and gentle that night, it wasn't too windy and despite the bitter weather it was calming standing outside. It seemed to feel tranquil.. but was it?

It wouldn't be long until everything went down hill. They just hadn't realised it yet.

Dinner has just finished and the groups were still in the cafeteria - at least most of them. Some returned to their rooms or back to where they had been hanging out, like Balloony Gelatin and Donut. Fries had left too, since his group were saying things about Tv that was annoying him. Two was in the cafeteria however, observing each of them as they talked and casually keeping around Free Food to mildly discuss things with them about the new security bot and the groups thoughts. They had thought a lot about Tree.. it made them wonder what else might be waiting to be found, and not just from him. They knew they didn't have to worry about certain objects because they were obedient, but Two couldn't say the same for all of them.. there had to be some things lying underneath the seams..

Pushing through the cafeteria was an object who slammed the doors against the wall in a dramatic and somewhwt violent entrance, practically dragging themselves into the room as the doors swung shut behind them and squeaked. The attention of everyone was caught and obviously their reaction was to see what had happened, Two standing straight in reaction to the sudden entrance to see who just did that.

And.. it wasn't pretty.

There stood Liy, heaving to catch her breath as she had clearly ran here, as soon as she saw the lights of the building she had been running like hell to arrive. She was injured and covered in snow and ice, she looked freezing as she was physically shaking. In her hand held a knife, gripped tightly between her fingers and it didn't look like her old one. She waited to catch her breath, stumbling forward and taking a deep breath, anger all over her face. "WHERE IS FRIES?!" She screamed out, using the wall for balance.

"Excuse me?-" Two was baffled. "L-Liy! Oh wow! You're alive! Everyone thought you died!" Two exclaimed triumphantly, moving away from the table they were stood by. Mumurs erupted from all around.. Barfbag wasn't sure what Fries did that included Liy, but she had a bad feeling that this was .. her exposing him. She gripped the table, preparing herself for everything to fail..

"FRIES-" She sputtered, glaring up at Two as they walked towards her. Her legs were hardly keeping herself up because of how cold she was. "He is a TRAITOR!! I was STUCK in a lab with ..G-Golfball and ..others and- h-he FUCKING HELPED THEM SAVE THE PRISONERS!" She finally exposed the truth behind the secret plan, panting as she waited for Twos reaction with her teeth gritted in strain. Two seemed to not understand at first, but.. "..You.. were kidnapped? F-Fries? Are you serious? Fries wouldn't-"

"I am NOT a liar.." she seethed lowly, before glaring over at Yellowface and Free Food. "This whole time he has been FAKING it while he helps the other SIDE?! Haven't you noticed?!" She shouted loudly, her voice echoing off the walls since the cafeteria fell silent to listen to what she was saying. Two wasn't sure about her allegations but.. they began to consider it and it wasn't..pretty. They hadn't yet clocked that this meant Price Tag hadn't actually been lying about the group..

Yellowface looked at Barfbag. She didn't know what to do because their plan could easily get ruined if the wrong things were said.. but it didn't seem like Liy knew anything about Donuy. She gave a subtle nod to grant him permission to agree with Liy, so he did, turning around and speaking up. "...I had a feeling something was off." Yellowface joined in. "I think he began to... change."

Tree was gently banging his head onto the desk as they spoke about this, he could not think of a worse thing to happen right now, seriously why did he keep losing everyone this was actually the worst. He wanted to just cry but was too frustrated. Everyone was shocked.. Tennisball and Basketball looked at each other in dismay.. could this be true? Had Fries really.. just been good this whole time? She began to feel awful about how she had thought all this time that he was horrible.. but realised that Two wouldn't let this slide so easily.. Fries was done for.

"Seriously?! Is this seriously happening??" Two began to get enraged, turning back to Liy swiftly after having talked to Yellowface. "So that's why you were gone this WHOLE time?? How do I know you're not lying? And its not vise versa?!" They hissed harshly, gritting their teeth  She was surprised that they had gotten smarter since she was gone, growling "Because I HEARD THE WHOLE THING! He came here with Black hole, right?! They WORKED together at the base!! It was MEANT to be that way so they could lock Front Row in the electrical room while Bomby and Blocky freed the PRISONERS!!!" She confirmed what had happened, panting "WHY would I say THAT if I was on THEIR SIDE?!" She felt exhausted..Two felt themselves grip their hand into a ball, knowing she wasn't lying. "Fries has been doing this for WEEKS!-" she gripped the wall for balance, close to falling over from fatigue.

Tennisball and Basketball looked at each other in union.. Liy had been trapped THERE? But this meant that Liy knew where they were.. the lab was going to get found by Two if she told them where they were, which she probably would.. they needed to warm them IMMEDIATELY.

This whole time Fries had been lying.. pretending to be on Twos side when he was actually helping out the others on Fours side survivie.. what else did he do? What did he know? What had he done..? Two began to connect little things together, watching as Liy struggled to gain her balance. "Where the fuck is Fries.." Two demanded for an answer, wanting an response immediately. They were dead serious, and it didn't sound good.. the tone scared Basketball and this made her feel even more heart broken. Fries had been good all this time... she felt like she was on the verge of tears again.

She had no idea that Fries was doing all those good things. If only she knew sooner... she could've helped him. Tennisball was just as shocked, but he was kind of scared now that Two was the one to deal with it. He was terrified over the thought of what was going to happen now... he wondered what things he had been doing to help.. it sounded brave. So many things were happening.. but he couldn't stop thinking about how Golfball was in danger.

"Is he somewhere in this building-" she coughed mildly from the coldness she had experienced, looking physically ill from being outside all that time in that weather.

Meanwhile, Donut had been on his way to the cafeteria to check on Barfbag and see if she was okay. He stopped in his tracks when he heard a voice he didn't  immediately recognise from this building just on the other side of the door, slowing down and staring at it as he tried to link the voice to someone he knew.. wait..

..No.. could it be... Liy? Fries mentioned she had been trapped back at the lab .. did she ESCAPE somehow? He was about to back up when he heard her talking and he realised that what she was saying was about Fries. She had just fucking told Two about Fries. Two replied with something and it sounded like it was in an angry tone.

In a panic, Donut backed up from the door while he mildly hyperventilated, sickness beginning to overtake him as he tried to think straight and figure out what to do, turning around. What if Fries died? Two would not let him get away with this unharmed.. He sped up his walking and ran off through the halls to try and find out where his friend was so he could warn him before it was foo late. Fries needed to get the fuck out of that building before Two caught him first.

So many things were going through Donuts head and he was terrified, he couldn't believe she had escaped. How did the group let that happen? Now EVERYONE knew about Fries.. he knew this might come soon with all the risky stuff he was doing but he didn't..expect it to be so SOON. He tried to calm himself but it was so difficult, turning a corner.. where was he?!

Bell and Puffball were in shock.. had Fries genuinely been fake all this time? He did it so well.. that fucking snake. Two swiftly turned to Loser. "LOSER. Help me fucking FIND Fries NOW. Liy, come with me." They boomed in demand, pushing their way to the doors with a gained strength. Loser glanced at Barfbag before rushing to where the doors were and following as fast as he could, Liy doing the same but limping.

This was annoying.. he was worried it was going to interfere with their plan. If this made Two find out about Donuts powers somehow, everything would crumble. Liy didn't seem to know anything about Donut though, maybe they were still in the clear? Surely if Liy knew THAT information she would make that clear. Admittedly he was kind of surprised this was happening but, it was only so long until it did. .. Donut was not going to like this.. good.

"I can't believe I .. let this slip all this time!!!" Two raged to themselves, stomping through the halls to find out where that traitor was, the floor shaking each time they took a heavy step. "TO THIS level OF BETRAYAL!!! Well, it's finally OVER for him.." Two snarled, Loser managing to keep up but Liy struggling slightly.

So many things were starting to make sense.. Two had a feeling Markers reaction that one time was real and he hadn't been lying.. that he hadn't actually freed Stapy. They began to realise that it might have been Fries afterall, and they killed Marker for nothing - and that time when they had noticed Fries and Tree talking..

Tree KNEW about this?

"What are you going to do-?" Loser inquired as he kept following Two, stumbling a little as they turned the corner, keeping up with them. "I am going to make him suffer.." Two lowly claimed, "Once I get my hands on him.. did he think that he could do this forever?! Surely he knew that EVENTUALLY I would find out about this!!" They laughed in disbelief..

They turned to Liy, her not looking at them. "Do you know where the group is exactly?! I have been meaning to get back at them for all the trouble they have caused.." They seethed. She nodded and grunted, "I-I do.. but I won't be able to take you there for a few days. I need to recover-" she pointed out, gritting her teeth and looking away in pain. "But believe me, I want to make them PAY more than anyone here..." it sounded like a threat, Loser looking away. Yikes.. she had definitely gotten worse since she was last here. She was much more violent.

"I found Stapy when I was gone." She revealed with a cough, hitting her chest. Two perked up, Loser surprised to hear that too. "You did?" Two spoke in a higher pitched voice, mostly because they were shocked. "Well?! What did you do, then???"

"Pushed him off a cliff-" she began to go into a coughing spasm, obviously ill from being in the weather for so long. Loser was paying close attention to Two.. they were absolutely outraged by all of this and it made him realise how mad they would be if they found out about what him and the others were up to. He wondered what Liy thought about Two.. why did SHE obey them so much? Was it for Two? Or power? Because if it was power then..maybe-

Liy suddenly caught her breath, stumbling to a stop. "THERE HE IS!!" Liy yelled through her croaked voice, pointing into the direction of Fries, who was a the end of the hall that they had just turned a corner to. Fries jumped at the shouting, turning his attention quickly to who had spoken.. was.. that Liy? He stood dumbfounded, realising what was happening .. she must've found a way to return and told Two.. he gripped his shovel tightly.

"FRIES!" Two boomed and began to march up to him, Loser and Liy following them instantly. Fries backed up slowly, but knew there was nowhere to go, swallowing.. this was it. This was.. the end he knew was inevitable. He had pushed his luck..

He was mostly still from fear, but was backing up even if it was at a slower pace than Twos walking. They stomped through the corridor, Fries expecting something to happen before he was unexpectedly grabbed from the side, tugged into the left direction by his arm. He yelled in surprised as he was pulled forcefully, falling fowards. He didn't quite reach the floor though, and when he opened his eyes he fell into snow, and his surroundings were completely dark.

..What?

The humming of the hallway lights were no longer audible and Two was nowhere to be seen, or heard. He had fallen on his hands so used them to push himself up from the snow and see his surroundings, surprised as he was met with the sight of Donut, who was led back on the snow just in front of Fries, trying to stand too..

"D-Donut?" He spoke up, wincing from the coldness as he regained his balance and picked up his shovel. "..A-Are.. we outside-?" It only made sense..given the environment.

"F-..Fries.." Donut glanced up at him slowly, helping himself stand with mild struggle, wobbling and holding his arms out to prevent falling over. He looked around too, embracing the area with his eyes. "..Fries- I-I managed to teleport! Can you believe it?!" He suddenly lunged at him and hugged him, laughing in joy. "The base in nowhere in sight! We did it Fries!" He held him tightly and swung him around as he lifted him from the snow in an embrace, finally proud of himself. Fries was still taking everything in. "You.. you did?" He spoke, looking down at him... seeing him so happy was surprising. He never had.

Donut nodded and went to put him down, looking at his hands. "L-Liy must've escaped.. I-I overheard her and needed to find you as soon as possible. I ..I didn't think I could do it but I did! Two was ..going to kill you.." He seemed happy, but still bothered. "Fries.. what are we going to do? You can't..go back there now.." he calmed down.

Fries was impressed that Donut had.. actually managed to learn to teleport. That was amazing.. he was so thankful because without him he would have been dead by now.. Two would have probably killed him on the spot. "Thank you.. Donut. I knew you could do it." He forced a weak smile. "I.. Don't know what to .. do now, though. I can't really.. go back."

He would never be able to go back there again.. not with Two's knowledge, anyways. "I can't believe Liy.. escaped. How did the group let her go like that?" He seemed kind of disappointed but pulled himself together, exhaling and brushing some snow off himself as he watched Donut in the dark. "I'll have to find somewhere to stay for now.. look..."

He took a step foward and put a hand on Donuts shoulder, beginning to get serious with him since he was going to be clear about what he wanted him to do. "I.. don't know what I'm going to do from here.. or what's going to happen..but.. you HAVE to stay strong." He kept locking eyes with him. Donut held his arm nervously as he spoke. "You got this.. okay? We'll find a way to make this work but.. for now keep low about me. I don't think Liy knows about you.."

Fries shook his head and closed his eyes... it was only just sinking in now, what this meant for the future .. "Two is going to be on top of their game after this.. especially because you teleported. They won't know its you but.. they KNOW only Four can teleport other contestants. Unless Two thinks I have Fours powers then.. make sure to keep safe." He opened his eyes. "You NEED to find Golfball and the others. They will help you through this, they can.. figure out a way to take down Two. I don't..know if I'll be apart of that future."

"Wh..what are you saying?" Donut weakly asked, "..B-.But, wait. They think I'm their enemy! What if-"

"You're gonna HAVE to tell them about your powers.. Donut." Fries instructed, letting go softly. His eyes drifted off into the direction of the dark forest, stepping back and standing straight. "I.. think that's the only way we are going to get through this. You can't handle this on your own, they will help you... so.. you need to tell them."

Donut looked down.. "I.. I never told you this but, Gelatin also has Twos powers." He admitted, rubbing his arm his some warmth. Fries perked up and looked over in surprise, digging his shovel into the snow. "Really?... " that was good news.. he didn't expect that at all.."..Can he control them well?"

"Yeah.." Donut wiped his eyes. "Look.. Fries. I-I don't know if I can do all of this. I-I'm worried everything will fail. I.. I don't WANT to do it without you." He seemed to be pleading him but.. he wasn't sure what he was even begging him for. It's not like Fries would be able to go back home.

"I'll just be here. Uh, around here at least. Just.. come back when you like. I'll be fine." Fries assured. "We will be able to do this... There's more than us than Two thinks." He reached down to hold Donuts hand.

"Firey and Stapy are also around.. they will be able to help you, too." He gripped his hand tighter. "You gotta go.. now. Two might notice you're gone and question things."

Donut weakly nodded in agreement, even if he didn't want to go. "Thanks for everything Fries. I-I'll come back, I promise ." He reassured firmly, Fries letting go of his hand as he listened to the other objects wavering voice. Donut felt..hurt, mentally..it felt like he was saying goodbye forever but he wasn't. It would be weird doing all this without Fries to help him and.. only now he realised how much he depended on him.

"Bye, Donut." Fries softly spoke. "Goodbye.." Donut forced a weak sad smile, before attempting to teleport again. He winced and closed his eyes as he clicked his fingers stumbling backwards and hitting a wall, his surroundings becoming much warmer. He took a look around.. Gelatins room. Gelatin perked up as Donut suddenly appeared from nowhere, yelling in shock and jumping up from his bed. "-D-Donut! Heyy- what are you doing?? What was that??" He laughed, piping down as he noticed his expression.

Two stood baffled as Fries had just.. disappeared. He wasn't around in the halls, and it was like he had just.. vanished. They slowly turned to Liy, kind of fearful over the implications. "You didn't..happen to see Four on your travels?" They

"No.." she trailed off, staring at where Fries had been. Loser stood and stared too.. he had a feeling this was obviously Donut, but Donut couldn't teleport because he didn't know how.. did he? Had he learned how to? He was getting stronger.. hm. "How strange." Loser spoke up to add to the conversation, but knew exactly why this happened..

Two stood for a little longer before turning around, looking over at Loser firmly and swallowing. "Get her to Basketball. We will have to take a little visit to the lab when she's better. We'll teach them not to mess with us.." They spat coldly, but Loser could tell they were weary because of what just happened. Two was trying to figure out what to say to everyone about Fries.. they couldn't tell them Fries was teleported. They would have to lie and tell everyone they killed him..

"But- what about Fri-" Loser was cut off. "I SAID, take her to BASKETBALL." They demanded through gritted teeth, their words harsher than before since they were getting impaitent. Loser nodded and went to just oblige, going to help Liy to where the medical room was, her limping.. she looked back at where Fries had been for a moment, before turning around.

Two looked around in deep thought..they KILLED Four. X said this too.. X knew Four was dead. What happened? No other numeral could teleport so it couldn't be one of their old friends.. who was it, then? Did Golfball find a way to make a machine releport? Surely not.. nothing was making sense.. they went to walk to their office as soon as possible so they could update Fries' files. This wasn't good .. if Four was somehow alive this meant bad things were coming.. they would have to be more careful and vigilant..maybe it was more simple than Four being alive.. maybe it was something else... but whatever it was, they needed to be prepared. Fries must have known about whatever it was..

Fries looked around mindlessly in the pitch black, trying to figure out where to go next as the bitter wind blew at him. His cardboard was wet because of the snow.. he needed to find some sort of shelter immediately to keep safe. He had no idea how Liy escaped but.. he hoped the lab was okay. He needed to find them as soon as possible so he could tell them what happened. At least he would see them again.. even if he didn't expect to see them so soon.

He knew this wasn't all doom and gloom.. sure, Donut had a lot more things to do now but he had no idea Gelatin had powers too.. plus, if everyone worked hard enough they could find a way to defeat Two. It would just.. take time.. and Fries would have to get used to the fact he wasn't apart of the base anymore.. and now everyone knew his secret. He wasn't sure who else in the base was on Fours side but.. he knew Tree was. There had to be something he could do to get everyone to work together..somehow they could do this.. he knew it.

He went with his gut and decided to go straight ahead, since it was too dark to make out the rest of the forest.. most of the trees were just black shadows. He had no idea where he was.. it was too hard to make out anything at this time of night. He was hoping he wasn't too far from the others.. hopefully he could get to one of the groups he knew of and inform them of what happened.

He didn't even know that he was in the part of the forest that was at the bottom of the cliff and waterfall, far away from the lab, but close to the warehouse.
