Someone whistled. "Dophie! Awww, how cute."

Sophie groaned and sat up, wiping her eyes. There stood Keefe and Biana. Biana shifted back and forth. "I came to finish the packets."

"Yeah. I figured." Sophie stood up and stretched before reaching down for Dex.

"Hey, maybe when you two finish, we could all turn them in together," Dex noted, purposely leaving Keefe out of the situation.

"You finished???" Biana exclaimed.

"Yeah. Last night."

"Lucky!"

"Come on you two." Sophie started toward her house, dragging Biana and Dex behind her.

"Hey! What about me?"

Sophie turned toward Keefe. They had been through a lot, but she still can't bear to be around him. In a closed space. With only two other witnesses.

"Sorry, Keefe. Maybe we can hang out later."

Keefe rolled his eyes and scoffed. "Sure," he growled.

Before Sophie could even open her mouth, he was gone in a flash of light.

"It never stops being awkward with those two!" Sophie grumbled to her friends as the hopped up the stairs.

"We know," they agreed at the same time.

Four hours later, Sophie and Biana were exhausted- with their packets done!

"Let's go turn them in!" Biana squealed tiredly.

They had to make a painful (the packets were even heavier with the pencil lead filling it up) pit stop at Rimeshire to pick up Dex's packet. Then, they were in Atlantis, plopping them on the desk in front of a tall, thin elf with red heart sunglasses.

"Thank you. That'll be all," she said

"That's IT?" Sophie asked, getting slightly annoyed.

"Yep. Buh-Bye."

Sophie and Biana growled, but Dex yanked them out of the room before they could pounce.

"At least it was fast."

Biana and Sophie glared at Dex, who laughed nervously.

Dex, Biana, and Sophie sat on Sophie's bed, all bored.

"What do ya wanna do?" Dex asked.

"Uh...Oh! I haven't checked on Silveny and Greyfell in a while!"

"Okay...So we're gonna sit here while you have a telepathic conversation?" Biana asked.

"No... Maybe they should visit."
