distant star

she is a distant star
zillion miles away
from the mundaneness
gazing into infinity

the gaiety and the gloom
the desires and the dreams
the feelings and the fears
- all hidden within her cryptic mind

all there is to see
is her serene, soothing smile
lighting up the caliginous cosmos
like a million suns ablaze

▶ I know, I know. It's been so frikkin long since I last wrote a poem!

Eh, what can I tell you? Life's pretttyyy hectic atm. I barely even have time to come online. It would be like this till mid-2019 actually. I won't be much frequent here. Reason?

Exams. Big ones. Like really, really big.

Anywho, it's not like I'll completely abandon Wattpad (heck no!)
I'll come now and then to read and write poems 😄
