UNA Headquarter, Planet Installation

A largest individual groups from other countries come to the largest artificial floating island in the center of the sea. Every army of other countries are stationed there for protection from terrorists. Atlas has also be there as peacekeepers according to the treaty that Atlas will be UNA private army for protecting the leaders. The artificial island was called Chinampa as a symbol of alliances and it is the city where all people living there as a settlement.

UNA Conference room

Four leaders and a lot of senators are coming here to debate in the future. They have called from Pres. James Jackson for a meeting. Three nation leaders have arrived in the conference room.

A 52-years old Taiwanese man wearing black tailor suit, a black pants, and two pair of dark shoes. He also wearing a red neck-tie on the neck. His name is Chang Tsai. He was once a senator of Chinese Federation until he was resigned since he see how corruption of the government and use an empress as a figurehead so the high eunuchs can hold the power of the country. He honestly hated his own country and dream that his people won't suffer poverty and starvation someday. That dream was came true when he's being contacted by SRA and they tell them that they selected him because he knows the corruption system of the government and not finding the solution the problem of poverty and starvation. He agreed to their terms as he carefully selected people to lead his way to a promise land. After SRA giving them everything, they established a new nation, a new democratic country. The people now known as Taiwanese put him the position as the president of URT to live peacefully without starvation and poverty, especially they won't worry about Chinese Federation since they're from earth and not in Planet Installation. He becomes part of the alliance of UNA and get trade deal from SRA.

Three presidents of NEF arrived in the conference room for a meeting. Two male presidents and one female president. A blonde German man with handsome looks name Hans von Wagner, a brown hair British man name Leo J. Taylor, and a dark long-haired Poland woman name Marysia Nowak. Three people from EU have also resigned just like Chang Tsai. They hated their own countries because every EU members are not working together and France have force every country they have conquered to submit the democracy. They hope that someday things will different if United Republic of Europia has dissolved and reorganized into new union to all Europe. One day, they got contact by SRA as they were selected to be part of salvation as they said. This may also shocked and surprised to them they are descendants of Washington Rebellion that was lost against Britain Empire before it becomes Holy Britannian Empire. Once they're in Planet Installation, they are not the only Europeans living on new world, they are millions of Europeans from both past and present having good time in their each settlements. This make them opportunity to build a new nation that all sovereign nations can be work together and merge into one strong nation. Thus, the New European Federation was born. Hans von Wagner becomes the president of Federation Council, Leo J. Taylor becomes the president of commission, and Marysia Nowak becomes the president of Federation Parliament. They also join the UNA to build up relationships with other countries.

Lastly, a 60-years old man wearing a dark royal outfit and he's wearing two dark pair of boots. He also has mustache on his face. His name was King Aurelius Libertania, former Earl nobleman of Libertania family. He and his wife are once Britannian who show loved and respect to the people, especially to the strangers. They have dream that someday their empire will be peaceful nation and end this war of bloodshed against other countries. Unfortunately, their dream went down when Emblem of Blood occurs on event. They've trying to survive from cycle of betrayal when the assassins came and targeting them who are the rivals of other noble families. They were saved by SRA special forces that have secretly involved in the event and take them and other Britannians who hated their country sent to Planet Installation. He and his people are shocked when SRA are the descendants of Washington Rebellion of what they thought to cease to exist by British Empire. Since he have read about the history, he wanted to apologize for taking their homeland away as he bow down to the SRA president. SRA president don't need to apologize and make him and his people two choices: Be part of American citizen or be independent nation as their own. Some have went to become American citizen while most of them wanted to be independent as their own. They giving them a new land as Libertania family and their people build a nation and establish both republic and monarchy system just like SRA and NEF. SRA are also show him to Hologramphic Earth Survelliance (HES) to see what's going on earth. It brings shocked to him as Charles and his followers overthrow a last emperor and he become a new emperor to put the end the Emblem of Blood for good though he make a system where strong is rule over the weak and people know as Numbers are treated unfairly and discriminated by the policy. Being disgusted of what Aurelius have saw, he decided to no longer call himself Britannian anymore. Instead, he decided to become a new nationality called Libertannian, named after his family name. He and his wife becomes a king and queen to control the new country called Kingdom of Libertania, and he joins the UNA.

Everyone is on the meeting table as James arrives in time and sit on the chair and then the debate has started. He's the one to speak to other nation leaders.

James: Friends, thank you all for coming here. Now, I know what's happening to this world today.

Chang Tsai: Of course, Mr. President. The terrorist group, The Enclave, have attacked the local warehouses in each location of the cities in my country. I lost 24 men fighting against them.

Hans: We able to track down Enclave secret base within New Merida city.

Marysia: Not only the Enclave, we also have extremists group called Blood Damnation. A group of both gangsters and criminals working together have terrorized three and four cities at once. We able to arrest some of them, but most of the members fled into the hiding. I have a feeling they will ally the Enclave since they raided American warehouses and steal both weapons, equipments, and materials to increase their strength.

Aurelius: I have to be build up the police force to ensure that my people won't get influenced from the terrorist. They're methods are brutal towards their enemies, especially the civilians.

James: Yes, I know that. But while we dealing with our terrorist problem, we just spend our money to build up the army to stand up against Holy Britannian Empire and any superpower nations that conquered weak countries with iron fists. The Enclave are become stronger each months and with Blood Damnation as new ally, it could badly change Planet Installation soon.

Chang Tsai: Then what are we waiting for? Let's destroy both terrorist organizations and then strike against Holy Britannian Empire.

Leo: We should sent out the best special forces to deal with terrorist organizations. As fast as I can tell from report, the Enclave in NEF soil are hiding in the mountains and Blood Damnation have two bases: one for the deep jungle and the other is at the underground mines which is being abandoned since 2002.

James: Good. We take them out, we could focus on main course of action. Once we make appearances to earth world, there's no going back. Prepare the ambassadors. Do you understand, everyone?

He said. The nation leaders nodded to him.

James: Good. If there's no more to be debate, then this meeting is adjourned.

The nation leaders stands up from their seats and head back to their countries.

Kusakabe: Please, sir! We must fight back from Cornelia forces and there are half of resistance willing to die until the last man. This allow japan liberation front to retake Japan!

He said to Katase and Tohdoh. He shaking his dead disappointing as he replied.

Katase: Lt. Col. Josui Kusakabe, you do realize that Cornelia's forces are more participate aggressively than Prince Clovis.

Tohdoh: And we don't have enough numbers and strength to retake Japan. We barely have recruited people willing to fight our cause because most of them are inspiring Zero ever since rescuing Suzaku Kururugi, including so-called Voice of Truth. What your plan is something we cannot take the risk.

Kusakabe: I know it's the risk, but-

Katase: The answer is no, lieutenant colonel. We're not authorize that kind of plan of yours.

Kusakabe: But sir-

Katase: That's the order.

He said sternly. Kusakabe look down before he turn around and walk out of the room. He walked in the hallway stomping on his feet as he feel angry because they rejecting his idea.

Kusakabe: Damn you, Gen. Katase. I'm doing this to show damn Britannians that JLF is still stands.

He said to himself angrily and then someone call him on the phone. He was surprised of how someone got his phone call. So he picked up the call and he said to the cellphone.

Kusakabe: Who is this? How did you get this call?

??? (on phone): This is Lt.Col Kusakabe, correct?

Kusakabe: Yes, I am Kusakabe

??? (on phone): Ah good. I can help you something that I can tell you only if you're alone.

He said. Kusakabe look around to see anyone around here so he went to the small room and he is alone. He said to the phone.

Kusakabe: Okay, I'm alone. So what is it you want to tell me?

??? (on phone): Excellent. I give this task that will make every Japanese believes you as a hero...

Oscar dorm, Ashford Academy

He was lying on the bed as he listening on the headphone made by SRA. He enjoying listen the rock and roll music when he heard someone is knocking on the door. He opens it to see CC wearing a regular clothes outside his dorm. He was surprised she coming to his doorstep then she said.

CC: May I come in?

Oscar is hesitated, but he allow her to come in. He close door behind him as CC look around his room. He said to her with a serious expression on his face.

Oscar: Okay. Why are you here for? I know you told Lelouch about us. His grew suspicious on us.

CC: I just wanted get Lelouch to your attention. You or Lelouch haven't meet each other for a quite a while.

Oscar: Well, I'm not a type of person going to talk with exiled prince and planning to destroy Britannia.

CC: Oh, how bummer. I was thought you're going to kill him.

Oscar: Listen. He isn't a threat unless my superiors recognize him as a threat and order me to kill him on the hit list. But enough about that, why are you telling me this and what does it you want from me?

CCc: You? Nothing. I'm just checking of what you're up to anyway.

??? (telepathy): Probably because he don't trust you, CC. I mean, what can you be sure of whoever the group that Oscar and his friends working with, will going to attack you when proven you as hostile?

CC: That I wouldn't know about it. Besides, Lelouch is kinda like Charles except being a rebel against his regime.

??? (Telepathy): Well, you know Charles, he may be ruthless and scary man, but deep down he's always being a child.

She chuckled.

Ling and Oscar arrived in the room as Keshly and Danny are watching on the news.

Oscar: What's happening?

Danny: Check it out. These guys are really out of their mind.

He said. Oscar go closer to the television as they saw a large building tower with a blue clean sky and water at the background. A news reporter just said holding on the microphone.

News reporter (on TV): I'm here in front of the Lake Kawaguchi Convention Center Hotel. The hotel-jackers have identified themselves as the Japan Liberation Front.

Keshly: I can't believe they actually doing it.

Danny: The JLF are really going held hostage.

Oscar: Yeah...

News reporter (on TV): Members of the Sakuradite Allocation Meeting, most notably Chairman James, were taken hostage, as well as several tourists and hotel employees.

The screen shows a group of Britannian civilians being hostage by JLF. Among them are Milly, Shirley, and Nina are also part of it.

News reporter (on TV): This footage was taken by the perpetrators. In it, you can clearly see Chairman James, including some students.

Ling: Oscar, it's...

Oscar: Milly and the other members of school council.

News reporter (on TV): The leader of the group claims to be Lieutenant Colonel Kusakabe of the now defunct Japanese...

Tohdoh and his subordinates are watching the news which they are not happy to hear it.

Tohdoh: That imbecile!

It is believed that the terrorists are using world interest in the annual gathering to their advantage by carrying out this violent hotel takeover.

Oscar grabbed a remote and turn it off.

Danny: Damn, this is more worse than The Enclave.

Oscar: The JLF... They may be anti-britannian resistance group wanted to free their nation, but this is not liberation. It's terrorism. They will kill the hostages after they have their demands.

Then, he got a call on his comms as he turn it on and he just said.

Oscar: This is Oscar, come in.

Adele (comms): This is Agent Adele. We need you and your team for the next mission. Meet me at this coordinates.

Oscar: Yes, ma'am. Guys, let's go! We have next mission today.

Danny: Finally! Time for next action.

He said. Oscar and his team head out of the school and meet Adele on secret location in Area 11.

Lake Kawaguchi Hotel

Kusakabe came to the room filled with hostages as they are feeling afraid of them. He said to them sternly.

Kusakabe: I'm Kusakabe of the Japan Liberation Front. This stand we're taking is for the freedom of Japan and our countrymen. Even though you are not soldiers you are still Britannians. You are the ones who rule and oppress us. Sit still, be quiet, and you'll be fine. If you don't...

But before he could continue his speech, his fellow soldier goes to him holding a phone as it is ringing. Kusakabe knows who it was and wanted to answer it right now so he skip the part of it.

Kusakabe: You may know what's going to happen next, so shut up and stay where you are.

He said. Milly held on Nina as she is afraid of Elevens that they did to her in the past. Kusakabe get a phone and walk outside the room as he pick up the phone and said.

Kusakabe: Okay, I did it. Now what?

??? (on phone): Now? You do the rest of the part. You want your country to be free, right?

Kusakabe: Yes. Anything for my country.

??? (on phone): Then do what it must to be done, Lt.Col. Kusakabe. Your brethren will follow you more than your cowardly JLF superiors. Prove them wrong.

He said as he ended the call. Kusakabe have agree with this plan made by unknown caller. He may doesn't feel trusting him, but nevertheless, he will do anything to show his enemy that Japan is not dead yet.

Kusakabe: Alright, time to show those Britannian pigs that Japanese never dies and I will show Gen. Katase that I'm much better leader than him.

Building rooftop, Area 11

Augustus put his phone into his pocket as he watched the lake kawaguchi hotel being take over by renegade JLF who are now followed by Kusakabe. Mao and two Enclave shocktroopers are on the rooftop watching the hotel being take over as well. Mao goes behind him as he said.

Mao: So tell me, colonel. How exactly was your plan anyway?

Augustus: Hmm... My spy from inside that hotel told me that among the hostages is a princess from Holy Britannian Empire.

Mao: A princess?! She's in there!

He said as he was surprised that a princess under a disguise of a commoner is with the hostages.

Mao: So what's your plan now?

Augustus: We doing nothing.

Mao: What?

Augustus: We have plans for her, but we're not going to get her from Kusakabe loyalists without knowing our plans.

Mao: But-

Augustus: And that's final, Geass user. So better shut your mouth or I cut your tongue out of you!

He said sternly towards him. Mao swallow his throat and nodded him nervously, better not get him into his bad side.

Augustus: Good. So let's watch and see what happens next.

SRA secret hideout, warehouse

Oscar and the others arrive in the warehouse to see Adele and SRA sentinels are already preparing their equipments for a mission today. Oscar goes to her as he said to her.

Oscar: Agent Adele, what's the mission?

Adele: My director and Director Irons have ordered a rescue mission.

Keshly: A rescue mission?

Adele: You know what you saw on the news.

Ling: Yes, we do. What about it?

Adele: Our spy from JLF base that Lt.Col. Josui Kusakabe lead his loyal men to take over the hotel without general approval.

Danny: So they went renegade.

Adele: Exactly.

Oscar: *Sigh* So you want us to join this special operation. What? We're special forces now.

Keshly: Well, we've been pilots of Titan deploy in special operation before, right?

Oscar: Yeah, yeah, I never forget about the operation in Russia.

Adele: We know that. I've read your files.

Oscar: Well, your welcome.

Adele: Anyway, I receive word from Jeremiah that Viceroy Cornelia isn't a type of person rescuing hostages. She was planning to attack the hotel regardless how many people died, especially both JLF renegades and hostages. She will sacrifice the hostages to get them head on.

Cornelia, Guilford, Darlton, and Nonette are in the command center as they received word that JLF have make a move by take over the hotel and hold hostages for demands. Their staff officer said to them.

Britannian staff officer: All bridges connecting to the hotel with the exception of the main one have been destroyed. Our attempted approaches from the air and water have been unsuccessful. There's only one route left that will allow us to develop a possible hostage rescue plan. The main utilities tunnel running directly beneath the Convention Center Hotel. Basically, we would go in through this route, destroy the foundation block, and submerge the hotel. Since the tunnel was also built to handle supply deliveries, it should be able to accommodate Sutherlands. Even if the enemy has taken precautions it should be no problem.

Nonette: Good. But what I'm worry is that some Britannian citizens will use this to uprising against us. I have arrest a protestor leader group before I come here because of those Eleven terrorists.

Kawaguchi tunnel

Sutherland pilot: Go.

A Britannian knightmare pilot said as he and his squad move forward to the tunnel. Unknown to them, the JLF have made a new knightmare type called Raiko, a siege cannon made by four glasglow variants. The Britannian saw it in the far distance so he reminded to his men.

The JLF pilots inside Raiko saw them on the screen.

JLF pilot 1: Enemy detected! As expected, they're moving through the underground tunnel.

JLF pilot 2: Roger that. Raikou secondary startup, both quad-linkage legs locked. Super Electro Magnetic Shrapnel Cannon voltage confirmed.

Sutherland pilot: I think these guys have Knightmare rifles. Spread out and break their ranks.

JLF pilot 2: Super Electro Magnetic Shrapnel Cannon, fire!

He shouted. Raiko fires at them as it releases a few explosive marbles and destroys the sutherlands.

Kawaguchi hotel, Kusakabe room

It was successful for JLF as they seen it on the screen that Raiko has destroyed three sutherlands entering the tunnel.

JLF soldier 1: One shot!

JLF soldier 2: Yes! It works!

JLF soldier 3: The Raikou is a complete success!

Kusakabe: What do you think of that, Britannian pigs?

He said with a smirk on his face. He was confident that his plan will succeeded thanks to his latest knightmare built by Japanese.

He said as he was shocked that his forces are wiped out.

Britannian staff officer 1: It looks as though they've modified a Glasgow into a linear cannon.

Darlton: Thus far it appears that none of them have discovered that fact. If they learn that Princess Euphemia is among the hostages, they'll undoubtedly use her as a bargaining chip. She went there just to observe, therefore she isn't registered along with the other guests.

Nonette: Oh really? She went there for observe?

Cornelia: As long as my sister remain hidden from the terrorist, they won't know use her to take advantage on us.

Kallen was organizing the boxes when she heard the news from the other room where Zero was watching it. She enter the room to see Zero see the news telling to one of the people who is Shirley's father.

Zero also known as Lelouch Lamperouge, is very cautious and worried about her friends and other hostages being held by JLF. He is coming up a plan later on as his thoughts clouded him.

Lelouch (thoughts): We need to organize before we fight them again. It's too soon though, we're not ready, but we can't just sit here and do nothing either. Knowing Cornelia, she'll sacrifice the hostages. Ah, then why doesn't she make her move? Is it possible...

Then he was interrupted when Kallen said to huim.

Kallen: Zero... what will happen to the hostages?

Zero turns off the tv and replied to her.

Zero: Eventually, there will be no reason to keep those Britannians alive.

Kallen: Yeah... I'm sure you're right.

She said sadly. Oghi come in the room carrying the box as he said.

Ougi: Hey Zero, I found these. Should I hand them out to everyone? I mean as far as gear goes it looks pretty hip but we're just a resistance group so...

Zero: Wrong!

Ohgi: Huh?

Zero: We're not a resistance group, is that clear?

Ougi: Well then, what are we?

Kallen and Oghi are surprised because he turn their resistance group into a group of knights for justice.

Zero: Yes. We are no longer resistance group. Yet, we cannot forget what they have done to this people of this land.

Kallen: So what's the plan?

Zero: We will save the hostages, regardless whether they're Britannians or not. Is that understood?

Kallen: Yes, Zero.

Ohgi: I'm gonna ask you a question?

Zero: Of course. What question are you asking me?

Ohgi: Well... Back in Shinjuku ghetto, I saw something that involves there.

Kallen is confusing of what he just describe of unknown knightmare involve in the ghetto. Zero, on the other hand, just shocked of what Ohgi referring to a strange knightmare. He remembers it when he was being chased by a white knightmare.

Lelpuch (thoughts): That knightmare... Could it be the one involves both Shinjuku and Saitma ghettos.

Kallen: Ohgi, you saying like you seen a ghost.

Ohgi: But it's true. Zero, I'm asking you, when will they involve in the hotel?

Zero: That... would be a question that I cannot answer. But nevertheless, if what you say is true, then we have a third party in Japan.

Kallen: Wait? You're serious?

Timeskip, Outside Lake Kawaguchi

Oscar and his team are wearing new suits for this rescue operation.

(Oscar team combat suit)

They are with special-ops as they taking out JLF soldiers patrolling outside the hotel. They moving towards the hotel when they saw something is happening on the rooftop.

Keshly: Hey! Something is going on up there.

He said. Then, they saw a man falling to his death.

Sentinel: Oh shit! He's falling!

Oscar: Not for long!

He said as he throws anti-gravity grenade on the ground and it caught him on air. A man landed on the ground safety as a sentinel cut out the rope and free him.

Britannian civilian: Thank you. Those guys are-

Before he could say anything, a sentinel injects him on the neck causing him to pass out.

Keshly: Well, it's better than him knowing our existence.

He said sarcastically. They gently put him on the boat and proceed the mission. They take a peak of the door to see few JLF soldiers inside the first floor.

Sentinel 1: Few hostiles in the room.

Sentinel 2: Flashbang.

He throws a flashbang at them and close it as they heard the explosion causing few JLF soldiers goes blind.

JLF soldier 1: AHHHH!? My eyes!

JLF soldier 2: I can't see!
