After the Kyoto House accepted the corporation to both Frontier Militia and Black Knights, they become increase stronger than before. The Frontier Militia raided on every Britannian military bases, facilities, and warehouses to steal all informations and destroy equipments, weapons, and supplies to decrease number of Britannian constructed more knightmares in Area 11. The Frontier Militia becomes the enemy of Holy Britannian Empire as the whole world saw their actions across the globe. Even the Britannian military forces tries to stop them, they always failed and Frontier Militia becomes a greater threat than the Black Knights.

Britannian Military Headquarter, Nonette office room

Nonette wasn't happy after seeing report of many military bases, facilities, and warehouses stored the supplies were either stealing it or destroying everything. She felt sweating on her foreheads after she defeated twice in the battle. She isn't happy to be pleased if it links to the homeland about her failure. She hope it won't let that happened until someone is opening the channel.

Nonette: Huh? Who could've be calling me for this afternoon?

She turn it on shocking it was emperor himself on the screen. She bow down before him as she said respectfully.

Nonette: Your Majesty! I didn't know you were calling me without notice me.

Charles (screen): Knight of Nine, tell me the report in Area 11.

Nonette swallows as she is going to tell him about the failure of the mission.

Nonette: Well, I, we have failed to defeat the JLF because of the Black Knights and their new ally called Frontier Militia. There's also new terrorist appeared during the skirmish in Narita. It is unknown who they are, but they shown hostile to everyone in the field. Not only that, but the Pureblood faction led by Kewell attempt to kidnap Sub-Viceroy Euphemia. If Lord Jeremiah and Villeta haven't come to stop them, she would be their captive. Unfortunately, Lord Jeremiah bravely sacrificed his life to protect her.

Charles (screen): Hmm... How tragic. While Lord Jeremiah bravely sacrifice his life for a sub-viceroy, I am not impressed of how you failed to stop them.

Nonette: Well, I..

Sweating flows down on the forehead, he fears for his family that he endanger them because someone is threatening him so seriously. His phone rang as he pick it up and said.

??? (phone): Is it everything you have there?

Joseph: Y-Yes. Everything is here. Just please, give me time to organize.

??? (phone): Meet me at Port Yokosuka in night time. Don't be late.

After that, he ended the call. Joseph breathes hard as he needs to meet there and not being late. He hope that whoever wants his research paper, he'll let him go and his family soon.

Suzaku is working on his knightmare when Lloyd entering the room to see him.

Ohgi's group known Zero identity when they came back from meeting the head of Kyoto House. They feel distrusted at first, but when Lelouch explaining to them everything reason to rebel against his homeland, they understood and acknowledge him to be their leader. The rest are not know his identity for they are dislike Britannians for what they done to their lives. Ohgi's group becomes the inner circle group. They are in the warehouse with a lot of Black Knights members attending this meeting about a next mission. Zero is on the stage to have a meeting with the members of the Black Knights. Diethard is also there as he is invited to become a part of the Black Knights because Zero needs his media skills. Ohgi just said to him.

Ohgi: Wait a second, Zero. I realize this is a request from Kyoto. I think we can definitely handle it. And I'm pretty sure that Japan Liberation Front would rather join with us than flee to foreign soil in all. But...

Zero: You are the one who brought us this information. Diethard, wasn't it?

Diethard: That's right. It is an honor that you'd meet me like this, Zero.

Zero: So, princess Cornelia's going to deploy the Royal Marines on General Katase at the Japan Liberation Front, is that correct?

Diethard: Yes. The network was already poised to broadcast a special report on it.

Zero: Lieutenant General Tohdoh will never make it Katase in time. Which means that Japan Liberation Front has no military strength right now. Their only chance of escape is the liquid Sakuradite they're carrying.

Ohgi: Which is why we should help General Katase escape instead of going after Cornelia.

Zero: Indeed. With the help of our new ally, we can ensure that the remnants of JLF will successfully escaped.

Yoshida: Speaking of our ally, where are they? Have they come here too?

Oscar: Zero, you know why we're here, correct?

Britannian camp. Port Yokosuka

Suzaku was in the warehouse where he meet Gen. Darlton as he said to him with serious expression on his face.

Suzaku lost his words as he is willing to kill the JLF remnants to capture their leader that bring the end of resistance.

Lloyd came at his side just said.

Lloyd: Onward, Christian soldiers? Conflicting morals, right?

Suzaku holding his activation key clenched because he have to follow order, even means killing them to bring the end once and for all.

JLF freighter, office room

Zero and Oscar are in the room meeting with Gen. Katase in person. He has two bodyguards in both sides in case they try to harm him. Katase said to them.

Katase: Zero, Echo-1, if that's what they called you. I see Kyoto told me you two will protect us while we attempt to escape.

Oscar: Indeed, sir. As their requested, we will provide you cover from Britannians. I have my people waiting you outside the ocean to get you out safety.

Zero: The Black Knights will aid them too.

Katase: Hmm... Thank you. But, I have something I wanna to tell you.

Zero: Hm?

Katase: Zero, I want you recruit Col. Tohdoh and the Four Holy Swords.

Zero and Oscar surprised to hear from a general himself.

Oscar: Hold on. Does Tohdoh knows this?

Katase shake his hand for answer.

Katase: Tohdoh or the Four Holy Swords doesn't know this meeting. This is something for us here only.

Zero: Wait. You're wanted me to recruit your best soldiers of JLF. But why?

Katase looked at them with serious expression and then took a deep breath.

Katase: To be honest, I have been thinking myself about keeping hope up for Japanese so we can keep fighting to the last until we have our country, our freedom. But it seems that everything we tried to accomplish isn't working.

The two guards looked ashamed and he is also felt ashamed.

Katase: I don't have capability to be a leadership. After what happening to Narita, it is a huge loss for our organization. We are Japan Liberation Front the largest resistance group in all Japan, made soldiers of the Japan Army when my country surrendered. We are doing great fight back then against Britannian until Cornelia came in. Wiping out every resistance group around Japan, the people are losing hope. Until you came, bringing hope to the people that desperately needed to know that there is the way to get our freedom back.

Oscar: So you want us to take your place.

Katase: I must admit, I have always good at tanks than the knightmare frame. I am too old to adapt a new design of knightmare frames. I have been serving in the military since then. Now, our only chance of Japan liberation has failed. So that's why, I trusted you two to liberate Japan. Bring hope to the Japanese.

Zero: Hm. You flatter me.

He said sarcasm.

Katase: Heh... I may be an old man, but I still have strength left for me. But anyways, I hope you give Tohdoh and the others an explanation of why I want them to join your side. But I promise that someday we will return to assist you when you are ready to take Japan back.

Oscar: I hope so. I wish you good luck once you're out of reach.

Katase nodded him happily. After the meeting, they say farewell to JLF and leave the freighter ship.

Area 11, Britannian Air Base

An airplane came down on the road as it stopped. Two members of Knights of the Rounds came down from an airplane to meet Cornelia, Guilford, and Nonette face-to-face. Their names are Dorothea Ernst and Luciano Bradley. These two are the best knights loyal to the emperor and the Holy Britannian Empire. They are not messing with as the enemy have been defeated by them using brutal method. They look at them as they greet to them.

Dorothea: Knight of Four and Ten, at your service. It is great honor to be here, Viceroy Cornelia.

Cornelia: Likewise, Dorothea Ernst. I see you really loyal to the empire despite your... skin color.

Dorothea: I am fully loyal to the emperor only. Anyone who dares to attack the emperor or his empire, there will be dealt with accordingly.

Cornelia (thoughts): She seems overzealous I have read report about her. I should be careful from her for she is one of the Knight of the Rounds and she follows my father only.

Luciano stepped forward as he said.

Luciano: Ah, Gilbert... How's a shining armor knight going? For what I seen the report from the homeland, you really sure failing to take care of those terrorists. You really are a pathetic.

Gilbert: As much as I want to punch you to the face, I have tried my best to handle them. They have a best fighter and a best strange knightmare model to face against mine.

Luciano: Yeah, yeah... But that's not really a point. So the emperor sent us here to help you, am I correct?

Nonette: Yes, we are. We believe the JLF remnants are about to leave Area 11 at the Port Yokosuka. We have a feeling that the Black Knights and so-called Frontier Militia are protecting them to escape.

Luciano: Then why not just find their hiding place and kill all of them.

Gilbert: We don't know their location yet. So we going to focus on a primary target.

Cornelia: If they appear themselves, we need your skills to deal with their best fighters.

Luciano smirks as his day has finally come and he's going to have a kill joy for his satisfaction.

Nighttime, Port Yokosuka

A car driving in the port as it parking there. Joseph Fenette step out the car and head there to meet a group. He feel unsecure of meeting this group, but just in case, he brought a pistol for self-defense in case they going to do with him. Unknown to him, someone came to the port too.

Shirley Fenette just came here to search for Lelouch somewhere in the port. She feel shaking of what a white haired woman told her back then.

Flashback

Shirley was on the way to Ashford Academy when a woman is waiting at her car as she said.

Viletta: Excuse me, but are you Shirley Fenette?

Shirley: Huh? Oh yes, I am.

Viletta: Then I need to talk you inside my car. It's really important matter for my investigation.

Shirley: Huh? What for? Am I trouble?

Viletta: No. But I want to show you something.

Shirley's hand feels shaking as she holding a folder and there's a picture of Lelouch wearing a school uniform on top of it. Viletta explains to her.

Villetta: There is a possibility that this boy is link to the Black Knights.

Shirley: What're you saying he's involved?

Villetta: In terrorism.

Shirley: I don't believe you!

Outside the Ashford Academy

Shirley: It can't be... It has to be a lie!

She went to hide behind a pillar as Lelouch walk out the academy carrying a bag on his shoulder.

Flashback Ended

Shirley: Lulu... I'm so sorry to be doubting you like this. But... Please... I wanna believe in you.

Behind the warehouse, Villetta is looking after her that leads to a suspect known as Lelouch Lamperouge.

Villetta: Dammit, she lost him. She'd just called me sooner, I could've had him. I should've grabbed him when I had the chance... No, I need proof. If he talks to her, I can learn what his roll is in all this. Which is all the more important if he can manipulate memory somehow. I won't have to die, striped of my position and honor like Jeremiah. Hell, this is the chance to move back up again. So I have to find out a link to Zero. It has to be me.

The Portmen are released to the water as they destroys a front gate and headed towards the freighter.

Shirley saw the explosion up ahead which is terrifies her.

Shirley: Oh god! Terrorist.

Viletta is there watching from the behind. Shirley doesn't know she's right behind her, but regardless, she went to find Lelouch to get answers from him.

The Black Knights and Frontier Militias are in positions to aid the JLF freighter to escape the port. Ohgi is on top of the tower seeing it's already begun. He speaks to the walkie-talkie.

Ohgi:  It looks like it's started. Zero, you wanna move out or what?

Zero (radio): The Frontier Militia will engage them first and then we join them.

Ohgi: O-oh... Understood.

JLF freighter

JLF soldier 1: Damn those Britannians! When the hell did they get here?

They saw a Britannian Portman comes out on the sea.

JLF soldier 1: Enemy units! They're coming from the water-

Then he was shot out of the ship.

JLF soldier 2: Itagaki!

He said before he and the others are getting shot from the distance by Britannian forces.

Britannian sutherlands are sniping them carefully not to hit the ship that stores a lot of containers filled with liquid sakuradite. Lancelot is not firing his weapon as he is hesitated to shoot in cold blood. Inside the cockpit, he feels unsecure of killing them in cold blood.

Suzaku: This isn't battle. This is wholesale slaughter.

Cecile (screen): Officer Kururugi.

Suzaku: Go ahead.

Cecile (screen): I certainly know this must be hard for you. But you are a soldier, remember that.

Suzaku: Right, I understand.

He said. But suddenly, he detected something on the radar and they are moving fast towards his position.

Suzaku: What the- Enemy units are headed our position!

The Frontier Militia forces led by Oscar Team charge ahead as he and the others destroying the sutherlands that firing them at afar.

Oscar: Delta strike force, you take out the knightmares before they could power them on.

He said on the comms. Oscar's Ronin Prime titan cut off sutherland's head using a broadsword. Ling's Arc Ronin titan use teleportation attack on three sutherlands. Lancelot able to dodge the attack from Keshly's Ion Prime titan and then he retaliated.

Suzaku: Ah! It's the Frontier Militia! They're here!

He said. His Lancelot's arm got shot and exploded by Danny's Tone Prime titan.

Danny: So this is the Lancelot. Such capability skills suited for the Empire.

He commented. Lancelot draws out his vibration saber swords and went to attack him only to be blocked by Oscar's Ronin Prime titan broadsword.

Suzaku: Why are you aiding with the Black Knights? Have you saw what he has done!

Oscar's titan pushed him away and begin to attack. Then suddenly, a knightmare just jumped out of nowhere and attack him from the above. A knightmare is something that Oscar team or Frontier Militia have never faced before.

Keshly: What the hell is that thing!

A knightmare spokes to them.

Dorothea: Terrorist! Hear me, I am Dorothea Ernst, Knight of Four, loyal knight of the Empire! You will face death!

Ling: She seems annoying.

Oscar: Oh great, another knight coming from Knights of the Round. At least they send one.

But he is wrong. Another one came to join beside her and it's eager to kill all of them.

Danny: You just say it, sir.

Oscar: Oh shut up.

Luciano: Hello there, I am Luciano Bradley of the Knight of Ten. And let me tell you this question: What live value the most?

Keshly: What live value the most?

Percival's right arm starting to spin and making like a drill.

Luciano: That's right. Your lives!

Keshly: Oh... crap.

IP: Pilot, I suggest you to prepare to face this new enemy.

Keshly: Copy that.

He said to his titan. Both Palomides and Percival went to engage them aggressively. Lancelot went to intervene when Lancelot Club came and hold his shoulder to stopped him.

Nonette: Warrant Officer Kururugi, stand back. Let them handle it.

Suzaku: But-

Nonette: That is an order.

Suzaku: Yes, my lord.

He said. Lancelot and Lancelot Club went to go after the JLF freighter as it already leave the port.

Danny's titan fired hammerhead machine gun at Palomides, but the bullets was bounced as she was protected by two large size arms using it as shields.

Dorothea: Is that all you got?

Danny: Shit! Her huge arms are tough to destroy it.

TP: That is correct. However, we can destroying those lines supporting those giant arms.

Danny: Thanks, TP.

He said. He dodge quickly from Palomides' attack and then switched to 40mm tracker cannon aiming at the lines and destroys it, causing one of giant arms. Shocking one of her huge arms cut off, she aggressively attack him.

Dorothea: You bastard!

She tried to punch him, but she missed it. Danny continues to fall back until he is in range to fire at her.

Meantime, the other Oscar teams are fighting against Percival as he fires slash harkens at them. They may got hit, but still they able to push on. Keshly and Ling went in against Percival as they goes separate sides to surround him.

Luciano: Oh... How cute.

He raised a shield as he fires missiles at them. Keshly and Ling quickly dodge the missiles and retaliate the enemy. Percival fires two hip-mounted hadron blasters at Ling which she able to dodge it by teleportation.

Luciano: Huh? I never-

Before he thinking curious of what he saw, his left side was hit by Keshly's titan equipped a semi-auto rifle.

Luciano: You dare attack me!

Suddenly, Ling's titan appears behind him as she able to cut off a head to blinding him.

Luciano: What! No!

Ling: Heh... Pathetic knight.

She jumped out from him as Percival without a head starting to move blindly. Luciano can't see on the screen and it is impossible to move without it. He decides to fires everything arounds him. Oscar and his forces just left to face against Cornelia forces in the area.

JLF Freighter

JLF soldier: Sir! It seems like the Britannians are focusing on them than us.

Katase: Excellent! This is our chance! Get us out of here!

Ohgi saw a freighter is moving and headed to escape the port. He radio contact to his leader.

Ohgi: Zero, the JLF is moving away from the port!

Zero (radio): Excellent. It's time to reveal ourselves. And Ohgi...

Ohgi: Huh? Yes, Zero?

Zero (radio): Keep on lookout for unwanted guests. We don't know when they'll show up.

Ohgi: Understood.

He turns off the walkie-talkie and keep an eye for unknown enemy force that will show up of nowhere. Diethard seeing him being serious after hearing an order from Zero, he is curious of what they're looking out for.

Diethard (thoughts): What are you looking for so cautious? Wait a minute, are they looking out for...

Joseph Fenette saw what's going on the background hearing the gunshots and explosions on the other side. He is unsure he will be involving of this battlefield. Then, he heard the footsteps coming right for him. He turn around to see a grey-haired older man wearing brown coat and he has four Enclave commandos as his bodyguards. He feel sweating on his forehead as he's meeting with these group that blackmailing him. He just said with a little bit determination.

Joseph: Who are you?

Autumn: That's not your concern. So, you have every research paper with you?

Joseph: O-Of course! It's all here.

He opens up a bag and show them every research paper he had on it. This make easy for Autumn to obtain it to study further more about Geass powers. Just before he grabs it, a young sweet female voice spoke behind Joseph Fenette.

???: F-Father?

Augustus and Joseph look behind to see Shirley Fenette here in the port middle of the battle between Britannian, and Black Knights and Frontier Militia. She was both shocked and surprised to see her father here too, but she was also shocked to see a group of men are here with him. Joseph's eyes widened as something would happen to his daughter so he said to her.

Joseph: Shirley! What are you doing here?

Shirley: But what are you doing here, father? And who are those men with you?

Autumn (thoughts): Well, well, seems something does not according to the plan. But it's good thing I have back up plan.

Autumn: So... Your daughter have followed from your back, aren't you?

Joseph: N-No! This isn't what it looks like!

Autumn: Maybe you didn't know she's secretly following you. But I don't care. I have something on my mind. Boys, grab her.

He said as two commandos ran towards her and hold her preventing to escape.

Shirley: What are you- No! Let me go!

She tried to shake it off from them, but she has no strength to be released.

Joseph: Shirley!

He turn around at him and say to him with pleading expression on his face.

Joseph: Sir, you came what you needed. Now please, let my daughter go.

Autumn: Ah... But my superior have something other useful things for you.

Joseph: What! You want my research papers about Geass project, nothing more!

Autumn: Is that so?

He signal his men as one of two commandos pulled out Kendall 44 pistol on her side of a head. Shirley is feeling threated as her body is shaking in fear and her eyes are widened. 

Joseph: Please! You said you won't harm my daughter!

Autumn: Of course I won't harm your daughter. But you making a wrong choice of refusal.

Shirley: F-Father... What's going on? W-Why are you here with these men? I don't understand.

Autumn: Oh you will understand everything when your father explain about his work.

Shirley: His work? Father, what is this about?

Joseph: I-

Villetta: FREEZE!

A woman voice shouted causing everyone turn around to see a white long-haired woman wearing Britannian uniform aiming her pistol at them.

The Black Knights make a move as hydrofoil fires the rockets at Britannian position. They launch into the air and landed on the ground. The hatch door opens as Zero and his squad gets out and provide support to Frontier Militia against Cornelia forces. 

Zero: Everyone! Remember, capture Cornelia while buying some time for JLF to escape.

He said. They spread out aa they taking out the Britannian forces. Kallen went up ahead to deal the remaining Britannian forces while Zero went to find Cornelia immediately. Be found Cornelia powering her knightmare on so he decides to goes towards her and hit on the wall.

Cornelia: I haven't powering on yet!

She get hit on the back as Zero's burai approach her. She tried to fires harken slash at him, but Guren MK.II deflect it.

Zero: Now you will pay! Cornelia!

He said, pointing his weapon at her.

Somewhere in the underwater near the port, a black submarine is patiently waiting for JLF freighter to get away from the port.

Inside a submarine, Gen. Husk is a charge for this mission. He look at it to see a freighter is in his range. He make an evik laugh.

Husk: Got'cha... Fire torpedo!

Enclave sailor: Fire torpedo!

An Enclave submarine fires two torpedoes and straight towards underneath a freighter. It hits a ship as a full of sakuradite canisters blows up, causing an explosion.

JLF Freighter

Katase: What the hell is going on?!

That was his last words as an explosion consumes him and everyone else on the ship.

The Militia Frontier forces keep fighting the enemy forces until they heard the explosions. They turn around shocking that JLF freighter was blown up by a full of sakuradite canister. Oscar Team feel shocking to see the freighter was destroyed.

Oscar: No... It can't be...

...

Ohgi and Diethard saw what happened to the freighter showing shocking expression on their faces. He radio contact to Zero to give a bad news.

Ohgi: Zero, it's the JLF... The ship... It was destroyed.

Zero (radio): What! How! What happened!?

Ohgi: I-I don't know.

Diethard stares at destroying freighter as it went bottom to the sea.

Diethard (thoughts): Who blow up a freighter?

...

Villeta, Shirley, Joseph, Augustus, and the others hear the explosion from the other side.

Augustus: He did it. He actually did it.

Villeta: He did it? Who's he?

She keep pointing her gun at him.

Villeta: Tell me what the hell is going on here!

Augustus: Oh, Britannian. You will see a next best part.

RT: Emergency alert: few unknowns coming from all sides.

Oscar: What?

Danny: Oh boy, that ain't good.

Keshly: There could be only one who planning for this.

Ling: Oh don't tell me...
