Like I said in my last chapter, this isn't an update BUT IT IS MUY IMPORTANTE MIS BITCHACHOS okeh like I'm telling you about my beef with After and the characters and where I'm going with this book and most importantly I would love you guys' opinions.

But I'm gonna lay it down on you straight up right here right now. This book will be at least sixty to seventy chapters long so lots to look forward too.

As you may or may not have noticed, the plot of this story is always changing, it's not just one plot or conflict it's multiple plots or conflicts, one after the other just like life yah feel.

Remember in the beginning it was Nat tryna be a good girl, then it was her tryna get close to Harry and then that whole Lisa, Harry, Nat love triangle then Harry bustin out with that CEO son of a rich tycoon mothertrucker role.

Cliché is for comedy and entertainment purposes, although it mainly makes fun of the good girl bad boy stories later on you will find out (or if you've noticed) that I also throw shade at Daddy kink, teacher and student relationships, hot cage fighting boyfriend, business office roles, stepbrother bullshit, Christian Grey shit, and any other clichés you usually see from fanfictions or just stories on wattpad.

By zee way if you particularly hate when you see a specific scene in a fanfic or when characters do something that annoys you like, les jus say, when Harold be putting his fingers in a girl's hoo-haa and den he suck on his fingers like hunnyyyyyy there are baby wipes in the cabinets, go get em. You can recommend scenes you want me to make fun of in this story if you'd like. Just comment and I'll put it in.

At the end of this story, there will be ONE BIG CONFLICT AND PLOT TWIST but that's pretty far ahead, you still got lots more chapters so it's all good.

But aye! We got the whole squad in the story now and I am in desperate need to let you know why I chose the weird and different roles for each of the boys and the main characters in Cliché

Bessa (also known as Tessa 2.0 and any other main character in other fanfics that lowkey annoy you)

I ACTUALLY GOT NO BEEF WITH ANNA TODD OR AFTER LIKE HER STORY IS PUBLISHED GOOD FOR HER, GET THAT DOUGH, GET THAT MONEY.

Her writing is really good and her story is actually very interesting but the thing is her main characters annoy the LIVING SHIT OUT OF ME.

The character Tessa just annoyed me, I feel like she represented every annoying main character in fanfics, she was hypocritical, judgemental, clingy, needy, whiney, selfish, BUT WHAT ANNOYED ME THE MOST IS THAT SHE JUMPED FROM LOVE INTEREST TO LOVE INTEREST.

Don't you just hate when you're reading a fanfic and the main character know she got some magic pussy and she can't make up her damn mind on who tf she wants so she just leads on all the boys or hops between all of them and THEN AT THE END SHE ACTS LIKE THE VICTIM LIKE BITCH THERE IS THE DOOR.

So it's not just the character Tessa I'm trying to throw shade at, IMAGINE ALL THE MAIN CHARACTERS IN STORIES THAT HAVE ANNOYED TF OUT OF YOU, THEN PUT ALL OF THEM INTO ONE CHARACTER.

Boom, you've got Bessa.

Nat (also known as, Natalie)

When most people make fanfics they want the main character to be relatable, like I get it, I was trying to make my character relatable as well in my first attempts at a fanfic back in middle school. You think, oh hey let's make her insecure because we're all insecure, yeah we learned that shit in 2011 when five boys told us were all insecure. So we make the main character have a weak self esteem but LETS JUST MAKE SURE SHE LOOKS LIKE A VICTORIA SECRET MODEL LIKE BARBARA PALVIN. Nahhh hunny, not many people can relate to that.

Then you think, okay let's make her shy and quiet and innocent, yeah, everyone likes the innocent quiet ones, very relatable.

That's what I thought too until I started reading comments that fellow fangirls and fanboys leave on fanfictions. LIKE DAMN SON WE MAY BE QUIET AT TIMES BUT WE AINT INNOCENT, WE'RE ALSO SASSY AF.

I would find myself reading books on wattpad, not because of the story but because I'm too busy laughing at all the comments.

There would be a scene where Harry's going down on a girl and someone would comment "I hope she shaved." It got me thinking, damn, why can't we have a main character who's actually just like us and funny and sassy and just blunt.

BOOM.

Thus Natalie was born, well not like out of a vagina but like in my head.

I incorporated a little bit of my personality and a lot of inspiration from other fangirl's comments on stories, mix it in with the fact that she is mixed and a WOC (woman of color; btw that don't mean I don't love my vanilla woman out there, love you guys I just rarely see fanfics with WOC's) and I made sure she would be chill and laid back instead of uptight AND BAM DAMN THANK YOU MA'M NATALIE WAS MADE.

Harry (Also known as Harold, Horton, Frog, Daddy, Homeboy not specifically in that order)

Most fanfics portray him as this aggressive dominant cocky bad ass

Ugh punch me in the fucking face and let me jump and burn into that fire behind you my sweet vanilla man.

Harry still has his aggressive hot moments but really, it's Harry here, in reality he's a cupcake who's tall and gentle like a large gentle giant.

So what I did was incorporate both fanfic Harry and real Harry and BOOM that pretty much sums up Cliché Harry.

So you get the cute and hot overload of Harry at the same timeeee!!!

Niall (Also known as white bread, cracker, or burnt toast)

In most fanfics Niall is always portrayed as the quiet one, or the sweet little guy who laughs a lot and is just a baby and a ray of sunshine.

So I was like, why don't we make him a badass and have him represent all the roles Harry usually plays in fanfics.

This is so funny cuz the bitch would probably jump off a cliff while pissing his pants then get a mini tattoo my poor son.

Zayn (Also known as God)

Why Zayn always gotta be like the dark hot mysterious guy who's edgy and is usually like the other love interest who is always serious.

Zayn is always serious.

Like bitch do you ever smile or joke.

So I made him a loveable cocky joker who may or may not be involved with crime but that's for another story am I right.

No one can resist silly goofy Zayn.

No one.

Especially not Gigi.

Liam (Also known as Lima bean, Daddy, Payne Train)

In most fanfics he's usually portrayed like

BUT NAH SON WE CALL HIM DADDY FOR A REASON AM I RIGHT I NEEDED TO HAVE FIFTY SHADES OF PAYNE IN THIS STORY NO MATTER WHAT.

LOOOK AT THAT.....

Jovie and Louis (From my other fanfic You Again and Him Again)

I didn't really put the two in that much cause I'm still workin on their own story but I just made Louis have a short temper and Jovie is played by Keke Palmer.

The main character always got some competition, fighting over Harry or some shit like that and people always gotta make the other girl a hoe, or a bitch, or a slut so that way it's easy to hate her.

No, everything IS SO MUCH HARDER WHEN THE COMPETITION IS NICE I KNOW THAT ON A PERSONAL LEVEL.

Like you wanna hate her cuz you're tryna get with your man but you can't.

Then I made her bi because I don't really see much bi characters in hetero fanfics and then I made her fall for Nat.

That was new.

I like Lisa tbh, you'll still see her btw in the fanfic later on don't worry and I have no picture of her because I want you guys to imagine her.
