Despite somehow fighting Deku, Shigaraki Tomura was still locked within his mind...

???: Tenko, do you still want to be a hero?

What? Huh?! What's going on?

Before he could answer he was startled by a small hand grabbing his, he turned and suddenly found himself being dragged through a hallway.

Wait... wait wasn't I just-?

Hana had pulled him towards the study room. Father told them not to go in there. 

"Hana, we can't"

Hana: Shhh. I found a secret. 

Inside the study room, she showed him a picture. 

A picture of Nana Shimura. 

Their Grandmother.

Hana: Turns out Grandma was a hero. 

Tenko: Cool...

He wanted to be...just like her...

"TENKO!!!"

The booming voice of his father caused all fear and anxiety to swell back inside him. The door slammed open to be met by the anger look of his father.

Father: HOW DARE YOU SNEAK INTO MY STUDY?! DID YOU SEE IT?!

Tenko: No...No! I wasn't...

He wanted to say Hana brought him here. He looked back to his sister whom was hiding next to their Mom. 

Hana: T-Tenko said he wanted to go in there!

What?

What?!

No! She's lying! 

Hana is a liar! 

How could she do this to him?! They're supposed to be siblings! Brother and sister! Flesh and blood! They're supposed to protect each other!!!

And instead of helping him, she abandoned him at the mercy of their father to save her own skin!

Father: HOW MANY TIMES DO I GOTTA TELL YOU! YOU WILL NEVER BE A HERO! HEROES WON'T HELP YOU! 

Tenko: No...! No! No! No!

Father: I'M GONNA MAKE SURE YOU UNDERSTAND THAT!!! THERE ARE NO HEROES!!!

His father raised his hand and reeled it back. 

Someone help me!

Hana! Grandma! Grandpa! 

SENSEI!!!

MOOOOOM!!!!!!

A palm from.his father struck his face with enough force to send his entire body crashing to the ground. His cheek felt numb, his mind felt numb.

Help me! Wrong wrong wrong. Don't just watch! Somebody please!

He reached desperately toward his family, they were standing in horror as his father reeled his hand back again.

The hand came down.

*SLAP*

Shigaraki woke up but did not see himself on the battlefield. Instead he found himself in a light room.with a familiar person.

Yin: Sorry to had to witness that. What an nightmare...I know how that feels. For a father to hurt you and everyone else. My father was no different.

Shigaraki: What...You...was that...?

Yin: An paranormal illusion I conjured in your head...Don't worry. You're safe.

Shigaraki: Safe? 

Ha. He never felt safe before. 

He then got an good look at Yin, from his white hair amd his yellow raccoon eyes. He managed to recognized him.

Shigaraki: You're...that kid that we kidnapped a year ago...along with Bakugo...

Yin: Yeah...you did....

Shigaraki: So what? Are you here to return the favor?

Yin: An tempting offer...but no. In fact, it's the opposite. I'm here to help save you.

Shigaraki:....

Yin: Strange isn't it? One of most dangerous villains in society holds a secret of his own that he finds embarrassing. I've looked into your memories. You want to be a hero...

Shigaraki: A little too late for that, don't you think?

Yin: Unless you drop dead. It's never too late. 

Shigaraki: I'm a villain, kid. I can't go back. Sensei promised the League Of Villains will be the ones to rise to the top-!

Yin: AFO lied to you.

Shigaraki's eyes went wide. 

What? SENSEI lied to him?!

No! That can't be possible!!!

Shigaraki: NO! NO! SENSEI WOULD NEVER!

Yin: Well let me fill you in on a little secret. I looked more into your past. Your quirk is decay, right?

Shigaraki: Yes...?

The villain was confused. Where was Yin Hamada getting at?

Yin: Well...How do I put it. It's not yours. You were originally going to be quirkless like Deku. But AFO gave that quirk to you.

.....What?

Shigaraki: I...was quirkless...?

Yin: Yes. Because you used to wore the red shoes that Deku's wears.

Shigaraki: What does the shoes have to do with-?

Yin: Your orthotics, the ones made for quirkless people, because of the toe joint...

Yin's emotionless face suddenly dropped into one of sheer dismay & anger.

Yin: I'm sorry...he used you like he how tried to used me...

Sudden a flood of memories swarmed through Shigaraki's mind. All the way from his childhood. Images of AFO's evil smirk appeared watching a young Tenko from the shadows of his home. He did not even noticed him. No one did.

Then it cut to the aftermath of the murder of his family. He wondered true streets, all dusty and bloody with blisters and bruises on his feet, blue hair disheveled, and eyes wide as saucers as people avoided him. But to his horror, he saw AFO once again. Watching with that god awful smile on his face.

This happened days prior he decided to take him in. 

He was there all along...

Shigaraki: *Strained* He was there. He was following me...

Yin: Yes...I'm afraid so...the spirits told me...

What kind of spirits, Shigaraki wondered as his thoughts went back to AFO.

Shigaraki: If he was then, why did he wait so long to come save me? 

Funny how he had condemned the heroes for ignoring a small child in need, so why had Sensei too until he decided he was worthy? 

Why? Why why why why whywhywhywhywhy?!

Yin: He'd been watching my family too...

Shigaraki looked in horror.

Yin: He's been watching many families...My father was one of his associates. So he tried to groom me into being a villain. But when I refused. He abused and killed my mother. My Auntie Jade became one of the HPSC's experiments thanks to him...he had ties with them...

Shigaraki felt sick to his stomach.

Yin: Let's not forget some of your allies. When Dabi burned to death on a mountaintop, your sensei was there to save him, but why was there. There's no way it was coincidence. There wasn't any way he could have found him by accident, right? He revived only to see him try and destory everyone. Like you. The Voodoo Brothers were also victims. He waited for Remy to turn his back on society and instead of helping him save Teddy. He allowed him to die so Niko could come in and bewitch the older brother. He waited for Juurou and Miyumi to kill their loved ones instead of helping them escape the reeducation camps. He waited for Tsume to become Niko instead of helping get away from that cult that branded him as a demon. He's been waiting for you all to snap and become villains.

Shigaraki::....

Yin: He'd been watching, waiting for when we are at our most vulnerable. He is the reason why you had killed your family. Shigaraki. My Father...Yang Hamada...was one of his associates. I'm not sure why he killed him..but he did. Maybe because he wasn't any use for him anymore because he tried to get too me...but I didn't relent. 

He then got a little closer.

Yin: Shigaraki Tomura. Please open your eyes. Think long and hard. What do you think is going if he does win...Once you are no longer use to him, he's going to discard you when he's done...I'm sorry but that's the ugly truth of AFO. 

He doesn't care about no one but himself. To him, you all are nothing but pawns on his chest board.

A look of rage formed on Shigaraki's face.

All this time, he could've had the chance to be a hero. But AFO took that opportunity and groomed him into being his little puppet. 

He trusted him...!

But AFO used him! He used the League Of Villains!

He used everyone!!!

He...He...He...

CAUSED HIM SO MUCH PAIN!!!

Shigaraki: Sensei...No...All For One...I WILL NEVER FORGIVE YOU!!!!

~Meanwhile~

Hawks: G-Geysis...?

Geysis: Heh...Be thankful you stupid bird...I've saved your life this time...Guess in the end...you're still useless without me...

Oh no...

No....

No!

NO!!!!

This wasn't supposed to happened!!!

AFO: Well...ain't this unexpected... I was aiming to take Hawks' quirk to get me out of here...but I supposed yours would do quite nicely. You've done well...making it this far, Geysis. I honored your bravery. Thanks for the power. I'll make sure to put it to good use~!

Geysis: Gch...AHHHHHHHH!!!

The red streams of energy formed between them and Geysis started screaming in pain.

Hawks: GEYSIS-SAN!!!!

...

But then...the red streams stopped forming and they vanished.

AFO:....Huh?

Geysis: ???

Confused, AFO tried taking Geysis' quirk again.

....Nothing happend.

He tried again. 

Nothing.

Again. 

Nope.

Again & Again. 

Nothing.

AFO: W-What is this?!

Then all of a sudden, he heard a chuckle. 

Two chuckles and looked at the two girls who were giggling.

Destiny: We put on quite an performance for a while, don't you agree, Mio?

Mio: Hehehehe...we sure did and all thanks to him...

AFO: What are you two laughing about? What did you do?

Destiny: Oh...we didn't do anything...

Mio: Besides create a long distraction... You had no idea did you AFO?

AFO: Of what? Answer me!

Destiny: You can't use your quirks anymore...because he stole them from you.

Someone stole the quirks that he stolen himself? Impossible!!!

AFO: Who...Who stole them from me?!

Mio: Take a wild guess, you millennial maniac. This is what happens when you underestimate Class 1-C.

AFO's eyes darted wildly as he looked around the battlefield in horror before setting them upon one boy who he thought he had killed.

Haru Mitsuo.

Then at that moment he heard an voice inside his heard. 

"Serves you right."

Haru wasn't dead. 

He was still alive. 

AFO: No...No! NO! NO! NO! NOOOOOO!

Let's out in self-explanatory. Thanks to the beneficials of Haru's Quirk Factor. He used Wild Card as a last resort on a ability that he's been working on for a while. 

~Flashback~

Haru: (I guess the only I can do is this.) Guys. I think I might have another plan.

Destiny: What kind of plan?

Haru: You're all might not like it...well...

Haru then begin to explain his plan.

Haru: I'm gonna let AFO attack me.

Mio: What?!

Haru: Shhhh...(I want him to think I'm dead. While he's distracted. I'm going to use this card on him.)

One of Haru's card formed in his hands.

Haru: (This card is called Soul Transfer. If I use it at the last second. I can drive into AFO's body and try to destroy his quirk factor that allows him to take other's quirks.)

Destiny: (An smart yet idiotic plan. What if you fail...what if you die..?!)

Haru: (It's a 50/50 percent chance I could live or die. I did told you guys this is unavoidable. He already knows how capable my quirk is. This is my only chance.)

Mio: (Haru...)

Haru: (Please guys...we can't allow this guy to hurt anymore people...)

It a risky move but it could work...

But if it doesn't, Haru's life will be deceased.

Just like their senpais...

Destiny and Mio looked at each other. Both obviously having their own opinions on the matter and were entirely against the idea of possibly losing their friend and classmate. 

But they both knew Haru will be stubborn.

Destiny: (Alright fine...)

Mio: (What did you had in mind?)

Haru: (Okay...here's what you're going to do...)

~End Flashback~

Haru's voice spoke through AFO's mind was all it took for him to realize the vestiges inside him were fighting back.

Haru: THAT'S RIGHT EVERYONE! YOU CAN DO IT!

The souls inside AFO were pushing back his control.

Haru managed to form within the vestige realm of All For One and was able to rally the other Quirk Factor vestiges against the villain due to his negative emotions corrupting him, making All For One lose control of his Quirks.

AFO: WHAT ARE YOU ALL DOINGG?!! STOP! STOP IT!!! I AM IN CONTROL OF ALL OF YOU!!! OBEY ME! OBEY MEEEEEE!!!!

AFO couldn't believe this! He refused to believe this! He should not be the one whose pushed back into a corner! This has to be some nightmare he can't wake up from! 

Geysis: *Chuckles* Oh AFO...always believing you were at the top... But now...

Geysis raised Killer Doll again. 

Geysis: You sunk low to the bottom.

*BLAST*

An gunshot echoed throughout Gunga Mountain as AFO let's out a scream dropping Geysis. 

He tries to run but Hawks, with his stubby feathers, managed to shape one katana sword and strikes AFO through the abdomen.

The villainous mastermind let out a pitiful shriek before trying to heal his wounds but to no avail. 

He lost his healing powers. Haru was destroying him from the inside out with the help of the vestiges.

Haru: GO EVERYONE! GOOOO! SO HIM WHAT YOU'RE MADE OF!!!

The vestiges all screamed at AFO letting out their anger and rage.

"YOU WON'T CONTROL US ANYMORE!!!"

"DIE VILLAIN SCUM!!!"

"YOU CAN'T HOLD US!!!!"

Hawks: You're done for!

AFO: S-Stay Away!!!

Geysis: GET BACK HERE, YOU BITCH!!!

*BLAST*

AFO: GAAAAAH!!!!

An explosion hits AFO all over body. Everyone knew how that explosion belongs too.

Hawks: BAKUGO?!

Bakugo: DIIIIIIIIE!!!!

AFO: AHHHHH?!!!

Thanks to Bakugo, AFO was now being tossed around the teen's explosions, Geysis' electric moves, Hawks' leftover feathers, and Haru being the main center, was ruining him from within.

It was surprising that Bakugo emerges as a surprising hero, waking up from a long recovery thank to Edgeshot and successfully defeating All For One. 

Bakugo's fight against All For One showcases his growth and mastery of his explosion quirk, overpowering the villain in terms of speed and reflexes.

But this ain't just about Bakugo...

Everyone was coming a long way...

AFO was trying yet embarrassing was trying to use his rewind quirk to regenerate and run away. But that right there, was his biggest mistake.

But everyone present was cornering him.

Haru: ALL TOGETHER EVERYONE!

Geysis: LIGHTING MOVE: ELECTRIC STORM!!!

Destiny: Black Flames: DARK FLARE!!!!

Hawks: Fierce Wings! SLIT HIS THROAT!!!

Mio: Paint Style: COLORFUL RAINBOW!!!!!

Bakugo: HOWITIZER IMPACT!!!

Haru: WILD CARD - ULTIMATE MOVE: ELEMENTAL STACK!!!!!

An collison of quirks attacked AFO as he let's out a painful soul-shattering scream. 

AFO: AHHHHHHHHHHHHHHHHHHHH!

The pain from the powerful attacks were too much for hi body to handle. So he ended rewinding himself out of existence. 

Setting Haru and all the vestiges free.

Haru's soul ends being pushed back into his body as he let's out a shocked gasp before waking up.

Destiny: HARU!!!

Mio: HARU-KUN!!!

The two girls hugged him happily and relieved that he's alright. Hawks was helping Tokoyami and Jiro go before tending to Bakugo and Endeavor.

The number one hero finally regain unconsciousness.

Endeavor: Hmmm...Hawks?

Hawks: Hey Big Guy...

Endeavor: Where's...AFO?

Hawks: Don't worry...he's gone...

Endeavor: He's...gone?

Geysis: And it's all thanks to these kids...these stupid kids...

Destiny and Mio were still hugging Haru while checking for injuries as they pulled away.

Strangely, the blow AFO left him was gone...

Destiny: Stupid! Don't scare us like that again!

Haru: I'm sorry...

Mio: Not gonna lie...we really thought you died...

Geysis: Mitsuo...

Haru:....Geysis-sensei...

Geysis: That was really reckless of you...

Haru:....

Geysis: But you did well...you saved so many people... 

Hawks: Good job Hatchling~!

Bakugo:....Hmph.

Haru looked elated to see his friends smiling at him. 

He glanced up in the sky to see the vestiges souls floating around him. 

He also saw Ragdoll's Vestige.

She was smiling at him with tears in her eyes. 

He couldn't hear what they were saying but it almost sounds like...

They were thanking him.

Thanking him for saving all of them from AFO's control...

He did it...

He became a hero. 

A bright smile came onto his face.

Haru: *Smiles* Thanks guys!

Even though AFO was gone...the battle was far from over...

After all, he is still around...

Geysis: Hawks...are you stable?

Hawks: Yeah....tell me...are you?

Geysis:...I still have a quirk... But AFO did take some of my powers...Fuck. I can barely move anymore...

He used up all his strength on AFO, so it made sense he could hardly walk nor stand on his legs.

Endeavor: The same goes for me...

Endeavor really didn't want no one to see him in a pitiful state. But he didn't care anymore...

His thoughts flew back to his family...

He failed to show up once again...

Endeavor: Touya...

Hawks:....

Geysis:...We'll discuss this later. Alright kids. Let's meet up with the others...

Haru: Riku...Riku can you hear us.

Riku: Yes! OMG! Haru! I can't believe you're alive! I'm so happy! Akuma is alive too!

Both Destiny and Mio were happy to hear that. Geysis and Hawks as well along with everyone else.

Riku: Niko is still on the prowl through. Keep lookout & head to safety.

Haru: Alright. At least AFO has been defeated.

One monster down. One more to go...

~Meanwhile~

Somewhere far away in another ward.

Ice had appeared everywhere as one heroine in her  kimono take each freezing step.

She finally found her destination.

After all, her target was seen within the area. 

She's not going to let them go so easily.

She's going to do it...for him.
