Another rumble of thunder shook the forest and a strike of lightning flashed. The kits squealed. "Alright" meowed Cindertail "Let's go." They padded to the nursery. The other kits Firekit, Snowkit, Amberkit, Flashkit, and Crystalkit ran to Cindertail as she entered. She laughed and sat in a nest in the corner. All the kits ran over to her and snuggled in. The mothers laughed.
A loud crack of thunder boomed. The kits all squealed and went to hide behind Cindertail. She sighed. Cindertail rested her head on her paws and closed her eyes.

Cindertail's Dream

She "opens" her eyes to look at Starclan.
A stary cat walks over. "Greetings Cindertail" meowed they cat. Cindertail nodded in reply. "Your clan is in great danger" the cat meowed.
