Chapter 2
Citrine walked out of their village and headed towards a boat dock. They needed this. They needed to fulfil their mission, their mission from God!
They boarded a ship, of course though, there was a small fee. Citrine handed over the gold chips, then got on. It was more of a transportation thing rather than a pirate ship. It would've hurt their soul if it were a pirate ship.
Citrine joined a small family group, who were also heading towards a seashore town, Phoenix. Luckily, Phoenix was also a desert, granted, a small one, yet still a desert. "So I until're also heading to Phoenix. May I bid why?" Citrine asked.
A young kit stared at Citrine, backing away. He seemed as though he were scared of them. "Ah, thou see, we're finding that Phoenix hath a better economy, housing is cheaper, and the lands are much further." The mother answered.
Citrine nodded. They continued to talk about small things, then the kit spoke. "Mama, they're scary. They look like they eat kits." He whispered. Citrine backed away. They knew it was because of their fangs. Usually, Citrine wasn't treated any differently, yet kits seemed to be scared of them for some reason.
Citrine slowly nodded and walked further away, into their designated cabin.
They didn't want to push it if the kit was uncomfortable. Citrine opened the cabin door and closed it, looking for their sleeping area.
Luckily, it wasn't very difficult. Citrine laid down, getting comfortable. They needed to rest if they wanted this journey to go by quicker.

As morning arrived, so did an aching pain. Citrine groaned and glared at the bedding. It wasn't very comfortable.
They got up and headed towards the food area, they didn't know what it was called on a boat. Citrine took a decent amount of food and munched down.
It also wasn't the best. Citrine shook their head, and headed up to the surface of the boat, wandering around, unsure of what to do now.

After months, the boat arrived at Phoenix. Citrine walked off the boat and headed further into the desert. They were exhausted and needed rest. It was nice being off the boat.
They headed into an inn and paid for their stay. Then, Citrine rested for a while.
It wasn't long before they set out on their journey again. Citrine started to head towards Þór, the former home of Captain Ghostly and current home of retired Captain MottlePaw.
They had plans for MottlePaw, but first, Citrine was planning on destroying the village, just like what MottlePaw did to Tana.
Citrine continued along the path, recounting their list in their head. First, they needed to destroy the town of Þór, then head to ocean in a ship and destroy the sea serpents, then head to the Southern Siren in an attempt to kill off the few remaining sirens.
It seemed to be a flawless plan to Citrine.
They hummed as they walked, the sand getting stuck between their claws as they flexed them. It was a habit. One they did when they were thinking.
The nearest town was a small one, the town of Kara. That's Citrine's first stop, then to the lively town, Yggdrasil.
