Nine painful months later, Marinette gave birth to a beautiful baby girl.

And when she looked into that little girls big, green eyes, all her plans to send her to another home went out the window.

She had dark hair like Marinette's and green eyes like Chat's. But she was also very different. Marinette's little girl had cat ears and a tail! Born with them.

Marinette's heart almost melted.

"Oh my! Are sure this is my daughters baby?" her father asked the docter.

"Yes it is. When we ran DNA tests just to make sure her child wasn't mixed with someone elses, we found stray hints of feline DNA in her genes as well as the genes from the son of Gabriel Agreste." The docter stated.

Marinette froze.

"Who did you say her father was?" Marinette mumbled.

"Adrien Agreste. But that doesn't explain the slight traces of cat DNA." The docter thought for a moment.

"It's fine docter! Don't think too much about it! Besides she's perfect just as she is either way." Marinette said in a panicky tone.

"Oh. Very well then. You two can go home in a couple days once you've fully healed. What's her name?"

Marinette pretended to think but ahe knew. She had her daughters name picked out since ahe twelve.

"Emma. Emma DuCheng-Agreste" she whispered, nuzzling the infants pink nose.

"Very well. On this twenty-fifth day of December, at 12:00pm, Emma DuCheng-Agreste was born. Merry Christmas Dupain-Cheng family." The docter smiled brightly.

"Merry Christmas, Docter." The family sang in.
