Graham Kharis, age 27

He's the leader of the whole group. He knows the dragons best and he's always looking out for everyone, most of the time most of the others are happy to do as he asks cause it's always for the good of the group. He's very friendly to new people so long as they didn't come to the island with the intention of hunting any of the dragons, including the water one that keeps attacking ships. He wants to find a preferably peaceful way to deal with the dragon.

She's not one who likes to follow rules or do as she's told, and even when she does do as instructed she does it her own way instead of the way wanted. She would do anything for those she cares about though and despite her more rebellious side she doesn't try to hide how much she cares, most of the time.

Lance Aldham, age 23

He can be a bit more serious than the others, but it's mostly just when there's been a recent attack because he's worried about the others getting hurt. He's more the protector of the group, he takes care of the barriers and if someone happens to need some sort of armor or a weapon repaired or anything he's the one to go to. He's really a big softy though. His thoughts are more about keeping everyone safe rather than how to win the fight.

Myra Hownell, age 30

Graham is the leader of the group, but Myra is often taking charge as well. While Graham does make sure the group speaks their mind when they have any objection or anything, she speaks out the most. She's always making sure everything has been thought out correctly for the largest chance of success. She's also one of the better surgeons of the group. Most of them know the basics like bandaging and such, but if something's really bad they usually go to her. She might fit the description of the group's caretaker.

I do not know how to explain his personality. I want to say he's a more free/wild spirit but that doesn't seem to fit quite right.

She's newer to the group so she's still figuring it all out. She's normally happy and cheery and eager to learn, she hasn't found a dragon for herself quite yet but she does well with all of them and has been helping take care of the ones without designated riders.
