I may be a little biased with this one because I love orange as a character even more then Rhichi which is saying something and Alice is defiantly an improvement from kidou (no shade thrown just my opinion) so yeah

Pros:
Orange is well orange and fits really well with Alice's personality
Orange and Alice are both immortal
Orange can fix things when Alice slips up and says her actual last name
Orange is known to be over protective of his friends to he point where he'd give his life meaning he's a good person to have for someone who igneous wants to kill

Cons:
Oranges death is typically devastating
Alice cant restore his magic energy to keep him alive for more then a month without dying herself
Orange is pretty childish while Alice is more mature

I think I'll rate this 7/10
