Author's Note: The story keeps getting longer n' longer. I got a habit of writing a bit too much  in parts. Welp, there ain't much in this part. 

 Don't worry though the story gets way more interesting towards... Well, I'm getting a bit ahead of myself.

 Scar's POV:

 " I didn't even know I could do that..."

 " Well, " Void tilted his head, " I'm glad that you do know that." he stared at the burning body of the cat woman that was still smoking slightly.

 I looked down at my leg braces and opened my hand as green sparks connected through my fingers. Slowly, I moved my hand towards the braces and took in and let out a deep breath. The magical electricity jumped from my fingertips to my braces as the gem at the center of the brace began to glow once more.

 Soon enough, my legs both twitched as a shiver went up my spine. Slowly, I took up as my legs buckled. Void took a step forward as I raised one of my hands, " No, I got this." I smiled as the bee hybrid nodded, " Good, 'cause I'm holding a man and can't actually help you that much."

 Man, even though you no longer want us all to suffer horrible deaths, you still know how to be pretty rude. I shook my head as I strapped my bag to my chest and forced myself to stand up. Once we were both standing, I nodded at Void, " Let's get out of here." I whispered harshly as he nodded.

 " No."

 I froze at the twisted voice. Slowly, I forced myself to turn around as the cat woman slowly forced herself off of the ground. The woman's eyes were glowing as her skin seemed to be peeling as her skin turned a weird orangey-red.

 " D-Dang it..." I whispered as I slowly took a step back, " I-I thought I did some damage on her..." I whispered. Void nodded his head, " Don't sell yourself short, Goodtimes. She's bleeding." he noted.

 The woman hissed, " Blood doesn't mean a n y thing.... Bug." she bared her fangs as her furless and scorched tail thrashed. 

 I looked at Void, " Get out of here." I whispered to him as he started to step backwards.

 " NO!" The cat woman practically screeched as she dove towards Void as he started to fly. Instinctively, I threw another, smaller, bolt of magic towards the cat woman causing her to be knocked back once more.

 Behind me, I could hear Void flying away as fast as he could with an unconscious, injured man in his arms. Hopefully, he can get back to Xisuma and help to keep everyone safe.

 Right now, it's my turn to keep everyone safe.

 The woman stood up once more and narrowed her eyes. Slowly, a small grin formed on her face as she clenched her fists and allowed her claws to dig into the palms of her hands. I gagged as blood started to drip off of her hands and to the grassy ground. 

 " The last thing for the ritual was blood from a powerful being." The cat woman narrowed her glowing eyes. Slowly, the woman started to walk towards me as I raised my hands and allowed the magic to spark further.

 " S-Stay back." I growled as a fired off a warning shot towards the cat woman. She didn't recoil though. No, No, she raised her hand towards the blast and absorbed it into her palm. I blinked a couple of times.

 The woman slowly stalked towards me. My entire body had started to shiver as the woman grinned further; I could see her sharp, but slightly broken, teeth as she moved.

 Quickly, I threw another bolt of magic, but she absorbed the magic again. I blinked.

 H-How?

 How?!

 Why is it not working now?

 " Keep it coming.... Hermit. I have figured out how to solve my problem over needing a powerful being..." The cat woman grinned as I started to move backwards.  Quickly, I made my magic disappear as my whole body shook.

 I need to get out... I need to get Mighty and myself out of here. 

 Quickly, I moved backwards as I slowly took out a rocket from my pocket. Thankfully, the cat woman didn't notice what I was doing.

 I narrowed my eyes.

 I need to lure her around. Maybe, if I can keep her guessing, then that vampire guy can appear and hel-

 " !!! "

 I yelped and jumped out of the way of an incoming icicle spear. 

 So, she has Etho's ice powers. I guess it makes some amount of sense, but I really don't like this fact.

  I can't monologue to myself any longer. Quickly, I lit the rocket and turned to run away. The cat woman screeched as I quickly leapt into the air and blasted off with the rocket. 

 Soon, I was so high in the air that the floating island that the cat woman only looked like a speck. Even still, she was persistent in trying to shoot me down with icicles; however, pure persistence alone won't get me down from the safety of the sky.

 I continued to fly and dodge ice spikes like a bird flying through a thick jungle until a weak mrring caught my attention as I just barely dodged the fifth spike.

 Right.

 I still have a weakened hybrid in a small bag strapped to my chest. If I get struck and crash to the ground, then the both of us will be hurt. 

 Hmm.

 Maybe I can use some magic fruit and hope that I teleport somewhere close by? I nodded my head and narrowly avoided another ice spike. 

 I flinched slightly. 

 I know I've only been flying around for a few minutes, but I'm already exhausted. I nodded my head and swerved out of the way of an icicle that came up right in front of me. 

 Okay, I've made up my mind. 

 Quickly, I took my fruit out of my pocket and flinched as an icicle shot through my elytra. I put my arm around Mighty's bag and braced for a harsh teleportation as I took a bite an-

 " GAH!" I harshly rolled against the stone floor as End magic swirled around me.
