???: "(sighing) God fucking dammit CJ."

A male wearing a dark grey, trilby hat, black T-shirt, tan cargo shorts, dark pink shoes, pale skin, and a whole lot of salt is currently sitting down, playing a video game with a bright red and blue controller just got a message on his phone, revealing his name to be Max.

Max: "And now Jacob is being a smart ass again."

Max begins to sends a message of pure salt to his, "Meme Chat."

Meanwhile...

The woman in the pink shirt and with the male ghost is currently walking down the street, gazing at the sun covered area.

Ghost: "So you think we're neither in Zero Fiction or the real world Alexis?"

Alexis: "Yeah Samuel. We're able to use our weapons here, but reality has it's head screwed on straight."

A low rumble shakes the earth.

Samuel: "What's that?"

Alexis begins to turn around.

Alexis: "Probably something we don't want to be a-"

Alexis is yanked up into the air by her shirt collar by a large male in a general's uniform.

General: "We've got you Creation."

Alexis attempts to break free.

Alexis: "H-Hey! What's the big idea?!"

A tank with two soldiers marching alongside it are coming up to them.

Samuel: "Looks like we've got to hit them with our specialty!"

A green spear forms in Alexis's hand.

Alexis: "No kidding!"

Alexis slices of the hand holding her in the air, causing her to fall to the ground.

General: "(in pain) You little bitch!"

Alexis: "(shrugging) Then you shouldn't have done that."

Alexis begins to slice through bullet from the soldiers as the tank arms itself.

Meanwhile...

Max: "(confused) What the fuck is that?"

Max sets his phone down and decides to check outside.

Max: "What kind of dumbass shit is-"

Max walks out, only to find Alexis fending off against the bullet storm heading her way.

Samuel: "That's a lot of bullets."

Alexis: "(concentrating) It reminds me of the time when we went against Endness and Grarity."

Max is dumbfounded.

Max: "(dumbfounded) What the hell am I looking at?"

A bullet hits Alexis's hand, slowing down her movements just enough.

General: "Fire!"

The tank fires a shell as the guns reload.

Samuel: "I'd run!"

Alexis dodges out of the way, only for the shell to be heading for Max.

Max: "(panicking) Oh shit!"

It explodes just in front of Max, sending him back a dozen feet.

Samuel: "Hey man, are you okay?!"

Max can barely move.

Max: "(salty, in pain) Oh I'm just having the time of my life. HOW DO YOU THINK I'M DOING?!"

Alexis: "(awkwardly) Talk about anger issues."

Max: "(salty) WHAT WAS THAT?!"

The general checks a Catalyst Detector.

General: "Good to know that the Catalyst isn't dead."

Samuel: "Catalyst? What the hell is that?"

Max is trying to at least get back on his knees.

General: "Him."

Max: "(in pain) Say what now?"

The soldiers have reloaded.

General: "Now just knock down the Creation and we're heading back to base."

They continue to fire at Alexis.

Alexis: "(twitching) My hand!"

The injury on Alexis's hand has lowered the speed where she can react to the bullets, thus getting several bullets in her stomach.

Max: "(in pain) Isn't that..."

A voice is heard in Max's mind.

Voice: "Destiny is calling you, so why aren't you responding?"

Max: "(salty, in pain) Oh I don't know, maybe it's because I can't FUCKING MOVE!"

Voice: "(awkwardly) You do have a short fuse."

Max: "(salty, in pain) Like I didn't know that."

The Catalyst Detector explodes.

General: "Is he talking to himself?"

Samuel: "Wait, can these people hear me?"

General: "Why wouldn't we?"

A bubble of what appears to be made of the night sky envelopes Max.

General: "What's going on with that Catalyst?!"

Voice: "Thy will unshackled..."

The bubble is being absorbed into Max's limbs.

Max: "What the hell is going on?!"

Max's clothes turn black.

Voice: "Thy desire unchanged..."

Alexis's wounds begin to heal.

Samuel: "What's he doing?"

Alexis is able to get back onto her feet.

Alexis: "I have no idea."

A tank shell is being aimed at Max as he gets back onto his feet.

Max: "What's happening to my-"

Something snaps in Max's mind.

Max/ Voice: "The time is nigh for your desires to become the new reality of this world..."

The remainder of the energy becomes a torn cloak. His clothes have now become a belt and zipper store, chains dangle around his shoulders and his new black, leather boots.

Max/ Voice: "Now awaken..."

The faint image of a scythe forms in Max's hands.

Max/ Voice: "... Bond!"

The shell is fired, but the scythe slices through it and detonates behind Max.

Samuel: "Whoa..."

Max's limbs up to just below his elbows and knees look like the night sky.

Max: "Die bitch!"

Max's scythe has chains attached to it as well.

Alexis: "Talk about looking edgy."

Max leaps into the air.

Max: "You think I give a shit?!"

The blade of the scythe splits the tank into two, along with the pilot. Leaving behind bright red metal.

Max: "You want edgy? I'll give you edgy!"

Max's shadow extends from beneath him and joins with the other two soldiers.

Alexis: "Flame and Shadow bonds?!"

The shadows produce needles that skewer them like swiss cheese.

General: "Th-This is a C-Catalyst's power?!"

A night sky aura surrounds Max and Alexis.

Samuel: "H-Hey!"

A green light flashes in Alexis's eyes.

Samuel: "I didn't mean to take control!"

Max: "It's part of the attack."

Wind amplifies itself behind them at a rapid rate.

General: "(struggling) This wind!"

Max, Samuel, and Alexis: "Synergy Attack..."

The wind begins to rip the general apart.

General: "M-My family!"

Max, Samuel, and Alexis: "... Gale Ripper!"

The general splits off into dozens of pieces carried off by the wind.

Max: "Obliteration."

The light flashes in their eyes again.

Alexis: "(awkwardly) That was weird..."

Max changes back before stumbling to the doorway of his house.

Max: "(exhausted) You know what it feels like to be hit by a car?"

Alexis: "Why yes, I died because of that."

Max face plants at the door.

Max: "Oh yeah..."

Alexis helps Max inside...
